One Dental

Fantastic experience: 12 May 25. I had my first appointment today and was very satisfied with all the staff there.. friendly and supportive, aspecaily my personal dentist, very understanding and made me feel more knowledgeable about my future dental treatment I require, I am currently a cancer patient at Christies. Very nice gentleman. Look forward.. and some what.. less anxious.. in receiving any treatment from now as I have been told all is well so far Thank You One Dental Krista ........................ August 2025 Had further treatment today at OneDental, again fantastic results. My teeth now look and feel great, my special thanks to my dentist there. Excellent Work!. Fantastic experience: Been today for 2 permanent crowns fitted Colin the dentist did a great job numbed the area up properly and explained the procedure also made sure they were properly fitted and even showed them me to make sure I was happy with them before I left he also put me at ease and explained what I was allowed to eat for the next 48hours great dentist shame he's leaving next week good luck in your new Job Colin you'll be missed

Negative experience: Usually I have a good service here, but unfortunately this time it was poor. My partner, me and our 2 sons had an appointment at 8:40am. We arrived at 8:30,. 9:10 am none of us still hadn't been seen. We saw the dentist arrived shortly after then quickly left. No explanation was given. 9 20am we still hadn't been seen. My partner had spoken to the receptionist twice to be told they were running late. My partner waited another 5 minutes and left with my eldest son because they had other commitments with work and school.they were given other appointments for 5 weeks later. Me and my other son waited. The dentist assistant came out and apologised for the dentist saying he was struggling to park. I explained that our appointment was an hour over due. I had to move my car, then came back. The receptionist came up then and asked if we had been seen yet, we hadn't. This was not 9.45am. she went and spoke to the dentist then we were seen shortly after My son went first and he had been worried about a tooth possibly growing behind his other teeth. The dentist rushed through the appointment and I could tell my son was worried that he hadn't picked up on this. He said my son had really good teeth, which he has, and I had to say what he was worried about. My son showed him his gum which the dentist explained it was his root and there was nothing to worry about. My son was disappointed because he looks after his teeth very well, he is 11 years old. He was looking forward to the fluoride which other dentist have put on his teeth and some praise. I had to ask about the referral for braces, again other dentist have picked up on this and informed us without us needing to ask. The dentist didn't apologise for his lateness and we felt he just rushed us through. I hope this was a one off.

Negative experience: i registerd with one dental and missed my first appointment due to personal issue and they didnt even give me another chance and kicked me off the list everywere else its always 3 chances before u get kicked off not happy at all

She is always very good at what she does and makes every visit a pleasant experience. Miriam is incredibly professional and takes the time to explain everything, which really puts me at ease. The clinic is always clean, and the staff are friendly and efficient. I appreciate how she addresses all my concerns and ensures I’m comfortable during my appointments. I was put at ease and reassured throughout treatment.! The best thing is that the skilled dentists have saved my tooth, and now I am pain free too! Can't recommend this wonderful team enough!

Fantastic experience: The ladies in that dental practice, make me feel calm and they reassured me that everything is going to be good . I am very anxious patient and don't like dentist at all . But my visit here today was a big step . I am looking forward to go back in the week for an extraction

Positive experience: The parking they have no parking took me 10 mins going round for parking then had to park across the road walked 15 mins to get in surgery they need to sort parking for patients

Negative experience: HORRIBLE SERVICE! Impossible to get someone on the phone, on a Wednesday @10:00 to 11:00 (which is the new patient registration time provided). I went in to the practice, hoping to register in person but was told it can only be done over a call.... with the same person who I was speaking too, in person? Make that make sense... Nobody on the desk was on a call, I rang the number and LINE BUSY.... I was given a lame excuse of so many people are trying to call in and it's blocking the phone line.... OK one in a million chance, but not for the full 40mins I'd been trying to call. It's as if they don't want new patients? If that's the case then just say it. Why waste people's time trying to chase down a call which won't be answered.

Negative experience: THIS IS RIDICULOUS. STAFF ARE VERY RUDE HANGING UP THE CALLS WHEN YOU AIN'T DONE TALKINE .... AND THE PHONE IS ALWAYS BUSY... MAYBE THEY DO THAT TO GET PEOPLE OFF.... VERY RIDICULOUS.... I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY DAUGHTER A DENTIST SINCE THE PAST 2MONTHS AND THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME TO CALL BACK AND WHENEVER I DO THEY HANG UP . HONESTLY, THIS IS THE WORST THING THAT HAVE EVER HAPPENED TO ME . TOO SAD

Fantastic experience: Amazing new dentist Colin. Did a 90 minute root canal procedure on my tooth today. Huge level of skill and competence, honesty about prognosis, help with my role of patient and what I could do in the process and really patient centered. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Negative experience: Absolutely shocking customer service. Dentists and dental nurses are absolutely amazing the one star given is for them and them only. The team at the so called “reception” are beyond rude. Have been chasing an email on behalf of my mother for last week and keep being told it’ll be sent to then be told by the NHS team that one dental have failed to send the email! Have been trying to get in touch with the manager who is always either “busy” or “off site”. Shocking service and am still waiting for this email.
