Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Coach House Dental. I came in with a broken tooth, Dr Dascalescu quickly and painlessly repaired my tooth with a temporary patch. He then gave me options for a more permanent repair. I was able to have an onlay applied which preserved more of my tooth. Dr Dascalescu checked in throughout the process and always ensured I was comfortable and relaxed. Thank you, very happy with the results.

I had an appointment yesterday with hygienist, then dentist, both ran on time, this is important to me. Sat in waiting room is when anxiety can build up. The team here are brilliant. From reception, hygienist, nurses and dentist. Always friendly, patient, helpful. I moved to Portsmouth 7 years ago, but still go there for my dental care, four times a year, wouldn’t trust anywhere else. Their dental plan eases the pain too lol. Very happy to recommend them. Fantastic experience: I went for my first visit here with a lot of apprehension as I don’t enjoy dental visits, but still go to. All the staff I saw were pleasant and polite. The check up was done in such a way to relieve my worries. When I went to pay and book for a future appointment (to include Hygienist) was given a cancellation if I was able to wait a little longer. The time with the Hygienist was excellent. I left the Dental practice feeling happy with a lot of tips to improve things whilst waiting for my appointments in six months time. I was feeling happy and confident that the practice was a good fit for me.

My wife, family and I have been coming here for many years now and we’re all totally delighted with the service we receive, from necessary fillings, a crown for my wife and an emergency extraction for me, caused by an abscess. They have a pain free philosophy here which will no doubt please most patients. Daniel, who is our dentist and Nicol, our hygienist, have looked after us so well and so kindly over the years that any fear of treatment I once had has been removed. Thoroughly recommended!

Positive experience: I rang Coach House Dental after experiencing really bad pain for over a week. They fitted me in with an appointment within 3 days. Dentist Dan diagnosed, from an exam and x-ray, that it was nerve damage. He immediately fixed the pain and added a temporary filling whilst running me through the options and prices for next steps. I go back next week for root canal work. Efficient and impressive.

Fantastic experience: Have been using the Coach House for over 25 years and everything you need is on the one site including complex procedures if required. The staff are all extremely friendly and helpful and the dental plan allows you to spread the cost over the year. Would highly recommend Mr Millhouse as a dentist and Nicole as a hygienist.

The dental team are very understanding if you have an issue with being at the dentist and are accommodating to every phobia/fear. The technology used in this practice I believe is second to none and my dentist goes above and beyond to try to save my teeth instead of extracting them! I cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is amazing, my daughter has special needs, she started going here at 15, she was petrified, she had bad experiences at other dentists, she felt at ease instantly here, reception staff lovely, the dentist lovely, my daughter was advised she needed braces and needed teeth out, she was told by other dentists it would never be possible for her, well she had 2 teeth out and braces fitted within her first 6 months and was a star pupil, the orthodontist was so understanding and patient my daughter also sees the lovely Nicole the hygienist and enjoys the experience, my daughter is no longer anxious and now loves the dentist.

Positive experience: I have just had a two hour session with a talented and caring professional at Coach House Dental Practise. I had a large white filling in my front tooth that was vulnerable and occasionsllly caused me grief by falling out. I have now had some amazing, non invasive dentistry to repair and enhance the look of my four front teeth but also to safeguard this vulnerability and to give me so much confidence moving forward. I am more than delighted.

Fantastic experience: My Wife and I have been coming to The Coach House since we were children however my Wife moved away from the area when she was young and so had alternative Dentists for that time. Mr Davidson is without question the best Dentist we have met. He is kind, caring, patient and transparent and makes you feel instantly at ease. The nurses are also very friendly and supportive and have even held my Wife’s hand during procedures as she is very nervous. The reception staff are professiona. Fantastic experience: Nicol is a fantastic hygienist. She’s super friendly and skilled at her job explaining all procedures as she goes. When I mentioned my permanent retainers wires were coming loose and requested if she could cut the wires as I was scared to ingest it accidentally, she didn’t hesitate to offer her help and successfully fix the problem even though that’s not her usual job. It’s clear that she really cares about her patients and listens. Thanks to her the visit was pleasant, satisfying and painless. I am really happy with her service.

Fantastic experience: Pleasant reception area, with friendly receptionists, puts one at ease whilst awaiting consultation with hygienist or dentist, both who are extremely professional, courtesy and kind. Gentleness and reassurance are important to me as i have a phobia of dentists, as many of us do as a result of poor experiences in childhood, but in this practice they work hard to engage with their clients and to explain what they are doing and why. This is especially true of the dentist herself who I have seen now over many years.

Fantastic experience: Nick and Maslinda were absolutely amazing. All appointments were always held on time. They offered the option to undergo all treatments under sedation (great for those who fear dentists like me). Would highly recommend.

Negative experience: Visited the coach house dental practice with my husband for an emergency check up few months ago. The reception staffs (3 of them) ignored us on arrival. They were inattentive and were having conversations between themselves even though they could clearly see us waiting in front of the reception desk. The dentist was okay but kept pushing for expensive treatments costing £1000s which were not required as we usually go to another local dental practice. This experience made us feel like they only cared about making money rather than focusing on patient care. Also my husband required NHS referral for a treatment which the dentist reassured us that it will be done as soon as possible. We did not hear anything from the NHS for months even though we confirmed via telephone that the dentist had completed the paperwork. I do not trust the dentist has done it. As we have recently got the referral letter within a week after attending our regular dental practice. We will not be visiting coach house dental practice and do not recommend it to anyone.
