Fantastic experience: I was very nervous when I arrived at the dentist. But then the practitioner told me she understood I have Sensitive teeth and would take my details into consideration. I was given numbing cream then I few injections. Then before I new it the procedure was over and done with. I was given dental advice and some mini toothpaste and that was it. I will be returning to Dental Beauty.

Negative experience: My latest experience was terrible, I went for a regular 6 month check up. Firstly when I entered the room for check up it did not have blinds so the streets can see what's going on in the room not the end of the world but regardless didn't feel the comfy as much I would if I had privacy. My second problem was that the lady doing the check was rushing (even though my appointment was after their lunch) she indicated that I require a filling on my teeth then she proceeds to do an Xray which I hate doing any type radioational practices SHE DID NOT MENTION SHE WAS ALSO GOING TO CHARGE ME. I told her I will think about the filling and everyone assumed it was because how costly it was to do a filling (£750 for 3) however for me money was not the problem It was the lady that was doing the check up. I found it infuriating when I find out I needed to pay for the XRAY which I didn't ask for and she never mentioned a fee she just did the xray. She lied to the receptionist saying she did mention it but she definitely did not cause I didn't even want a XRAY but I trusted her oh was I fooled. They just want your money not your health! 5 star for the hygeniest though but over 1 star for the dental practices. This was at the new location Haggerston!

Fantastic experience: Dr.Carmen Yau changed the way I feel About Hygiene appointments. I actually left the dentist feeling grateful. I’ve always struggled with anxiety when it comes to dental appointments. But Dr. Yau spoke to me with such kindness and warmth, like she truly cared, not just about my teeth. She didn’t rush. She listened. And somehow, through her calm presence, compassion and gentle touch, she helped me relax. It wasn’t just about getting a clean— it was about being treated like a human being. If you’re someone who’s ever felt scared or nervous about seeing a dentist, please go see her.

Negative experience: Couple of things - highly unimpressed to book an NHS appointment and be told on arrival that it wouldn't be an NHS appointment and while the price would be matched, because of x-rays I'd be charged extra. In my mind this isn't ok. I should have been informed in advance and given alternative options/dates. I felt under pressure to accept the situation especially given I'd already travelled to the clinic. - I got completely different messages from the dentist and hygienist. On one hand I was told my teeth/gums were in excellent health and on the other I was told I had advanced gum disease. Who do I believe? Having made significant progress in gum health especially over the past few years, I felt the hygienist was scaremongering rather than collaboratively working with me on my mouth health. I left the clinic feeling quite negative.

Positive experience: The staff is very lovely and kind. I had an excellent appt at my checkup. But the following appt I had a week prior for a cleaning wasn't so good. The cleaning was the most painful experience I have had at a dental appt. I was in a lot of pain during the service and actively wincing. The dental hygenist knew I was in pain and encouraged me to tough it out and that it would be over soon. I have tooth sensitivity and following the procedure it has been really hard to eat/drink without pain. My gums are very inflammed and don't seem to be getting better yet.

Negative experience: After reading most of the reviews here, I was confident I would have a positive experience at Dental Beauty Dalston. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I encountered one of the rudest dentists I've ever met… I would not recommend this practice! To be fair, the dentist was young, but that does not excuse her behaviour toward me.

Fantastic experience: Saw Carmen, best hygienist I ever seen. I’ve been brushing and flossing my teeth wrong all this time and she had the time to show me what size brushes to use between my teeth, how to floss around my gums and brush with my electronic toothbrush correctly

Positive experience: Too many steep stairs. This was never mentioned when the appointment was booked. Hopefully will be ok for next appointment as they are moving. I had 1st appointment after lunch. Arrived 6 minutes early, and couldn't even get in the door. They should at least allow you in to wait in a waiting room.

Fantastic experience: Couldn’t recommend this dentist more. I needed a root canal and after phoning about 30 dentists and the 111 emergency dental line and getting no help anywhere, I finally found Dental Beauty Dalston who were amazing. The reception staff were so helpful, found me an appointment weeks before anywhere else could, and explained everything to me really clearly. The dentist was so kind and gentle, he made me feel really comfortable when I was clearly very nervous. The procedure itself was awful (when isn’t it!!) but the dentist was so patient, checked in regularly and let me take breaks when I needed. Today I am completely pain free and you can honestly barely see the filling. Thanks so much to the whole team, I couldn’t be more grateful!!

