Fantastic experience: Had to book an emergency appointment to see about a wisdom tooth, staff were so helpful getting me an appointment. Dr. Rajan Srirangan was very clear and calm, explained every step and was able to pull the tooth out there and then, hassle free, in less than 2min. Exceptional service and felt very safe with them.

Fantastic experience: My hygienist appointment with Lauren was great as always and the new dentist was lovely too!

Negative experience: Mimoona at reception was absolutely horrible to me over the phone. She had a snarky tone, was very unhelpful and argumentative, and told me I can never come back because I had to make an emergency last minute cancellation. Nobody deserves to be treated like this. I’d go to another dentist in the area - lots of options.

Negative experience: Insane policy that I was encouraged to come in with the flu for a check up or never be allowed to use their nhs service “ever again”. I understand the inconvenience of late cancellation but this feels like an unfair and quite unsafe policy.

Fantastic experience: Dr Swapna was absolutely fantastic. Very experienced and explained each part of treatment in detail, gave me a clear idea of why I had the problem and what we could do to treat, and was honest about outcomes as well. Patient and well mannered.

Fantastic experience: This is the 2nd time I've been seen by this particular hygienist, and I really want to see her at all times. She always spend time to explain situations and also do a very good job. Very nice lady. The receptionist was also polite and good customer service.

Fantastic experience: Excellent care. I arrived a little early for my hygienist appointment. But I was seen pretty much within 5 min of arrival.

Fantastic experience: Had an absolutely splendid experience with Dr Hannah Adams – I can't recommend her highly enough! She carried out a thorough check-up, placed a composite filling, and was incredibly meticulous throughout. Dr Adams explained everything clearly and then proceeded to apply the filling with such care that I didn't feel a thing. Truly first-class!

Negative experience: Cancelled my appointment 3 times. Didn't tell me they had cancelled the 3rd time until I arrived at the clinic. Waste of time and money.

Negative experience: Very disappointing service. I asked to meet a specialist dentist for a wisdom tooth extraction. After the initial appointment and 2 weeks of waiting was told to find another dentist as they don’t do extractions in the clinic. No referral provided, no reason given. Would not recommend

Fantastic experience: Service at Together Dental Clapham is always great. Lauren Bennett (hygienist) is fantastic! Super kind and professional. Came out with clean, sparkling teeth!

Negative experience: An absolute scam of a company – please avoid at all costs I originally booked in for dental whitening which was on offer from £400 to £249. I arrived at the appointment and whilst laying on the chair I was told by the dentist in his white coat standing over me that there would be a £75 charge for a check up as I was a new customer and additional fees for X-rays. I informed the dentist that I had already booked a check up at my dentist in 2 days time which I had paid for in advance. The whole thing was basically a con- because I said I would come back with my dentists records they have since cancelled 3 appointments I have booked in. Because I am on to their scam they will not see me. I specialise in customer experience as a living and this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever received. Horrific company out to scam people – please avoid.

Negative experience: Bad experience. I did my registration and they gave me an appointment after a week. I had day off from work to go there and on the day of my appointment she told me you have no appointment -.-“. Instead of find me another alternative she wanted to book me after another week. Instead of chatting and chilling they should work properly. Basically 2 weeks to go to a dentist! They will never see me again.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Grace and hygienist Lauren are excellent- kind, and manage expectations around cost, pain length of treatment brilliantly. And reception are v good too- rang me to say Grace was running 15 minutes late. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: A bit disappointed with my hygiene experience today. The water in the water jet was cold and not working. The suction was not perfect as I had to swallow some water. Only cleaned my teeth for about half an hour so with a price of £100 not value for money. Could do better.

Fantastic experience: At the dentist this afternoon,Grace was her usual happy and friendly self. Grace is always thorough and explains clearly what she is going to do. I've recommended Grace to a number of friends but as she does more private than NHS they have missed out on having a dentist who truly cares for the patients.

Negative experience: We are a cleaning company that helped this practice out by supplying emergency cleaning cover. However 2 months later we are STILL waiting to be paid £76! Warning to anyone asked to do work …… DONT! They are scammers!

Fantastic experience: Lauren is a first rate hygenist who is always a pleasure to visit. Going to the hygenist means seeing the dentist less frequently and not having any fillings. Lauren has looked after my teeth for many years and in that time I have had no fillings. Proof of her skill and effectiveness.

