Fantastic experience: My first time here and I was met at reception by friendly ladies which is always a good sign. My root removal procedure was done by Meenal who was very kind and professional. I was put at ease straight away. The procedure was very good and painless under local anesthetic. She was certainly a great Oral surgeon. My name by the way is Sallie Collins writing on my husbands profile.

Negative experience: I have been a patient for many years and got on very well with my dentist a very nice man who only works 2 days a week I saw him on Tuesday with tooth ache x ray was taken but he wasn’t sure which tooth was the problem I was advised to wait. Overnight it became obvious which tooth as it was now extremely painful. I rang for an emergency appointment to extract the tooth to be told oh no ! You can see another dentist for pain killers but would have to wait to see my own dentist which could be 2 weeks really !! I got an appointment with Another practice who gave me antibiotics in the morning extracted the tooth in the afternoon !!! I am now a patient elsewhere !!! Together dental needs to get in the real world .

Fantastic experience: I can't rate this practice highly enough, I had a wisdom tooth extraction yesterday which I was nervous about. Staff worked very hard to put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly, I felt no pain at all and it was completed very quickly. To anybody having the same procedure, please don't worry, you're in very safe, professional hands here!

Fantastic experience: Wonderful dentist. helpful and friendly staff and first class service. but unfortunately the one disabled car space is regularly used by the trade person ie lock smith I think and on my last visit he used this disabled space again and I was just able to squeeze in but when I cam out he had gone but had pushed my wing mirror in in temper. I wish people like him would have a bit more respect and a ot less attitude.

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks ago now I had to have 4 teeth removed, not having any teeth removed before I was quite nervous and not sure what to expect. I was fortunate enough to be under dental surgeon Meenal Karania who was brilliant. My teeth were badly damaged but she worked so quickly and efficiently the whole process took about half an hour. She talked me through everything she was doing and kept checking to make sure I wasn’t feeling any pain. Other than the slight discomfort from the anaesthetic injections I felt absolutely no pain atall and was really suprised how quick and efficient the process was. The two dental nurses lotty and Sarah were both extremely kind and helpful and worked in sync with my dentist. The whole process was so much better than anticipated! I received good aftercare instructions and 2 weeks on have had no issues what so ever. The two lovely ladies working on the front desk were both also very friendly and reassuring when I first entered, they were also helping a gentleman whose car had broken down. All in all the whole dental practice seemed exceptional and I would recommend it to anyone feeling anxious or uncertain.

Keenan, Lotty and Sarah were all so comforting and made me feel reassured that it’s all going to be okay. They were patient with me and talked me through everything they were doing. Fantastic experience: I had only one appointment for a root extraction, and everything went perfectly. The team and the professional staff (Dr. Meenal and Sarah) were warmly welcomed. I had a very bad experience with another dentist for tooth extraction so I choose to go with Together dental, but they quickly calmed me down and supported at every turn. They provide excellent care very easily finished extraction in 5 min without pain, and it's simple to follow up with them afterwards. You might be nervous or afraid at first, but as you get to know the staff, everything will be alright. Thank you for everything, dentistry.

Fantastic experience: My son and daughter have been to this dentist for quite some time now, I have to say that the dentist is the most professionally run associations that I have ever visited. The dentist herself is very calming, happy, reassuring and explains everything at every step of the way with any treatment that the children have received. They have liaised with a local orthodontist, continuously, and have kept my children educated in how to look after their teeth at each and every visit. We really couldn’t have wished for a more professional and better service from a dentistry company. If there was more than five stars available, then we would certainly give them an even higher rating.. Even the reception staff are very welcoming and make the whole process effortless through the use of technology to sign and complete forms and paperwork. Absolutely brilliant in every aspect.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two visits to the practice, both times for a tooth removal and I couldn’t fault anything. From opening the door and being welcomed by a friendly couple of faces to the professional team ( Meenal and Sarah) for myself. Being an anxious and nervous person about dentist and can say they soon put you at ease and they are with you every step of the way. The care they give is outstanding and the aftercare is easy to follow too. You may at first be scared/ anxious but once you have met the team you will be fine, thanks for everything together dental.

