Fantastic experience: My first treatment at 68, taken from a very thorough dental plan and assessment a couple weeks earlier. A little anxious to start but my procedure went extremely well, the best I have experienced and I have had a lot treatments. Sarah and the team are superb, I have and will recommend Dentistry@68 to all, my family is now going to register as well.

Fantastic experience: Following my new patient check up with the lovely Magdelena we agreed on my needs . The even lovelier receptionist dealt with setting up my registration with DenPlan and despite some IT issues I'm signed up . Looking forward to my next visit to Hygenist Lisa in August .

I recently had a wisdom tooth removed, and to my absolute amazement, it was completely painless. Magda explained everything clearly beforehand and made sure I felt calm and reassured throughout. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Sarah after having a dental phobia meltdown at my own dentist when told I’d need a large filling on my very back tooth. Having only ever had one experience of dental work which went badly wrong as a child, I was terrified, but Sarah was absolutely amazing - she said it how it is in a non-patronising manner, was so gentle at the initial assessment and answered all my questions (even after the consultation!). The sedation was wonderful - there are tiny snippets I remember but on the whole cannot recall a thing from the filling which lasted about 45 mins (apparently!!!). The atmosphere was so calm and I would urge anyone who is considering not accessing dental treatment because of dental anxiety to do this option. I am so grateful.

I always get good advice and service and can certainly recommend Dentistry@68 I continue to receive excellent treatment and guidance regarding the care of my teeth with Dr Chris Thickett and hygienist Noelle. The surgery and admin side are both highly efficient, using the latest technology. An all round good experience. My latest treatment with Dentistry@68 went well, as usual. The appointment was originally planned to be with hygienist Noelle. This was not possible due to temporary Covid risks, so Dr Thickett did the work instead. Excellent service. Thanks to the treatment I have received from Dr Chris Thickett I am continuing to enjoy good dental health, despite my advancing years. The treatment, done recently, to prevent further wear on my front teeth was done without problem or pain. Everything clearly explained in advance. I'm very pleased with the result. Received emergency treatment after an old crown fell out. Phoned reception that morning and was seen by Chris in the afternoon. Repair done and complete in that one appointment. Good as new!

Fantastic experience: No one is more petrified of a visit to the dentist than me. Today I had a check up but also had lost part of a tooth. So, after a sleepless night I was welcomed by Sarah. What a revelation! She is so kind, so gentle but oh so professional. She fixed my tooth, checked my teeth, gums and oral health, took some X-rays and I felt no discomfort whatsoever. Quite honestly Sarah is a marvel. After my last dentist, I’m delighted to have found this caring practice. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: I've recently moved from an NHS dentist whose treatment and service were poor and inconsistent with a high turnover of dentists, cancelled appointments, and old dentists who did the bare minimum. Dentistry@68 have been amazing. Friendly and helpful, go above and beyond. Had treatment from Sarah Buckley and it was possibly the most relaxed I've felt in the chair ever. Didn't feel the injection and was informed throughout about my treatment.

Negative experience: Usually very good…but on this occasion I was made to feel guilty about not being able to afford or access certain services. Overall quite a patronising experience, sadly.

Fantastic experience: Such a brilliant, kind and supportive team of staff. I couldn't speak more highly of everyone here - been with the practice over 10 years and I wouldn't go anywhere else. After a very traumatic emergency wisdom tooth removal at a different hospital, when I had to get the other removed there was no question, I only felt comfortable going with Dr Morgan and their team for a far better experience. Everyone was so sensitive and gave me all the time I needed. They called in Mr Gibson especially, who I could not speak more highly of, such a likeable and extremely skilled surgeon, the process was completely painless and I was so happy to leave the practice having had such a good experience despite all my nerves leading up to the tooth removal. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: I was visiting relatives in Poole when I developed severe toothache. I made an emergency appointment and was seen as soon as possible the following morning. Briony, the dentist, was amazing and dealt with the root cause (pun intended) of the pain and sent me home smiling. I would happily recommend their emergency service and hope not to have to use them again. Seriously, great professional service at a reasonable cost, worth every penny.

