Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished my treatment plan which included Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding with Dr Kunal. From start to finish the whole process was expeditious and so easy. Dr Kunal always explained himself and carried out the dental work quickly and pain free. His professionalism throughout reassured me I was in safe hands, Dr Kunal is a master of his trade. The results of my dental work are incredible and I can’t stop smiling. Negative experience: I recently had a troubling experience at Adams Dental Surgery that I feel compelled to share. After visiting for an emergency appointment due to a hole in my tooth, I was advised to undergo an expensive root canal treatment and crown for nearly £2,000. Unsure about this diagnosis, I sought a second opinion from my trusted dentist in London, who confirmed that my root was healthy and that a root canal was unnecessary. Instead, I received a much more reasonable treatment that saved me over £1,000. Unfortunately, my concerns didn’t end there. My son went for a check-up at Adams Dental Surgery. He was told he needed two fillings at a hefty price of £458. We decided to get a second opinion again, and thankfully, it turned out he didn’t need any fillings at all. This experience cost us an unnecessary £135 for the consultation and X-rays. While the financial aspect is concerning, my main issue is the lack of trust in the recommended treatments. Patients deserve honest, evidence-based care, not unnecessary procedures that could lead to discomfort or harm. I feel compelled to raise this issue to ensure that future patients are not subjected to similar experiences. I hope the practice takes this feedback seriously.

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Adams Dental practise enough. The staff are helpful, informative and friendly. I have been a patient of Dr. Richard Armah for many years and find him to be incredibly professional and an excellent dentist. Richard replaced a veneer for me which had some discolouration and now looks amazing. I did not have to pay the costs for this for which I am very thankful and appreciate the time involved with the procedure. I also see Lauren the Hygenist who is professional and gentle

Positive experience: Responding on two visits. 1st the dentist apt then the hygienist appt. Dentist. My appointment was at 2p.m. I arrived at 1:40p.m. The dentist arrived at 2.p.m. so my appointment began at 2.10p.m. I had booked to see the hygienist before the dentist, but reasonable issues with that meant the Hygienist appointment was rescheduled until after my dentist appointment. The dentist is friendly and efficient and the appointment went well with gum health issues being reiterated and steps to improve that were provided. All other elements were fine. A week later I went to the rescheduled hygienist appointment. Once again the hygienist and her assistant were pleasant and repeated the issue of gum health. They confirmed the gum health actions (always good to receive a reminder). I also sought a change in tooth picks/brushes for which swift advice was given. Further appointments were booked. A possible improvement that could be made are to organize "ics" format invitations being sent to customers allowing them to accept or decline at the click of a button.

Fantastic experience: I had composite bonding done with Dr. Kunal and couldn't be happier with the entire experience! From start to finish, everything was straightforward and completely pain-free. I was on a tight schedule with my wedding coming up, and Dr. Kunal kindly fitted me in at short notice. The results are amazing. Negative experience: Website states they can help with emergency treatment, yet I was told on the phone they would not help. I was also told they are not taking any bookings whatsoever. I'm sure if I was a private patient they would miraculously find an appointment. One to avoid for people looking for a new dentist.

Positive experience: My dentist Richard at Adams House is fantastic, I’ve being seeing him for several years & he is always very professional, friendly , attentive & clear with his instructions. Similarly , I saw my hygienist Terri too today , and have being seeing her for over 10 years & she is wonderful , careful & professional. The only reason I cannot give 5 stars is because the dental costs themselves are not cheap !!! but that’s probably the same everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Bann has been my dentist for many years and she is wonderful. Three years ago she discovered I was developing gum disease and suggested I see Enia who specialises in periodontology. Enia, in her calm, caring manner did a meticulous assessment of my gums and took me in hand. Helped by her dental nurse, the lovely Clare, Enia has seen me regularly, giving my teeth and gums a thorough clean. More importantly she has taught me how to take better care of my own dental health. Enia is dedicated to her work and her patients. Although I don't need to see her any more, as I now have healthy gums, I still do because I greatly value her input and advice. The course of treatment has not been cheap but it has been worth every penny. Thank you Enia.

Fantastic experience: I've just completed my Invisalign journey with Dr Kunal Desai and I am honestly blown away. Due to the nature of my work, the process took a lot longer than I had hoped but he was patient, professional and worked with me to achieve the results I wanted and more. I finished the process with composite bonding on 4 of my teeth just a few weeks ago and I haven't stopped smiling. If you want a seamless experience done by a pro with natural looking teeth that shine then this is the place to go. Couldn't be happier.