Fantastic experience: I was very pleased after my visit at Together Dental Clapham. For the first time I felt that the dentist is honest and not just trying to tell me what everything I have to have done just to make some money on it. Honestly, I am super happy the clinic was taken over by this practice and their staff and I can't wait to take there also my child, one day. Thank you. Negative experience: REPORT REPORT REPORT!! Owners Stephen Robert WILLIAMS & Albert Edward SMITH are active in several other dental practices, including the previous practice which has been renamed Together Dental. Management are never on hand to correspond with service users, they do not respond to complaints or the lack of professionalism and inconsistency within their practice. They have a few private dentist who work at family or better, organisations, however, this place is a breeding ground for newly qualified graduates whom lack the passion, updated dental knowledge and equipment needed to better your oral health. They display false information on the website, they never have emergency appointments 10 minutes after opening. They fail to respond to emails, barely pick up the phone and when they do, have nothing to offer for 2 weeks. I have had nhs and private treatment here with 4 different dentist and 3 out of four dentist have provided a service unworthy. 1 Filling and crown fell out less then a month of treatment. They have more front of house staff then dental professionals. Front of house fail to take correct information, change regular and do not better the establishment. The NHS rooms have warn out lack of and old equipment, chairs that just about work, no hand held mirror in rooms, poorly ventilated rooms and a different dental assistant on visiting. So many red flags I have discovered with this company and I advise people to do their research and report them for NEGLIGENCE and breaching ones Rights. They 'need inspecting and bought to the attention of the Dental Association, both private and NHS. If they are found at fault in anyway, you will be componsated. Know your rights as a patient because you can not trust these professionals. This practice is a disgrace and only in it for financial gains. The dentist I saw was Hanna and another lady, both women not experienced enough to touch a dogs teeth. They aren't specialist in dentistry as yet and when the dental assistant are more experienced and knowledgeable then the dentist themselves, it is a sign to report and move on.

Fantastic experience: I had an appt with Millie Argyriadou this morning after one of my crowns fell out. As always she was warm welcoming and attentive. I have a number of dental and medical issues that need co-ordination and Millie set to to assiduously problem solve and come up with an action plan that took all aspects of the situation into account. She went above and beyond what was required of her, being sensitive in the face of my obvious anxiety. As always I left feeling reassured and very thankful that I have Millie as my dentist.

Fantastic experience: Meticulous treatment for veneer of worn-out front tooth by Dr Millie, with Dr Yaro. Careful assessment, painless treatment with local anaesthetic, professional veneer choice. I can smile again!

Fantastic experience: From the moment you walk into Together Dental, you are welcomed with friendly respect by every member of staff. Receptionists, dentists, specialists and dental nurses are all extremely efficient and proficient. Everything is clearly explained to you, from initial consultations, to options and suggestions for treatment plans, to follow-up care. It had taken me many years of dealing with awful dentists and awful dentistry to finally find one that I am so comfortable and confident with. Would definitely recommend Together Dental for all your dental requirements. Try them out, you wont be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: Dr Millie Argyriadou is a wonderful, attentive and caring professional. I am an extremely anxious patient and she makes me feel as comfortable and safe as possible while providing an excellent service. I don’t see myself looking for another dentist for years.

Positive experience: Having been to an appointment with the eternally incompetent Ros at the beginning of September I went today and Shahid actually did X-rays and confirmed the problem couldn’t in fact be fixed by getting some sensitive toothpaste as recommended in September as the root had died on a previously filled tooth and the bacteria had caused the 6 weeks of pain. Shahid removed my tooth quickly and efficiently after giving me all the options available. One of these dentists is easily available, the other you might have to wait for but you’ll only need one visit and you’ll get proper treatment. Lauren and Shahid are a credit to their profession

Fantastic experience: Just want to say a massive thank you to my dentist Grace. She has put me at ease at every appointment I have with her and is consistently supportive and reassuring. An excellent dentist and an even better person. Thank you Grace! :-)

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible customer service! I was 5 mins late to my appointment due to a train delay and was made to wait in reception for another 6 mins before being told they cannot see me because they do not have time. Empty waiting room and apparently no appointments for another few days.

