Fantastic experience: When it comes to going to the Dentist its not one of the greatest pleasures in life, but at RDP its no longer a dread either, everyone is pleasant and friendly, and the place is spotlessly clean and best of all, they must be good at their job as I'm not in any pain!

Positive experience: Lost a filling at breakfast. Rang up at 9 am managed to get appointment at 2.15pm that day. Christian and his assistant worked for half an hour or so to sort me out. Made sure I was comfortable and pain free throughout. Great job, thank you so much.

Fantastic experience: My toothache worsened and I was greatly relieved that a slot almost within the hour was found to have it looked at. The reception staff are efficient, relaxed and helpful and the treatment I received from the dentist for what was not that straightforward a diagnosis was excellent.

Fantastic experience: Great service. It had been a long time since I'd had an injection for a filling, and I only remember the pain of the needle. Everything was explained as the procedure was carried out. All went well. Most importantly it didn't hurt.

Fantastic experience: I got back to my usual hygienist, Chanel, who saw me on time and found my teeth had improved since the last session, some of the pockets in the gums had closed up.. So a good session, even though I had been moved around on dates and timing a lot.. Some weeks ago, in the absence of Chanel.Shinead, the hygienist, was on time and dealt with me pleasantly and efficiently. My teeth were pretty good but she gave me the advice I needed to make sure my teeth were ultra-ultra-clean in future.Thanks, Shinead.

Mr Naylor has such a lovely manner and did a thorough checkup, taking time to explain everything as he went along. We both left feeling happy with the service. It would help tremendously with those who have sensitive teeth, but I understand that it is impossible with the machines used. Fantastic experience: Apart from two experiences with the school dentist I had never been to one in all my 78 years, largely because I was racked with fear due to shocking IBS which causes anxiety, how ever that's worn off in the last few months so I plucked up courage to book an assessment after hearing good things about the practice and have started a course of treatment with Christian, having three extractions for a start and it was a pleasure, nothing to fear at all. Fantastic experience: I went for a Hygienist appointment and I have to say the receptionist was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic so a great start to my visit. The Hygienist (Chanel Ludlow) who I’ve had a few appointments with over the last few years has to be the best Hygienist I’ve ever had. She is incredibly polite and really gentle when scaling my teeth and I hardly feel any discomfort with the procedure. I would highly recommend this service!

Fantastic experience: I as a person are pretty frightened attending the dentist. Since finding Stacey I would never ever change. She relaxes me as she knows I'm a bit of a baby. It all goes back to school dentist and the problems ,I had taking out my wisdom teeth. I wish I could always book an hour appointment as since my husband passed away I have to pay people to bring me each time. Other than that I like to see Stacey and her nurses. Sue Rackstraw.
