Fantastic experience: I was one of the dentists very first patients and I am now 71, and all the dentists that have worked on my teeth have never caused me any pain due to excellent pain relief in advance should it be necessary, and I still have all my own teeth bar one. I sincerely recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: I was absolutely petrified about having my tooth extracted today...but the lady dentist I saw couldn't do enough to put me at ease. She explained everything step by step... reassured me the whole time and constantly asked if I was ok every few minutes. Before I knew it the tooth was out! I was given after care instructions to take home with me. For anyone like me who is nervous of dentists...I would highly recommend Hydean Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for many years at the Hydean Dental Surgery and after a few visits with Dr Ventsi, he suggested that 3 teeth needed attention and it would be a good idea to get them crowned in the near future. So at my next appointment arrangements were made for me to come in. Ventsi was so calming and professional and the procedure felt pain free. I certainly needed not to worry and what a kind person Dr Ventsi is. Thank you too to Daniela, his practice nurse. I can smile with confidence, so thank you. Since writing this review, I have been back again to see Ventsi and his assistant, Daniela, for more treatment and how wonderful my smile is now. Hydean Dental Surgery is certainly the place for professional advice and treatment and so modern dental practices I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this Dental Surgery to everyone.

Fantastic experience: First visit for a check up and it was a great experience. No waiting time, I was done in 10 minutes. The doctor was very kind and pleasant to talk to. She explained the xrays to me and gave me all information I needed. The environmenr is not super modern but is cery clean. Xrays are included in the price of the check up already so no surprise fees. Glad I found a good dentist around here.

As while I'm a nervous patient due to past experience elsewhere, they were great, friendly and tended to my teeth/ mouth smoothly. Would highly recommend them. Positive experience: Good dentistry overall but the practice is becoming more for private patients, which is a great shame. I have been going to this surgery for over 40 years and I feel let down as an NHS patient. No longer treated as a person, they are only interested in money now.

Positive experience: Take a long time to answer the phone. Then the receptionist has no idea how to help. I waited for several minutes just to be told that she didn't know where I was on the waiting list and how much time it would take. Just that it's 3 years generally.

The dentist Sam was lovely, professional, informative but very friendly at the same time. Eva (the dental nurse) was equally friendly and reassuring.