Fantastic experience: As usual a 1st class experience at the practice. Reception really friendly and helpful. I had a comfortable wait and Chris is an excellent dentist as his nurse helping him and both so friendly and helpful. Wouldn't change a thing.

Fantastic experience: It is always sad when a tooth has to be removed. Richie and his assistant for my mind are higher beings. Despite my terror at the prospect of having a tooth forcibly removed from my mouth Richie achieved this with the minimum of fuss and NO pain whatsoever. At all times Richie and his assistant were very attentive to my needs making me relaxed and reassured and fully briefed on the proceedure ahead of and during the extraction. At 65 years of age that is the second tooth I have had to have out. I will now be redoubling my efforts to maintain the best dental hygiene possible. Dentistry 68 has been my dentist for over 20 years and, God willing, will be for 20 more.

I badly broke a filling just before Christmas, leaving a jagged tooth, facing the prospect of distinctly uncomfortable holiday.I didn’t really expect to be able to get an appointment as most places were closing for Christmas and this was lunch time, but I rang with little hope .The receptionist was so understanding, helpful and responsive. I am so grateful that Ritchie made the time within a full schedule to see me. So within the hour my tooth had been repaired. Fantastic experience: I can not thank Dentistry 68 for there help with my problems accuring from an extraction performed after having an extraction that was carried out by MaxFax late Friday and resulted in a really bad infection that happened over the weekend and Sara Buckley and her Nurse Ash, managed to sort out for me and Sarah even having came in early on Tuesday morning and I can not thank her enough and now recovering well thanks to her expertise and kindness shown to me. Outstanding service and very caring even over a weekend and contacting me on her days off, I can not thank Sarah Buckley enough and I am so very lucky to have found her. If only all dentists were like her having had very bad dentist’s in the past and that had left me traumatised ever since my school days some 50 years ago up until now! Now I am so relieved and I am so relaxed now it’s unbelievable really. Up date, the kindness and treatment is remarkable and gets a 10 out of 10 from me.

Fantastic experience: Have received exceptional care from Sarah for sedation, and Bryony. I have avoided dentists for years because I’m terrified - went here because they offer sedation. They were extremely kind, gentle and non-judgemental. The sedation was extremely effective and the price for it was very reasonable in my opinion. I needed a wisdom tooth removed and they agreed to do other things that needed to be done while I was sedated. It couldn’t have gone any better and I will definitely continue receiving care here.

Fantastic experience: Twice recently I have had to ask for an urgent appointment and both times I was seen the same day, Briony fitting me in in what I suspect was her lunch break and Sarah staying on later than she had planned. Fantastic experience: My 13 year old daughter has just had 4 teeth extracted (over two appointments) with Dr Richie Morgan. I was so impressed with Richie’s kindness and skills that meant the whole process was calm and efficient. He is a great dentist, as are his nurses. Both my daughter and myself felt it was a positive experience that had the potential to be fairly distressing. I would highly recommend Dr Morgan and his team.

Fantastic experience: I've been seen by Chris Thickett for years now and have always found him to be gentle during the check-up and during any treatment required. He took time to consider a problem I was having and referred me on to the hospital just in case! He's such a kind, friendly man and I always feel at ease with him. I am old enough to remember the school dentist back in the 60's!!! I visit Lisa for my hygiene appointments and think she's great too as she also goes very carefully in my mouth with receding gums! I park round the back and always find the reception girls welcoming and efficient. Tip-top service all round for which I am very, very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful staff and the dentists are superb my only gripe is how much it all costs nowadays coming from NHS which seemed affordable some of the costs blow my mind. Aside from this and if you can afford it a superb dental practice

Fantastic experience: I am not a fan of going to the dentist, basically because my pain threshold is not great. However, I have been going to this dental practice since childhood and have always been looked after. My current dentist who I have been seeing for many years is Richie. He has always looked after me with empathy and understanding and is very reassuring. He takes the time to explain all treatment options with no pressure as to which I should proceed with. As much as anyone can enjoy going to the dentist, I do enjoy the rapport that I have with Richie and he has earned my trust and respect.

Negative experience: The dentist was very polite and spoke clearly. It was a surprise to be told that she was concerned about something under my tongue that necessitated being referred to hospital .