Fantastic experience: I'm still talking about how amazing Dr Millie and her assistant, Yaro, are. They both went over and beyond what anybody could expect to sort out my veneers. Dr Millie knows her metier inside out, is very compassionate, enthusiastic and a perfectionist and I thank her and Yaro both from the bottom of my heart for everything they did to make sure I got my two perfect front teeth! I'd recommend Dr Millie time and time again.

Negative experience: Went for an nhs appointment it was all of 3 minutes. I’m actually not even sure what the point of the appointment was. The dentist then used the rest of the time to try sell me on his private services. Really disappointed

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Together Dental! Dentist Grace Marks is very warm, thorough, and reassuring- she did a filling for me a few years ago and was very understanding and kind when I was afraid and moved just as she tried to administer the injection! Hygienist Lauren Bennett is fab, bubbly personality and very gentle throughout treatment. I no longer live locally but happily commute to have checkups and treatment here.

Negative experience: The worse dental ! The dentist giving me injection num, which I left in severe pain for 10 days ! I would never go there again and I am looking for another dental practice. I do t advice patients to go there.

Negative experience: I have used this dentist for a number of years and the last 3 years have been headache. My first complaint came in August 2020. I booked in for my hygenist appointment pre covid and pre price increases in Feb 2020 for August 2020. Fast forward to August 2020, I am being informed last minute my appointments are being cancelled and I received a phone call demanding further payment for my hygenist appintment that I made before the price increases. Second complaint in 2021 dealing with a rude receptionist. Now July 2022 there has been change to their T&Cs where they no longer accept deposits and require full payment for a hygenist appointment. I refused to pay £95 upfront as no email notification was received to confirm these changes and this was the same for their price increases during covid. I have now gone back to my old dentist I used to use in my teenage years as they are far cheaper for a hygeine clean and they accept deposits.

Fantastic experience: Lauren has been my hygienist for years. She's always happy and friendly and makes you feel at ease. She's a great hygienist. Grace my dentist has also been looking after my teeth for years she always has a friendly welcome for you. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I arrived, I got into the dental room just about on time, the Doctor/Dentist was efficient and I left 10 minutes later. So far a great experience. The people upstairs/front of house are great. Super service well done.

Negative experience: Rude receptionists (which is a shame as the dentists are lovely) and no confirmation of appointments sent. Long wait time for appointments and even longer wait when you’re there to be seen. Avoid this place - looking forward to moving to the dentist around the corner.

Negative experience: Paid £50 extra for a private appointment after a crown came loose - NHS option was to wait 10+ days. 35 mins late for the appointment and then was only able to provide me with Private treatment recommendations - these ranged in cost from £1000-£5000. Turns out this Dentist is not also NHS registered, so could give me no comparison for a treatment with my NHS cover. Now need an app with a registered NHS Dentist to get an alternative treatment plan. What a waste of money. It should have been clear when making the appointment that I would ONLY get a recommended Private treatment plan, not all my options. That would be understandable if I went to a Dental Surgery that only does Private treatment, but not at one that advertise Private and NHS.

Fantastic experience: As an NHS patient I’m over 10 years with this Clapham dental clinic and must say my experience is always very good. This time, I especially thank Dr Sophie Mackay for her excellent work with my complicated tooth and your incredible kindness. I’ve already recommended Together Dental to 2 of my friends and they are very happy with a choice. The only point I don’t like is that sometimes waiting time for an appointment is quite long. However, in urgent cases, they are always able to accommodate me.

Fantastic experience: After researching back and forth on dentists who were accepting NHS. I found Together Dental. Really quick turnaround on initial registration appointment and then follow up treatment. Adam is lovely, good bedside (I guess) manner and took time to explain everything to me and walk me through what was going to happen, needed to happen and follow up plans for the future.

Fantastic experience: I got braces here (started about a year ago, still ongoing). Cleo has been absolutely fantastic starting from the consultation phase and continuing with all the appointments since then!

Negative experience: I love my dentist at this practice and have been coming here for years. However, the receptionist is so prickly and makes you feel like you are an inconvenience. It is a disservice to the great dentist and hygienist facility.

Fantastic experience: I am so impressed with Together Dental. From the team on reception who are all very professional and helpful to my wonderful dentist Cleo! Not only is she super experienced, she is also very warm and made me feel at ease. I just had braces fitted and the entire process from discussing my treatment plan to finance to having them fitted was effortless. Any questions I had were answered promptly and I went to my appointment feeling relaxed and confident. The fitting of the braces themselves was super quick and painless. Cleo explained everything step by step and give me very helpful instructions on how to care for my braces and elevate any discomfort that might occur. Already looking forward to my next visit and the great results that will follow in future.