After avoiding the dentist for years due to negative experiences causing terrible dental anxiety, i’ve finally found a dentist I trust and I am no longer scared of the dentist! The reception team have been friendly and kind every time I speak to them and are always so warm and welcoming. They are knowledgable and helpful and can answer most questions you have! Heenal is amazing and has made me feel so comfortable and helped me to regain confidence in my teeth. I have seen 4 hygienists at this practice and they are all amazing. I saw Carmen for the first time recently and she was fantastic. I would recommend this dentist to ANYONE. I travel over an hour every time I need to come and I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had a broken front tooth (think Lloyd from Dumb & Dumber) so was obviously apprehensive. A warm, friendly service from reception followed by an equally friendly service from the dental practitioner Dr. Pritesh. He was clear and vocal about what he was doing throughout and the end result is perfect. Couldn't believe the result. They even helped afterwards with the relevant documents needed for my insurance. Don't hesitate with this place.

Fantastic experience: I had Dr Heenal Vekaria for a double filling appointment. She is by far the best dentist I have ever been to (and I have been to a few). She explained everything that I wanted explaining, was very reassuring throughout. The appointment seemed to go quicker than I was expecting, which can only be a good thing. I would highly recommend, and will be coming back to her again in future.

Fantastic experience: I came to this dental clinic after years of avoiding the dentist because of my fears of having painful treatments done. Carmen was really great at reassuring me and sensitive to my needs. She would narrate what she was doing and responsive when I felt any tooth pain. She was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. She also explained dental hygiene in a clear and informative way-I feel like I've learnt a lot more about how to maintain my teeth. Fantastic experience: Just seen Hygienist Carmen for a clean, she was so lovely and explained gum disease to me in detail and how I should brush my teeth properly to make them healthy again. There was a lot to clean as it's been 3 years since I had a hygiene but she did amazing and I'm grateful I came to see her. Will make sure I come back in 3 months rather than years next time!

Negative experience: --- "Thank you for providing the nightguard, but I’ve noticed a few issues with it. It feels quite light and doesn’t seem to fit properly, almost like it’s made from a plastic material. It doesn’t seem as sturdy or comfortable as I expected. Could we look into adjusting the fit or exploring a different material that might be more suitable?" I did not take nightguard --- This approach is polite and direct, and it clearly communicates your concerns.

Negative experience: Popped in for a hygienist appointment recently - the lady operating was already trying to upsell other packages and get me in for another x3 sessions and see a dentists without even having started on my teeth… She also only did half the teeth (top section only)… Feels like they’re trying to get money off you without evening starting the job. The hygienists room is also filthy… saw food on the floor. They need to seriously look at cleaning this establishment. I ended up going to City Smile in Angel which was bit more expensive but def worth the service - got my bottom half of my teeth finished off. Allways worth getting a 2nd opinion! I’ve seen from a few other 1-2 star reviews that the management say ‘we’ve got no record of a booking etc.. please see my bank transaction here before you guys try accuse me of not having a booking.

Negative experience: When I left the surgery, the stout and stilted office manager helped me. Her name is Lee Anne. She’s basically a glorified dental receptionist who has no idea what she’s doing. She was rude and unprofessional. The surgery overall is filthy and rundown. The hygienist I saw on Wednesday was awful as well and seemed clueless. I recommend going elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I'm a nervous patient but Dr Khalil was fantastic. I felt I was in safe hands during a complex treatment and everything was explained to me clearly, and throughout he was extremely understanding and patient. The dental nurse was also brilliant and helped to put my mind at ease.

