Fantastic experience: I had a hygienist appointment with Steve. I was quite anxious after a bad experience 19 years ago. Steve was so patient, he explained what he was going to do and gave plenty of rest stops. When finished I asked what would happen at the next appointment and he said what he had just done would be the worse it would ever be… I was like wow it barely felt a thing. I had no soreness after and no sensitivity. I don’t know what I was afraid of. Big Thanks to Steve

Reception was busy but Carla was efficient, polite and found us the perfect follow up appointment. All with a smile on her face.

Fantastic experience: Since my first review below , I’ve become a permanent patient of the practice. What a joy it is to visit here , which is a strange thing to say about the dentist ! Everybody from the receptionists to the dental nurses to the hygienists to the dentists are so welcoming and friendly , they show an interest in you and smile , and Harv has been amazing in getting my bite right - it’s taken a lot of visits ! You can always get an appointment , next day if you need it. I highly recommend. Previous review ; A front crown dropped out on Saturday morning , we were due to go away that night with friends , for a meal and a catch up , and I looked like an old crone ! I phoned the practice , of which I wasn’t a patient - my practice is closed on Saturdays - and they gave me an appointment for that morning. I went in and registered and the crown was cemented back in. The staff were fabulous , so friendly and helpful , and made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency dentist appointment rang up on the day and was booked in with in a few hours. Dr. Harv and his team were outstanding, was so nervous as not had to go to dentist for a while, but he kept it calm and was really good with me to have my wisdom pulled out, really good job of calming my nerves. Excellent dentist. Recommend to anyone in need of dentals and more.

Fantastic experience: I have attended this dental practice for 25 years and am so so happy with the service. I suffered from dental anxiety and they always manage to make me feel at ease to the degree that I managed to have a dental implant with Mo. Mo placed this implant in 2020 and to this day it has caused no issues. Also special mention to Caro who has been my hygienist since I first attended the practice 25 years ago.

Negative experience: Horrible experience with this dental practice, definitely not for nervous patients. Firstly their website says they take NHS patients but when I called they said they didn't and were private only. Booked in as I was having pain in one of my teeth. Was seen quickly and told I needed a root canal. Was also told I needed a hygienist appointment (£128.00). After the 1st appointment was then booked in for 2 more (totalling nearly £400.00). I had ended up with 6 appointments in my diary at once which I found really overwhelming. After several days of being really ill I had to cancel my 9am Monday morning appointment. The receptionist was horrible on the phone but most importantly she didn't tell me I would be charged a cancellation fee of £55.00. I found this out when I later asked for my deposit back. My view is that they book you in for all these appointments so they can then charge you if you cancel. They are not transparent about these charges when you book appointments and they are not anywhere on the treatment plan/website etc. Lastly I booked a consultation to try to alleviate my anxiety about the root canal. I told the dentist I had panicked last time a dentist tried to use a dental dam and immediate response was "find another dentist then". I thought I was there to ask my questions and go through my options but this was not so. He then tried to explain why sedation was a bad idea (costing £400 per hour by the way). I don't know if this is all usual for a private practice dentist but it has certainly reignited my fears.

Fantastic experience: Had a bit of a sweet tooth when I was younger so need a little bit of work doing everyone there was amazing and a big shout to Harv who did most of my work definitely recommend

Fantastic experience: I had a car accident several years ago and my mouth was a mess I had a couple of dentists before Tej and I wouldn’t have come if I could have got away with it as I was terrified- I had to have several teeth out which was in itself a good experience as it was painless and Tej is always smiling and nice even when I’m grumpy- 3 months and several visits down the line I now have some lovely teeth top teeth and am really looking forward to getting my bottom resorted next - everyone is so lovely so thank you all I really appreciate it and I don’t mind coming now ❤️

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old child needed a baby tooth removed as it had broken. Tim was amazing; so calm and understanding, he knew what to say. He even had my child laughing after the numbing injection! I completely recommend Tim, as a parent it was a relief to have my child looked after so well and leave with only positive thoughts about going to dentist! Thank you to him!

Fantastic experience: I have had bad dental trauma in the past, been made to feel awful and hence why I don't go to the dentist. However, after a dental trauma before christmas I was seen by Harv and I can honestly say I have never been treated with such great customer service and no judgement until that day! Professionality is second to none!I am still having treatment and I don't have one single worry about an appointment as I am made to feel really comfortable. Stephen the hygienest has also done an absolutely fantastic job! Thank you guys I won't be leaving this gem of a dentist surgery.

Fantastic experience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I visited Andrew Lee Dental Practice for an Invisalign consultation and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I walked in. Dr Louise Roebuck was absolutely exceptional — she explained everything clearly, was completely transparent about pricing, (which was reasonable) and most importantly, came across as incredibly warm, honest, and approachable. She instantly put me at ease, and I felt confident enough in her advice to go ahead with the treatment. I also had a scale and polish with Caro, and as a nervous patient, I couldn’t believe how relaxed I felt — I nearly fell asleep in the chair! Caro’s gentle and reassuring manner made what would normally be a stressful experience feel completely comfortable. A big thank you as well to Suzanne on reception, who has been brilliant at keeping me updated with my appointments. I can’t believe how quickly I have been seen by two dentists and a hygienist who explained clearly what they were going to do and how best to care for my teeth afterwards. Treatment I have received has been excellent and would definitely recommend especially if you are a little nervous as I felt comfortable and at ease at all times.