Fantastic experience: Nicole had her braces fitted by Dr Cleo Today Cleo is a brilliant Orthodontist Cleo talked through all of the sages what she was doing to both I and Nicole and gave Nicole instructions on what to do after the braces are fitted what foods/drinks to avoid this left us both reassured and was given an email that we would be able to liaise with Cleo directly if having any problems excellent service also her nurse Tom was also brilliant very professional and kind Do recommend highly

Fantastic experience: I wouldn't normally share reviews (especially about a dentist!) but I'm always nervous about going to the dentist and this is a great surgery. The staff are friendly and the dentists are really informative, and I felt so at ease throughout the whole appointment. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Fantastic experience: had a filling done by dr sophie Mackay which turned out amazing, she changed my amalgam filling to a white filling and was patient with me, both her and her nurse. i would definitely recommended booking with Dr Sophie. reception was also friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Absolute waste of time and money me and my mrs are very disappointed in the private service we paid for our daughters treatment. We was bk in his room every week for a month to fix the bad job he done all together we have had over 7 appointments for the same problem mr Srirangan said he was capable of fixing. Over time it was proven he was not able to help our daughter her teeth look awful after the bad job hes done. We are now registered with a better private practitioner. Do not register for private service here it's worse than NHS.

Fantastic experience: It's really nice to arrive at a dentist where the receptionist knows your name. I always receive a warm welcome from Dentist Millie who takes care to make sure I am alright while she carries out her work and reassures me that all is well. Fantastic experience: Grace has looked after me and my teeth wonderfully well for some time and has just saved one of my teeth which broke on an olive stone! Ably assisted by the dental nurses with her over 3 appointments I am so grateful to her for her professionalism and skill. He took time to talk to me about my cleaning routine, as he was impressed by the results. His assistant was clearly highly skilled - and was as professional as you could ever hope for.

Fantastic experience: Made an appointment for a regular check up on a Saturday. Receptionists were friendly and welcoming. Dr Sophie Mackay did an excellent job with scans, cleaning and explaining the various treatments available. I was even able to get my scans and start the Invasalign journey on the same day. Fantastic experience: Fantastic dentist is always gentle explains the procedure very well & gives advice on aftercare Dr Rajan was very kind to provide seat support as I have back issues; I've had ongoing dental problems & today a fractured tooth which was fixed quickly & almost painlessly, I definitely reccomend this place. Updated as of 22/11/21 my 8 yr old daughter was seen today & a little nervous beforehand but Dr Rajan put her at ease as to what the issue was, he explained to her as to what she needed to do in a way she could understand we both came out very happy with the outcome & from the dentist thanks so much!.. .9/12/21 my tooth started to wobble during the 10 days I had covid so I rang in & they me an appointment quickly, reassuringly I didn't need any treatment/fixtures just to carry on with the helpful self management tips Dr Rajan had given me before so it went really well!..29/12 My gum had become progressively more painful just after Christmas day so I bought over the counter tooth gels to sooth the pain as well as doing salt water rinses I msged the dentist as soon as I returned from a local holiday & they kindly gave me an instant appointment next day not sure what Dr Rajan did to my gum but it worked pain is 80% gone I'm very grateful.

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my dentist AH who does his job extremely well. He explains treatment procedures very well. The reception ladies are always pleasant and the waiting area is always calming.

Fantastic experience: My dentist Laura and her assistant treated me with expert care and I would like to thank her for doing such a great job and putting me at ease. The only negative thing I would like to mention is the cost of the treatment. I was a patient here with the previous company but with this company and the same service, I am paying double the price as before.

Fantastic experience: Excellent session with Raj - by far the most impressive in my 50 years of seeing dentists. He not only gave thorough, clear, concise advice but also explained in detail the reasoning behind the advice - far more than I've ever had previously. Examined 2 specific concerns and provided insightful view of the problems (which fitted with accidents I'd had 20+ years previously) and advice on how to take forward. Finally on the normal check up he gave specific comments on things to maintain aswell as how to improve and why. Truly excellent and I felt in expert hands.