Negative experience: I am very disappointed with my recent visit to the dentist. Since then, I have developed a sore in my mouth. This has never happened to me before. The doctor did not communicate properly. She mentioned that I had a decay that needed immediate treatment, otherwise, I would have serious problems. Dr. Heenal Vekaria proceeded to do a filling on the spot without using the necessary hygienic practices. The goggles I had to wear were extremely dirty. She began the procedure before the anesthesia took effect, and I had to tell her to stop due to extreme sensitivity. She only waited for a minute before resuming. When she finished, I had remnants of the filling paste on different teeth, which took a few days to remove. I cannot use dental floss properly because her work was uneven. On top of that, she used a metal filling instead of a white one, and now I have a mix of metal and white fillings in my teeth, which were all white before. I have visited many dentists, but I have never experienced anything like this before. Dr. Heenal Vekaria (Associate Dentist, GDC Number: 28339) provided terrible service. I highly recommend asking for another dentist if you go to this clinic.

Negative experience: Even though I have an NSH registration, I went for treatment and they told me to come with someone who speaks English, so I did not go and now I am being penalized for a transaction that was not carried out by NSH. There is no action you have taken and there is no invoice. I will sue you. I am Mehmet Kurt, you can see them in the records.

I meet with Dr Rupali and she is the best dentist doctor I ever met, after worrying so much, she treated me very nice. I felt very comfortable around her. She is very skilled and professional. Negative experience: Friendly staff but sadly got told I needed six fillings and when I got a second option the other dentist said my teeth are fine apart from one. Little bit baffled to how dental beauty told me it was going to be six and a few thousand pounds….

Negative experience: Sadly a bad experience. When I called to register: lovely receptionist, took a note of me being a nervous patient. Today I mentioned it to the dentist on arrival. Zero compassion, assurance, unsure if she dealt with nervous patients before. Genuinely shocked by her ignoring me crying throughout, never offered a tissue, nothing. Got irritated by me wanting to take a few breathers in between. What I found the most uncomfortable was her discussing my case very loudly with an open door so people in the reception room could hear. Two patients from upstairs passed the room also. Then am referred to Harley Street and I say it’s far aswell as paying extra for it being on Harley Street. Surprise: there is another option close by. What commission do you get from referring clients to Harley Street? The only wonderful person in the room was the assistant, asked me if I was ok and said some supportive stuff. Maybe just bad luck, as the reviews are so great.

Negative experience: I highly do not recommend this dentistry. The staff is disgusting, starting with the registration staff and ending with the doctor. Until I ask directly and even several times, they do not provide any information (I am not a specialist, I do not know a lot of things). Employees are not openly rude. But the presence of constant neglect otsranenosti to you as a client. It is good that I did not finish my tooth and went to another clinic. If you like a beastly attitude, you're welcome. Negative experience: I've been coming here for 16 years but since Dental beauty took over, the treatment I've received has got worst. They put profit margins before dental care, throwing invisilign down your throat at every opportunity. My composite bonding snapped off after 18 months and were told i had to pay again to get it replaced. They also charged me £25 to review the damage which took then 30 seconds. Also, my last filling did not resolve the sensitivity pain i was experiencing and was told it would sort itself out over time. They tend to book you in for a 'pre-appointment' before any treatment is carried out so they can charge more. They also pressure you into writing a good review at your first appointment so most of the good reviews here are likely to be unreliable.

Found the emergency dentist person rude. And since having a another tooth taken out at a different dentist which painless and with ease. Negative experience: Will never return here. I had a hygiene appointment with Rupali Gupta. Ms. Gupta's engagement was basic, perfunctory and with little affect. She greeted me with her back turned to me while she continued to read whatever was on her computer. I then sat in the chair and answered questions while she still sat behind me. One of the first questions/comments she made was that the service would cost 79GBP. I thought this was a little strange given that I had already paid a deposit and asked if she wanted me to pay her straight away. The actual work completed was similar to her engagement skills; basic and perfunctory. I found it a bit odd that she didn't finish the session with a floss or fluoride. All that aside, Ms. Gupta's assistant was sweet and friendly. In addition, the receptionist who took the payment was also friendly, which cannot be said for the ladies who sat beside her and were too busy snacking and looking shocked when someone asked to make a payment. A little professionalism goes a long way ladies!

Fantastic experience: Super impressed with service. I had an emergency front tooth repair. Knocked half of my front tooth out on a saturday, coronation, bank holiday monday. I was in the chair lunch time Tuesday, day before one of the biggest client facing events, in my career, i was devastated. First time using this dental practice. Anish was so welcoming and made me feel so comfortable. You can't even tell its composite bonding.

