Fantastic experience: I was very sick and could barely speak, but the receptionist treated me with so much kindness and respect. She spoke to me in a calm, professional way and made me feel cared for even before I saw the doctor. While I was waiting, I noticed how polite and composed she was with everyone. Her attitude and personality truly stood out. Thank you so much for your help and support it really made a difference on a hard day. She's an excellent part of the clinic, and I’m very grateful for how she treated me. I also want to thank the doctor for providing such excellent care and treatment.

Fantastic experience: Have had the pleasure of being seen by Dr Shaker previously on several occasions , and i have to say his mannerism is excellent , he is so reassuring , polite and courteous , i'm a touch older shows me great respect. i would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Shaker . Dr Shaker is a credit and a valuable asset to Ghauri's Dental practice , i appreciate him immensely and wish to thank him for his excellent Dental and customer skills.

Negative experience: My recent visit to the dentist was awful. The staff clearly didn’t prioritise patient care, they started drilling my tooth before the numbness even kicked in. I was in pain and bleeding heavily, yet no one offered me water or tissue. When I tried to ask for some, the dentist turned around and said, “I need you to take this serious and give me your full attention,” as if I wasn’t in distress. The whole experience felt careless and insensitive!

I would highly recommend Dr Claudio who was patient, helpful and took the time to explain the differ options and possible outcomes to me. He and his team made me feel relaxed, supported and not just another number as I have experienced with other practices. Positive experience: The customer service was nice and I didn’t have to wait long to see the dentist, but the filling literally fell off just 3 hours later. It seems like he expected it to happen, as he even told me to buy a temporary one at the pharmacy just in case. Very frustrating. If I had known I’d end up paying for something I’d have to fix myself, I wouldn’t have wasted my time and money

Positive experience: I recently completed a treatment at the Ghauri Dental Centre (Shepherds Bush) and felt compelled to share my experience, especially to express my gratitude to Dr. Claudio Maria De Sanctis for his outstanding care. Dr. De Sanctis' expertise, gentle approach, and clear communication made what could have been a daunting process truly comfortable and reassuring. He is a credit to the clinic, and a blessing to its patients, and I’m deeply appreciative of the attention and professionalism in which he treated me. Relating all other staff at the Clinic, they are consistently welcoming and efficient, creating a friendly atmosphere from the moment you walk in. Appointments run on time, and the team is always happy to answer questions or provide guidance. Also worth mentioning that, at the time of my treatment, the Clinic was accepting new NHS patients, which in itself is worth noticing and celebrating. That said, there are a couple of areas where the clinic could improve to match the excellence of its people. Firstly, the facilities themselves could benefit from some modernization. While everything is clean and functional, the waiting area and treatment rooms are starting to feel a bit dated compared to other practices I’ve visited. A refresh would go a long way toward enhancing the overall patient experience. Additionally, I was surprised to see that Dr. De Sanctis' [such a standout dentist] is not even listed on the entrance display of practitioners. Recognizing all members of the team, especially those who receive such positive feedback from patients, would be a small but meaningful improvement and avoids the confusion of arriving for a dental appointment and thinking that one is at the wrong place, as your dentist is not listed at the entrance. Overall, I highly recommend the Ghauri Dental Centre for the quality of care, especially if you have the opportunity to be treated by Dr. De Sanctis. With a few updates and a more professional management of the facilities and a little more recognition for their exceptional staff, this clinic could truly become one of the best in the area. Fantastic experience: All I can say is wow. I saw Dr. Claudio recently for an overall dental check and hygiene visit and man am I impressed. From the minute I stepped in the room and into the dental chair I felt immediately listened to and cared for. I was able to not only get a stellar teeth cleaning and check but also was able to express all my current teeth concerns and ask Dr. Claudio for his opinions/advice. Which he gave very willingly and in great detail. He is incredibly warm, to the point, and professional. I didn’t feel rushed at all and walked away feeling like I have a much greater understanding on how I should be caring for my teeth in the future. Thank you Dr. Claudio, I will be back soon!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Claudio Maria De Sanctis was the BEST dentist I’ve seen in London so far and maybe the best I’ve seen in my whole life! I came into the practice as a new patient and felt a bit nervous as I haven’t seen a dentist in quite a while. Right as I walked into his surgery room though, I felt immediately at ease. I went in for an emergency appointment and x-ray and was told I would need to have my wisdom tooth extracted so booked in an appointment for the following week. I was quite nervous going in to have my wisdom tooth removed, but the team were extremely comforting and all of my questions were answered. They talked me through the entire process and before taking any step, would let me know beforehand. No pain at all. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Called 111 due to an open lockjaw that wont relax or closed. They sent us here since it is 24h open. But when we got there, they let us pay for the NHS emergency fee first and waited then when the dentist arrived. He did not know what to do! He even called 111 dispatcher stupid as to why we got referred there in the first place. They even made us pay first, but then did not do anything and when asked about the refund they said to just call back in the morning and might not get refunded even so! So if you have lockjaw problems, or probably any emergency problems, dont go here, just go directly to A&E!

