Fantastic experience: My mother recently had an excellent consultation with Dr. Ali Cousins, and we couldn’t be more impressed. She was kind, patient, and meticulous in addressing what could have been quite complicated issues. Dr. Cousins took the time to answer all of our questions thoroughly, and although we knew she had a busy schedule, she never once made us feel rushed. It is rare to meet a practitioner who can truly restore your faith in medicine, and Dr. Ali is certainly one of them. We will gladly be seeing her for all future appointments.

Negative experience: Terrible service, and very rude staff. I chose perfect smile as it was the closest dentist to me on the nhs making it very convenient but there’s one staff member at reception who has a very bad attitude in person and over the phone which already makes me feel uncomfortable when I’m there. I had two fillings put in and got told if you experience any pain call back and they will book me in for an emergency appointment. Wed12 march got my fillings and have been in unbearable pain crying myself to sleep. I gave it a full week struggling with the pain to give them the benefit of the doubt and see if the pain would go but a week later it’s got worse and when I called back the rude receptionist said to me I can’t get an emergency appointment and have to wait 2 months to get seen. I said the dentist said I can get an emergency appointment and the receptionist declined and said she’s full so I have to wait until may 8weeks to been seen after work they done on me to put me in this pain

Negative experience: Very rude receptionist I rang 2 days before my appointment as I’ve been very unwell ! Got Told I couldn’t reschedule I loss my £45 deposit I paid towards my appointment so I’ve still had to come still so unwell today to see hygienist !!l I Find the dentist is just all about money don’t really care about anything else ! So decided I won’t be returning such an unprofessional dentist !!?

Fantastic experience: I saw Doctor Maddie to get a new retina. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and can safely say my experience with doctor Maddie was the best I have ever had. She was organised, efficient and made me feel comfortable and confident. She explained the procedure clearly and worked as an amazing team with her nurse Galena. Galena was very organised also. The overall experience smooth sailing and I would recommend over and over to anyone!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to different dentist’s and have to be put to sleep all the time but Kevin is the best makes me feel at ease and comfortable that I’m almost falling asleep when he’s working. Lol best ever 10/10 & more

Positive experience: I went in for a broken tooth and got the filling done. It fell out after a couple of weeks, and when I went back, the dentist (Janhavi Narula) was already not working there anymore, so I got an appointment for free with another dentist (Kevin Diba). Dr Diba was very friendly, professional, and reassuring. He did a great job, and after 7 months, I had no issues so far.

Negative experience: Goodness me! UK dentists are an embarrassment. NHS patients 6-8 weeks JUST for the 1st appointment let alone actually fixing the cracked teeth! The councils need to 10x their business rates with how they treat NHS patients. There are nearly as many dentists on this street as there are chicken shops.

Fantastic experience: I never usually write reviews but had to this time. I got a last minute emergency appointment for an ongoing wisdom tooth issue, and was scheduled with Dr Averley. I hadn’t met Dr Averley before, but I’m so glad I have now. The issue I’ve had has been going on for 5 years, and Dr Averley was the first dentist I’d met who actually took the time to talk to me about what was going on, potential reasons, and solutions for managing the difficulty and pain. I’m really grateful for such a positive experience!! :)

Negative experience: I had my first interaction as a new patient with this surgery and the receptionist was extremely rude in giving her instructions as i was late 10 mins about late cancellation if i needed to re-arrange. I am a private patient already paid my deposit to the session and the bus converted their route which lead me to have to walk in the rain to arrive quickly and i was met with so much rudeness and she even hang up the phone after saying to her "i will get back to you about what i decide to do". the policy is really terrible (especially that i have not been informed about it as a new patient). If i needed to re-arrange due to late cancellation i have to pay £20. They offered that the hygienist could see me for the remaining 15 mins and i need to pay the £80 full price which i refused and i am definitely not coming back.

Negative experience: Wouldn’t recommend going there, I started an invisalign treatment & the dentist didn’t care to listen to what I wanted to do with my teeth, it is a waste of money, find a better dentist guys. He rushed the process & I said I didn’t like certain bits ans he looked past it. I rather go to another dentist in order for them to communicate my preferences better. This dentist doesn’t listen or communicate accordingly.

Warm and welcome greeting by lovely Justina in reception, she made me feel confident and calm (as I don’t like going to dentist). I was seen right away by Dr Helena who was very nice and professional with lots of knowledge, she gave me clear instructions and practises to take home to keep my dental hygiene on top. Fantastic experience: My dentist Frej at Perfect Smiles and his receptionists at Perfect Smiles are amazing, not only does Frej speak fluent english, but he has also trained in Sweden so he speaks swedish too. He works seamlessly with other specialists and collaborate in the most efficient and time effective way. He has looked after my teeth and my son's teeth for the last 12 years and I couln't be happier. Especially the last few weeks when I got a very complicated problem, a split tooth that was infected. So empathetic receptionists that really goes the extra mile to make sure you are getting the appointments you need in time to limit your pain. He has the and very latest equipment and will always try to save a tooth instead of pulling it out, the swedish way he was trained. Worth the travel if you live far. Apart from swedish, Frej also speaks fluent Persian and is a keen mindfulness practitioner, so the room is peaceful and calm in a way that is contagious to the patients. The receptionists are empathetic with warm eyes. I am so grateful for the care I have received.

As for my dentist not so much She made me feel like a child (i am 29 years old) so small When she was using the drilling equipment on my teeth, I was wincing because it hurts (sensitive teeth) she changed yhe equipment she was using and used a smaller one and said " we use this on kids", " if you would've stopped moving, we would've got everything"' "if you floss properly, your teeth wouldn't sensitive" her attitude towards me like she was talking to a small kid was of putting amd embarrasing especially infront of the other dentist lady that was in the room Couldn't wait to het out of there and it waa my first time going there I'll be going else where next time.