Fantastic experience: After being in much pain, I was unable to secure an urgent appointment with my dentist the earliest being 2 Weeks away. I contacted 111 who recommended Dental Beauty. I was seen by Dental Beauty the following day. The receptionist was so caring and professional and made me feel so welcome. I was seen by the Dentist, Myriam, who again was so caring and explained the problem causing the tooth pain and course of treatment I would need. I needed a tooth extracted and had this done on this first visit. Myriam made me feel so relaxed that the extraction was pain free. I am now a patient of Dental Beauty and looking forward to getting my smile back with a Dentist I can trust. Thanks to the caring and professional staff at the Dalston Branch.

Negative experience: The hygiene doctor was amazing but the guy who did a check up was very rude and rushed the check up without offering clarity. He was bothered to explain a solution for my problem and sighed too! Gave me the only and very expensive option with no alternatives - I found a solution at another clinic the next day which was half the price. Not a good look for a new client!

Fantastic experience: This is the second time I've had a white filling done at this practice. I thought after my first one that it could not get any better but surprisingly this time around it was even better and just had to leave a review with how awesome the work is they've done. I had Dr Anish Patel do the precedure on me with Maryam assisting. Filling looks great and they were very professional, reassuring, friendly and the session went by faster than I expected.

Everything was explained to me beforehand so there were no surprises - which is a good thing when people are rooting about in your mouth. Fantastic experience: I visited this outstanding dental practice for a hygiene. I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by Ifsa and Lee at reception. I was seen by Maryam the hygienist who was assisted by her lovely nurse Nikova. Maryam is a highly knowledgeable and experienced hygienist and she provided my teeth with the TLC they needed. She was able to offer her expert advice for aftercare. My experience with this practice has been spectacular and all the staff were truly wonderful!

They slotted me in for an emergency appt straight away, and was looked after by Anish, Nikova - as well as the amazing receptionists, Lee, and Ifsa. 5 star and have booked in a hygienist appt as a follow up. Fantastic experience: Dr Shiv and Filo are very friendly good service and advice me of what to do to keep my teeth healthy. Clean environment and Ifsa and Lee are very helpful as well.

Negative experience: Nhs patients are not treated well, the new dentists just want you to book private treatments. It's a shame as the previous owners were great and really cared about NHS patients. A true dentist cares about all patients equally, not only the ones that make them more money.

Fantastic experience: Hygienist Maryam and her assistant Nikova provided an amazing caring service for my mum today even though there was a language barrier. They made sure she understood everything before starting the procedure and continued to explain things during it. I also personally have been receiving treatment from Maryam for some time and can absolutely recommend her service.

Fantastic experience: Went there for my first checkup in about 5 years this week (oops), but I couldn’t have been happier with the service. Not only was it a reasonable price, I was worried I’d be pressured into paying lots of extra money but it wasn’t the case. The x-rays I had on the check up were a lot cheaper than I expected (£11 each), and they asked if I wanted to do them before proceeding, and then afterwards I didn’t have anything shoved down my throat to buy/book, but was given plenty of options I could choose if I wished, with no obligations (other than recommending booking in to see a hygienist which was understandable after this long). The staff were all super friendly and welcoming too - special shoutout to Lee, Ifsa & Nikova who were lovely bubbly faces as a first point of contact ☺️ Needless to say it can be daunting finding a new dentist in a city different to where you may have been going all your life, but we’ve hit the jackpot with this one - couldn’t recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I had an absolutely amazing experience here, exceptional and attentive staff that made me feel really comfortable and welcome everytime. I had composite bonding done on my teeth which I had wanted for years and always felt too nervous to follow through with. I felt informed and trusted in the process and feel very well taken care of. The results speak for themselves, I have never felt more confident with my smile and receive lots of compliments on how natural my teeth look. Highly reccomend!

Negative experience: It used to be one of the best dentist practice, I loved Dr Mudhar who was thinking about patient’s health rather than money. I took my child to the dentist who only gave preach my 14 years old rather than real check up, the appointment finished in 2 minutes which was ridiculous and made me angry. I agree previous negative comments behave by the dentist treatment towards NHS patients too. This show what happen if NHS goes private companies hands.