Fantastic experience: Just got my 2 teeth extracted after such a long time, the lovely, professional, Dentist Adam, made sure I was very comfortable and did a good job with a temporary denture , that fitted very well. The duty of care was fantastic.

Fantastic experience: I was given customer care today. Melissa didn’t rush when cleaning my teeth, she checked them first and told me what she would do next and what I should do after to take care for my teeth. I was given two free little brushes (colour yellow & red) just to know the colours to use to clean my teeth everyday after eating. She gave me a lovely smile while leaving the surgery just to assure me that my teeth were good and it’s good to smile. I will like to attend the surgery again in 6 months time.

Fantastic experience: I saw the hygienist and had a checkup with the dentist the same week. The service was impeccable, very friendly, welcoming and also reassuring, from reception staff to the medical staff. Dr Adam Hussain was particularly attentive and gave me a variety of options for my few concerns, which I am extremely grateful for. Fantastic experience: Had to make an emergency appointment because of a painful wisdom tooth. They were able to see me very quickly and on the same day were able to perform an extraction. The staff were extremely helpful and super friendly.

Fantastic experience: Very impressed with Together Dental. I was welcomed by a very lovely young receptionist, that let me know directly that they were running late with appointments. The dentist himself spent time explaining options of treatment that I may have, along with helping me to feel relaxed.

Fantastic experience: I received Invisalign treatment through Dr Millie at Together Dental Clapham and could not recommend Millie or the clinic more highly. Millie is a brilliant dentist, so caring, knowledgeable, personable and professional. She really cares about her patients and does everything possible to ensure patients are welcomed, fully understand the treatment, and can ask questions before, during and after treatment. I am so happy with the results I received from Invisalign under Millie's care - my teeth are now straight and the scale, polish and whitening afterwards has lifted my smile. Yaro who assisted Millie in the later appointments is also great and so I want to thank him as well as Millie. Finally, the Together Dental Clapham receptionists are also lovely - always friendly and ensure follow up appointments are booked and call you to confirm appointments.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been coming to this practice for over 15 years though its name has changed along the way. I’m part way through the process of having tooth implant surgery. I particularly appreciate Dr Vishal Patel’s approach to communication during this process. He clearly explains his work at all stages so that I fully understand the risks, progress and after-care routines etc. He even shows photographs and videos of key-stages of the surgery (if you’re interested and have the stomach for it). His enthusiasm certainly does come across and the work is going very well. It’s also encouraging to see him working to pass-on his skills to his dental assistants, who all seem highly capable in their own rights. Stacey’s support is also values as she is always available to provide support by phone and to check-in before and after surgery. I feel in very safe hands. It’s also worth calling-out Lauren the hygienist who also does a great job and has been here longer than I can remember. It’s amazingly how she manages to keep a conversation going across 6 monthly visits (or longer) when only one of us can’t speak properly! This reminds me I’m overdue an appointment and should book one with her soon! In short - I’d definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience: Lauren is a breath of fresh air in the medical profession. Always up beat, smiling and a pleasure to be around, even when part of you is incredibly uncomfortable. There is a passion there for all things gums and teeth, that I just love. Lauren is amazing. Thank you, see you in a year xx

Fantastic experience: Had very bad toothache..saw Grace who was excellent...highly recommend. Grace was very thorough and explained in detail the reason of tooth pain and the treatment required and most importantly treated my toothache.

Fantastic experience: I was in email contact with the reception staff before my visit and they were very efficient and lovely to deal with. It’s always such a pleasure visiting the dentist and/or hygienist here. Had to wait months for an appointment but that was thanks to Covid, not the practice.

Fantastic experience: I started my Invisalign journey because I wanted to finish a previous ortho treatment I had in the past which didn't satisfy me. I saw many publicities about Invisalign and I was really happy to wear something that none could see, unlike the braces. I felt too old to wear them again :) I came into Together Dental Clapham and I am very happy. The reception staff is friendly and professional, helping me booking dates and time that best suits my availability. My dentist Dr. Shahid Makhani is a very peaceful person and very good for nervous patients like me. He followed my Invisalign journey step by step giving me a lot of suggestions to keep my aligners invisible. He referred me to Dr Lauren, the hygienist and I really appreciate it as she is a very bubbly person and made me laugh all the time. She is very gentle and I could not feel any pain at all.