Fantastic experience: I came to Andrew Lee Dental in 2023 when I decided to start my Invisalign journey, and I’m so glad I did. Tej and the whole team were amazing from start to finish—super helpful, always there to answer my questions, and really made the whole process easy. I was honestly shocked that we finished my Invisalign in just 5 months and got exactly the result I was hoping for! The packages are really affordable too, which made it even better. Even though I’ve moved out of Leamington, I still come back to this practice because I trust them that much. Can’t recommend them enough if you’re thinking about Invisalign!

Negative experience: I visited yesterday on an emergency appt to have a cap replaced and estimate treatment costs. Initial sppt paid for st reasonable 67.00 including xray. Then after said assessment ..i was charged 95 to glue my cap on ,treatnent took 5 mins max...advised nhs was not available only children when the website states nhs patients welcome...Was then given a qoute of over 2400 for my needed work at 195 per tooth for extraction and 940 for a partial upper plate. Subsequently received figures at 50% less Maybe they offer great products but prices are horrendous and to be charged 95 for 5 mins work...I will not ve going back!! Noq I know why many nhs patients are suffering and resorting zo pulling there own teeth out....disgraceful state of affairs for nhs dentistry! Andrew

The Dentists & Hygienists working with my three daughters have been so gentle, kind and in touch with the extra sensitivity required working with children & young people. It feels like a relief to have found such a good NHS Dentist for my kids. I pay privately & it feels manageable with the monthly payment plan I am on which includes two Hygienist appointments booked the same time & prior to having my six monthly dental check ups. Positive experience: Very professional approach by Steve who carefully explained a problem I had with one of my incisor teeth whilst undergoing a hygienist appointment. But I had difficulty in obtaining an appointment in a further three months when I am due to see both the hygienist and have a dental check up. The receptionist made an appointment for June but when I realised how far ahead this was, I explained that I needed an appointment at the end of April/early May. Eventually the receptionist managed to accommodate me early in May.

I called surgery in a lot of pain , Susannah answered the call and did everything to get me an appointment asap. My previous dentist had moved to this surgery and popped in to say hi before and after my procedure, thank you Tej .Will definitely be using this surgery from now on . Fantastic experience: Following a very quick emergency appointment at the weekend, I had a tooth extraction today. Due to a traumatic childhood experience at the dentist when a child, I was PETRIFIED. I can't begin to explain how happy and relieved I am now. The extraction was gentle and absolutely painless and even the anaesthetic injections didn't hurt. At one point I thought: I could just lie here and have a facial right now while I'm at it! Jas is incredibly skilled (so lovely to call a doctor by first name) he was very sensitive, kind and explained my treatment thoroughly. The practice (from reception to the dental nurses to the doctors) is first class and run beautifully. Yes, being private there are costs but it is one of the very best investments I have made for my health. My faith in dental care has been firmly restored and for that I'm more than happy to pay. Thank you so much. Five stars from me!

Fantastic experience: I’ve had Invisalign at Andrew Lee for the last year. I was initially nervous but am so glad I went ahead and my teeth look amazing. The team are really flexible, from late night opening on a Monday to payment plans. Everything was explained clearly and Dr Hyare continued the treatment until it was perfect. I’ve also had a filling and a hygienist appointment at the practice as a private patient - both were fine and really reasonable price wise.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using this dental practice since moving to Leam earlier this year and they’re brilliant! All of the staff are very friendly and welcoming. They call me if ever they’ve had a cancellation to offer to move my appt earlier in the day, and the dentists, hygienists, and technicians always make me feel at ease. I’m midway through Invisalign treatment with them too, which has been a great and smooth process. Would highly recommend for a friendly practice!

Negative experience: I came here to get caps on my teeth, they fell off within a couple of months and when I called up to get the issue resolved they told me I had to pay for another appointment. I have since left and joined another practice in Leamington, and have received much better service there.

From the moment we walked in, we felt very welcome by all staff. We received excellent advice and treatment from our initial check up with Harv, who provided a clear dental plan. Steven expertly and skillfully filled a tooth for mom, and she was thrilled with the result. Our hygiene appointments with Steven were excellent. He explained before and during our appointments the treatment which was very reassuring and also gave useful and helpful advice. Steven was very gentle and professional and ensured our treatment was carried out with great care and consideration. Our teeth feel great and the cleanest they've felt! Fantastic experience: I genuinely could not speak highly enough of Dr Roebuck and the team at Andrew Lee Dental Practice. After years of urm’ing and ahh’ing about fixing my smile, I finally decided to look around and do some research, with reviews sending me towards Andrew Lee… From start to finish, they were so professional, knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I was given a comprehensive breakdown at the beginning of the process, in which I was never pressured into starting.