Fantastic experience: Had a wisdom tooth extraction, over and done in about 15 mins, hadn't even realised it was out until they told me. I'm very nervous for anything medical but was very comfortable here and was able to wear headphones to not hear what was going on as a distraction. Excellent care and would highly recommended.

Negative experience: Now having to switch dentists due to janet.. if you have a late appointment with her then i wish you good luck! she is very rude and doesnt listen to you as she is in a rush to get off work to go pick her kids up.. so a late appointment with her is horrible. i have mental health issues due to my past with my father and needles etc. i explained this to her but it went in one ear and out the other.. Would only reccomend an early appointment with her. unless you want to be miss treated and not listened to.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my regular dentist with a broken tooth that was irreparable but needed a tricky root extraction. A bit nervous as I’d been told that it was very close to my sinus so needed a dental surgeon. Dr. Meenal Karania phoned me a few days in advance to go through the procedure and was very calm and friendly in person when I got there. The procedure was quick, I felt no pain and was advised every step of the way what was happening which was very reassuring. Now healing up with no problems. Thanks for a great job!

Negative experience: I contacted the dental practice to arrange an appointment as a new patient. I was asked to pay in full, £85 for a new patient appointment. Money paid and appointment arranged. The receptionist explained cancellation must be 24hours notice. I arrived for my appointment and was informed I had not been booked in for my appointment and the dentist was unable to see me.I asked for my money back, not possible as the manager would have to authorise the payment. Very disappointed with this service.

Fantastic experience: After excellent implant treatment, I had a follow-up hygienist appointment. The first, gave me my smile back! The second, a good clean and polish to ensure everything sparkles! Together dental, as a practice, go the extra mile.. VERY good care. Always explaining treatment options, and carrying out quality work too! My treatment here, has been outstanding!!

Fantastic experience: Today I had a broken tooth removed( referral from my own dentist) The oral surgeon Meenal Karania had given me a courtesy call a couple of days before, explaining what would happen for the procedure. From start to finish herself and all the staff were amazing. She talked me through each stage of the removal, infact I have never been so relaxed at a dentist . After the removal( not as bad as what you can imagine), she stiched and cleaned me up . All over so quickly. I highly recommend this practice .. 5 star Thank you so much

Fantastic experience: Irena is very reassuring & sweet. All through out the appointment she makes sure you are ok and not in too much discomfort. Also there is some free on site parking & also off road parking and the street isn't too busy.

Fantastic experience: Had 3 decaying wisdom teeth removed from here this morning. Was very nervous as I hate needles in my mouth and wasn't having sedation. Both the dentist and the assistant were amazing, comforting and efficient. Whole thing was over in less than 30 minutes and was one of the best dental experiences I have had. Any nervous patients...you are truly in the best hands! They are absolutely amazing!

Fantastic experience: I have had a fear of the dentist for years and refused To go even though my teeth are bad I know this and wasn’t expecting anything less. Joel was absolutely fantastic and put me at ease today… I would highly recommend this practice. I know I’ve got a long road ahead of me but I know with the support of staff I can go forward and hopefully have a smile to be proud of.

Fantastic experience: very impressed with new dentist, quick service and little to no pain. UPDATE.Visited for emergency appointment with very bad toothache across most teeth. Dentist did not seem that bothered about my pain ,just said you have gum disease and some bone loss and you should expect it. After looking at my teeth, I got the impression that all they wanted to do was to extract some teeth This I find very poor as surely they should try and find the root cause of the pain and discuses other options to save the tooth not just advise for it to be taken out.also I would have expected a Xray to see if there were any other issues that could be causing most of my teeth to hurt. In the end, I was asked would I like to have a tooth pulled, be referred to a private specialist dentist, or have some antibiotics . I opted for the antibiotics. Overall, I was very dissatisfied with this visit.

