Fantastic experience: check up, no work needed. Have been scared of the dentist since I was a child until I came here and started seeing Dr Aakash Mayor. He has taken time with me over the last few years which has made a massive difference.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment to extract a cracked tooth. After an examination, the dentist explained the options open to me but assured me he could extract the tooth without too much trauma. He did so quickly. Very efficient and on NHS. I thoroughly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: As always a superb professional appointment at Valley Dental Practice in Buckhurst Hill today. Thorough check-up, a couple of X-rays and an appointment made for a minor filling in the future. All on the NHS (for which I paid a small charge).

Positive experience: Had an emergency appointment and was very disappointed. The dentist seemed unsure and had to ask someone else for help. The receptionist was eating a full meal at the front desk, right in front of patients. Completely unprofessional. I won’t be coming back.

Fantastic experience: I am extremely grateful for the Practice seeing me within 1 hour of me calling them to say I had severe toothache. The dentist spent 1.5 hours working on my tooth in the first of several appointments to do a root canal treatment and crown the tooth. I was very impressed with them - as I have been many times over the years.

Fantastic experience: Clean and bright reception. Staff were friendly and helpful. I was greeted by the Nurse, who was also very pleasant. The Dental Surgeon, Nabin was patient and took time to discuss other health issues (relevant to treatment). In my 70 years I have visited many Dental Surgeons who have been a bit 'heavy handed' Dr. Nabin is the most gentle Dentist I have ever visited. He was also very good with my Grandson who had problems with a couple of his milk teeth. He thought Dr. Nabin was wonderful. Thank you! 18/6/24 Having chipped a front, lower incisor tooth, leaving a sharp edge, Dr. Preena saw me at quite short notice. Friendly and relaxed, she soon fixed up the problem tooth. The Dental Nurse was also very friendly. Thank you both. Steve Rouse.

Fantastic experience: I had an emergency that required to be seen as soon as possible and was very happy and impressed that the receptionist Sabahat got me an appointment with a dentist within 3-4 hours. The dentist firmly, quickly assessed the situation and acted upon in a professional manner that is exemplary. All was sorted with two days. I was amazed how well you are looked after at the Valley Dental Surgery. The customer service is always cheerful, polite, friendly and helpful and quite professional. It takes the worry out of having your teeth examined, as it is a dreading experience for all. Cannot thank you all enough to make me keep my smile going.

She went above and beyond to help coordinate my urgent request for my son’s chipped tooth to be repaired. Debbie took a proactive approach, promptly returning my call and ensuring we were booked in quickly. What really stood out was her thoughtful follow-up: even though I was already due to visit the practice, she called to update me personally and inform me that she had raised a request with the practice manager for our family to be considered for re-registration, having been away from the practice for a couple of years. Their policy was brought to my attention today. Her service was not only courteous and professional but also genuinely caring and proactive. Debbie is a true asset to the practice, and her efforts made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. Thank you!

My issues have taken time to resolve but with Nabin's perseverance, over the last year, I have seen great improvement in the health of my gums. Fantastic experience: Has been my dentist for many years now and honestly no complaints from me. Visited today and from the receptionists to dentist everyone was kind and helpful. A big shout out to Nabin my actual dentist who in my opinion has always been supportive, kind and helpful. The only downside is that he is so popular and also doing private that it's a long wait for standard appointment your check up. But really that shows that he is a good dentist and people like myself are willing to wait to see him. Although will say didn't wait that long for a follow up appointment to actually have treatment done. So would highly recommend because he is just fab.

Fantastic experience: So pleased. Josh saved my tooth. A previous dentist in another surgery told me I would need to have two teeth extracted. One cracked and the one next to it had an abscess. I went to Valley Dental Practice for a second opinion. Josh saved the cracked tooth by doing a root canal and crown. And advised the other tooth was fine. So very pleased my tooth was saved.

Positive experience: My hygienist took onboard that my teeth are sensitive especially using the water de-scaler so during my treatment she used both water and manual de-scaler which worked well and put me at ease. I felt the clean was much more thorough than last time, she took her time and spent longer de-scaling. Polishing at the back of my teeth is a plus, really like the way my teeth feel when leaving today . Thank you and keep up the good work .
