I wish more receptionists would be as understanding and supportive like you.

Fantastic experience: Great service - The practice fit me in as an emergency and treated what they could until I could get a permanent dentist appointment. Very professional and the dentist herself (Mrs Reddy) understood my medical conditions that affected me and worked appropriately around them. Would love if I could have this as my permanent NHS dentist but unfortunately they are not taking on new patients at the moment.

From start to finish, everyone I spoke to were polite and friendly. The Dentist (I didn’t get his name) saw my anxiety and was very understanding. He was very good at explaining everything as he went along and really put me at ease, which helped me to relax, so thank you ! Because it was an emergency, it was very reasonably priced too. All in all, for me, a positive experience !

Fantastic experience: I had today appointment with Ivan Al-Tayan And honestly said this is such a profesional Dentist by doing everything by a book he takes his time for asking about my oral hygiene , diet , answer my questions . Highly recommend . This bas reviews are not true receptionist was lovely even when I phoned first time and i said I wont be maje or on time she found me another appt . And regarding people say there is not płace to park it is - there is parking for £1 2 mins walk ☺️

Fantastic experience: A very friendly and helpful team! I was very nervous about having the work I needed doing on my teeth, but my dentist is brilliant. She’s very reassuring and I’m completely confident in her ability. She put me at ease, listened to my concerns and kept me updated throughout. At my request she even played music to help distract me from the noise of some of the instruments. The staff here are always cheerful and friendly and it’s a relaxing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Had such a surprise visiting today after needing an emergency appointment for 3days. I phoned many dentists and 111 everyday without any luck, after speaking to the receptionist I was very hopeful I would be seen to. Once I arrived was a very friendly and professional girl on reception, the dentist was great and informed me of my options and even went beyond to offer to take the tooth out on the spot. I will be driving 1hour to resume treatment with them. Even came to write a review on someone’s else’s account as I don’t have gmail. Anyway 10/10

Negative experience: 1) Very rude receptionist, 2) as a patient we suppose to get a call one day prior to the appointment but never had any calls. You can check on the system that you did not call me. 3) Last November i have attended the appointment, I was even 20 minutes early for the appointment. I waited for about 40 minutes, no one call us then i had to go to the receptionist, she said that we have missed the appointment. 4) I called the reception to ask for the manager, she said the manager will contact me. No contacts from the manager yet. NOW they have removed me from the practice in the middle of my treatment. Very disappointed with this dental practice.

His work has stayed where others have fallen out I had a large molar removed today I didn't even know he'd taken it out. Thats how good he is. Excellent dentist 5 stars easily. Fantastic experience: I am a new patient at Bedford House Dental Surgery. I was suffering excruciating toothache, phoned and was given an appointment the next morning. On arrival l was greeted by Angeline who was so kind and caring and extremely efficient. I saw Hamish my new dentist on time and he was so kind and explained the treatment plan. I left feeling very reassured with an appointment for the following week and antibiotics. Very impressed with my treatment, highly recommend the surgery.

Negative experience: I try not to leave negative reviews for anybody but this "dentist" really deserves this. This place does not even deserve 1star! The only saving grace was the very helpful receptionist. Booked an emergency appointment due to agonizing pain to be sat in the chair for 4 minutes (took longer to fill the form out!) to then be told to go and book else where with another dentist for additional work, Louise the dentist was very rude shrugging her shoulders to me when I explained how difficult it was to get into a dentist without having to go private. Absolutely no patient care or empathy what a waste of time, will now be going private as this seems the only way to get decent dental care! Why have emergency appointment's that state you will help with pain and emergency dental issues to just take someone's money and tell them to go elsewhere anyway! Rubbish!!

Negative experience: Worst experience in terms of emergency, I am not a registered patient there, was refereed by NHS 111 dentist team for emergency app after experiencing severe pain/shivering/ and jaw swelling. First nightmare to get app for three days because receptionist impressions if you are registered patient with another dentist in Mars so you don’t have right to access the emergency in Bedford during week days, no consideration if you are temporary resident or traveller, and apparently this information has not been communicated to NHS 111 so they update their records to provide alternative provider.. During this time I was started on antibiotics treatment by a GP… Finally made it for emergency app with them after three days of suffering. emergency app lasts 2 minutes.. no history taking about symptoms or pain score Just asked to pinpoint the teeth problem, she had a look, no hole.. she had a feeling of the jaw confirmed swelling.. No explanation about the problem or progress or safety advice, no X-ray to assess the abscess or extent of infection or tooth damage.. just she advised to continue with antibiotics and see your dentist for full check up which i don’t have and they don’t accept new patients, just private patients.. Whole appointment waste of time and money and effort They don’t deserve even one star..

Negative experience: Awful treatment. Continously tried to book an online appointment but it kept getting cancelled. When I finally get someone on the phone they say its with the Saturday practice manager who to this day still hasn't contacted me to tell me what is going on.

Fantastic experience: I have been using Bedford House for nearly 9 years and have always been very happy with my dentist James. He is very knowledgeable and patient. I have an issue with my jaw so cannot keep it open for long but he never rushes me and always takes time to explain what he is going to do ahead of the process.

The receptionist and the dentist were really accomodating and managed to fit my husband in. Fantastic experience: I was absolutely terrified about going to the dentist because I have had some really bad experiences with some but when I got to this dentist right from the start I felt very relaxed the receptionist was very nice,friendly and helpful I have trouble with filling in forms and she helped me with that and I did not feel uncomfortable with telling her that she just went through the whole form with me and I just had to sign.The dentist himself was so nice and talked me through everything that he was going to do and told me to just raise my hand if I wanted him to stop.He was very polite and patient with me and if like me you get the horrors just thinking about the dentist then this is the dental clinic for you trust me on that