Negative experience: Worst dental place I’ve ever been. Came here for an emergency appointment referred by 111, the dentist looked in my mouth for approximately less than a minute before prescribing me medication. He made no attempt to diagnose and remove the lodged piece of food stuck in my teeth. He advised me to go see my normal dentist which I would have done very next day . Had this not been an emergency. A waste of £28 and would give zero star if I could waste of time and money they only look for people in private there where the real deal is.

Fantastic experience: The service I've recieved from Ghauri dental centre has been absolutely phenomenal. The two receptionists- Sengeeta and Imisha, have been so welcoming and patient with me, they are a great representation of the company and a very effective way of retaining consumers! They are quick, efficient, and swift - but very kind and are able to interact with customer's on a human level. I was originally referred to this dental centre by a family member who told me, "switching to this dental centre has brought her teeth back to life without putting her pockets to death." (Not to be overdramatic lol) This centre is extremely affordable for those on a tighter budget, offering high quality without the high price. My dentist (Dr H. Quereshi) sets a great example and a high standard for the dental practise. She is so loving and kind and immensely skilled in her field. Before coming to her my teeth were in constant pain and very inflamed, bleeding at very touch, and very yellow in colour. After about 2-3 sessions and sticking to her advice, my teeth have never looked and felt better! I truly owe my smile to her amazing skill set. Additionally, I was able to recieve prescription medication for my sensitive teeth, the day I indicated to my dentist that I was having sensitivity pains. Truly fast and effective service! If this is the service I will be given at this dental practise, then I will be a life long consumer for sure!!

Fantastic experience: Great with children! my granddaughter (age 10) was referred by 111 for a broken tooth after a fall: she was very frightened but dentist (& assistant) were magnificent in calming her down and advised that cracks in 2 other teeth would probably not need filling which was very reassuring. very well done!

Fantastic experience: I have to say that after arriving without a referral from my local practice, Sangeeta & Meesha were really professional, courteous and kind towards my issue. Regardless of the misunderstandings they still did my OPG scan without any further complications and did their best to accommodate my requirements. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: Best of three has never been truer - So I needed a wisdom tooth removed, I went to my local dentist and got a lot of talk about having to wait some days(four or more to be exact) to get it taken out, I was not happy, so I tried another similar story, then I found myself at Ghuari Dental Practice Shepherds Bush - Well well, I walked in and was greeted by a lovely receptionist, she helped me with what needed to be done. Great customer service and hospitality. Oh wait I haven’t even mentioned the dentist and the technician, amazing, totally made me feel comfortable at the moment in time. Overall money well spent, I’ll be transferring my dentistry care to the practice. Yes people sometimes really follow the reviews, this one is worth it. Brush your teeth

Fantastic experience: I went again today to this wonderful dentist. I found them by chance a few months ago when I needed an emergency appt. I needed a special gum treatment and the specialist doctor was caring and thorough and all is well now. I've been back to see one of their regular dentists Shaker Zaman, gentle, clear, patient and kind. They are also understanding about costs. All the staff are charming and welcoming and I am simply delighted to have found them. Thank you.

Negative experience: Avoid like the plague if you value your health and money. The emergency dentist used turns up 20 minutes late and then proceeds to examine you for less than 5 seconds so he can fob you off with antibiotics and misdiagnose your condition. I now have to see another dentist due to him not treating my dental abscess at all. This practice and dentist are being paid by our taxes to provide a service they are providing very poorly. I will be making a complaint.