Fantastic experience: As someone with severe depression and anxiety my oral hygiene isn't as good as it should be. However staff here have never been critical or chastised me for it. All staff (receptionists, dentists and dental assistants) have all been very friendly to me. Honestly, if they weren't so nice and encouraging to me I probably would be too anxious and ashamed to attend a dentist, so I really appreciate their care, kindness and professionalism - it makes a difference to people like me.

Positive experience: Always friendly and welcoming, once they get their systems sorted it'll probably be perfect. Systems worked this time so no form filling when I got there, very helpful staff and the dentist and the dental assistant are really lovely.

After care information given verbally so any questions could be asked and also on a sheet to take home. In and out within 15 minutes. Almost enjoyable trip to the dentist!

Fantastic experience: This was the best dentist appointment I have ever had! I am usually very frightened of going to the dentist. Previous dentist appointments I have had at other practices have been really stressful and I would usually feel very unwelcome and on edge. Instead I was greeted by extremely lovely staff and I already I felt far more at ease in the waiting room. When I went in I was really quite nervous. I let the dentist know this and they treated me so kindly and were really patient with me. Whenever she would do about 4 or 5 teeth she would keep checking in to make sure I felt comfortable and would always let me know what was coming next and the sensation I may feel and not to worry. At one point I was struggling to swallow the water coming out of the machine and she was kind enough to adjust the head rest for me so I was able to be more comfortable and swallow again. I have a processing issue where I hear what people say but sometimes I am not sure how to react or what to do and I don't fully register what is asked of me. This has happened many times with previous dental appointments and in my life in general. Its funny looking at it now but I was asked to lower my head so she could get to my teeth and for some reason I decided to open my mouth more. When this has happened in the past I would usually have the dentist getting really annoyed at me and in one case shouting at me and I would feel even more uncomfortable and stressed out. But in this case she was nice enough to visually show me what she wanted me to do. since I find it easier to understand things visually rather than verbally or written. Things like this happened a few times at the appointment and not once did she get frustrated with me and I can't be thankful enough for the patience and care I was shown. After the whole experience the dentist was kind enough to show me the correct way to brush my teeth with an electric toothbrush and what she recommended for my dental routine! This whole experience has really taken away the fear factor from going to the dentist and I want to thank everyone at Together Dental for treating me with such care and respect despite my learning difficulties. Thank you Everyone!

He said “I like our dentist he’s really kind and friendly.” When I asked how Matthew made him feel, happy, comfortable, scared, worried his response was “happy and comfortable, I like going to the dentist” :)

Fantastic experience: I went to together dental today to have a composite repair on a front tooth, the dentist and her assistant were brilliant nothing was to much trouble to have the exact colour and match the other front tooth, I normally see a hygienist every six months so all the receptionist are all very helpful.

Fantastic experience: I was referred from my own dentist, and had an extraction of a broken back upper tooth (which I was not looking forward to)…. Right from the initial call to arrange the appointment the service was fantastic; times offered around my job, and lots of information about the procedure, possible complications, and aftercare. The actual ‘event’ was undertaken with professionalism and reassurance with every step clearly explained to me (even to checking my sinus for any damage) throughout. Cannot recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: My trip to the dentist in Norwich yesterday went really, really well. I don't like going to the dentist, but Janet was really good. She put me at ease, was patient and explained everything in very simple terms. If my other trips to the dentist had been like this, I wouldn't have such a phobia!!! I cannot rate her highly enough. Positive experience: Friendly welcome Waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, no one informed me they were running behind, once in the chair all of 2 minutes a very rushed consultation. Not a good experience. Previously I have been very pleased with this dentist !!

We've had two appointments with Janet so far and I am relieved. She is understanding, kind, patient, and she listens to the patient. She's very good with children. All this and her obvious level of skill and experience make her a very good dentist. We have been very pleased.