Fantastic experience: I heard about Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding through some friends who had completed the process and were very happy with the results. I had tried Smile direct but didn’t get the results I imagined. Safe to say I’m very happy with my results, closing up gaps on my upper and lower set. Fantastic experience: I am registered at another practice, but recently needed emergency treatment and my usual practice couldn't see me for 5 days. Adams House, however, had availability that day. My experience with them was great. Dr Desai not only gave me the emergency treatment I needed, but he also gave me some really good advice on how to prevent recurrence. Dental nurse Clare was really caring and made me feel at ease when I felt absolutely horrendous! I'm now actually considering changing dentists!

Fantastic experience: Always great service at Adams House from everyone in their team. My family has been patients there for several years now. They are also supportive and listen if any accommodations might be needed for neurodivergent patients. Speak to Rebecca and communicate any needs, and they are taken on board. Lauren, the hygienist, is also really patient yet gently encouraging with my young daughter who is still building up her tolerance of dental checkups.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Adams house dentists. As an autistic adult, I often find dental visits overwhelming, but the team here has been incredibly accommodating. They remember the small adjustments that help reduce sensory overload, making each visit much more comfortable. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been patients at Adams House for 15 years and our children for the last 4 years. The surgery is immaculately clean, the reception staff friendly and efficient and the dentists are great. They are very professional, very experienced, extremely gentle and look after you well. We have mostly been treated by Benni (for general check ups, replacement veneers and also for Invisalign), but also at times we’ve seen Richard and both are excellent.

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign with Dr Kunal completing the ABC package. Originally my objective was to straighten my teeth so I wouldn’t get additional decay due to overcrowding. During my treatment I also had silver fillings upgraded to white ones. The whole process with Dr Kunal was seamless, always making me feel at ease. I’m amazed with my results and am so pleased I travelled for him rather than going with a local option. Couldn’t thank him enough.

Negative experience: Sadly my experience was not so great . I had a last minute operation and missed an appointment and they withdrew my place on their list . Yes before some of you comment you must have missed at least two appointments before this I did and one was due to a car accident not having the greatest of luck but that is not my main issue. My child has additional needs and the staring and comments from the lady who treated us telling me that I was responsible for his poor oral hygiene which if you have an autistic child you would know is an uphill battle. She also tried to explain things to him as if he fully understood her and asked me not to answer for him . My son would come out and say he did not understand but yet she was asking him things and he was agreeing out of politeness. I am not going to claim I am perfect but I think your surgery could benefit from training to support to understand the communication needs of your neurodivergent clients and strategies to interact with those with needs. Your surgery did not work out a right fit for my family but maybe you could consider this change in the future. I also feel that when there is legitimate reasons for missed appointments then there should be understanding it’s not the same as just not coming in

Fantastic experience: Had used Dr Kunal for my ABC Invisalign treatment, and he did a great job! My teeth look amazing! He’s great at bonding too! Would highly recommend as he’s responses are super quick, and tries to fit you in when you can and help you with any questions you may have. I’m due an implant and Dr Kunal was kind enough to fill in the empty spaces in my retainers to not make my gap so viable for work. Which was super kind! He’s really the best in the business and goes above and beyond to make sure you’re happy with your treatment! Money well spent!

Fantastic experience: Finished my Invisalign with teeth whitening and composite bonding a month or so ago and I couldn't be happier with the results. Fantastic experience: After moving to Orpington found myself without a Dentist.. As my previous Dentist was a nightmare due to stairs (I have limited mobility) I searched for a local Dentist and Adams House was the one that stood out for me. The location is perfect, only 10 minutes from home. Plenty of parking, disabled access. Very clean and welcoming. No matter if you're considering them as a standard Dentist, or something more cosmetic, they are a 10/10 experience. I decided on each of these as I wanted to improve my overall smile, as well as achieving a 'cleaner look' to my teeth by making them more complete, and of course whiter! The journey is a long one, and you have to persistent, but the outcome is more than worth it. Personally, my journey was 10 months from start to finish. Adams House and Kunal are always just one message, or phone call away every step of the way and this was something I found so useful! I asked alot of silly questions, and needed things explained to me multiple times, but again the practice was more than prepared to take me through it. There are many practices out there that can offer similar treatments, but one thing I would say stands out at Adam's House compared to friends of mine who have had the same treatments done elsewhere, is the continuous support pre, during and even post your make over! Kunal has stayed in touch with me and still been on hand to answer any questions ive had, even though my treatment is 100% complete. I also have had SO MANY people ask me where i got my teeth done since them being complete. Which says it all. Would 100% recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had been wanting to have Invisalign done for many years before actually taking the bullet and booking my appointment. I booked with Dr Kunal Desai after following him on instagram for a little while and being so impressed with all his work. I booked the package on their black Friday deal which actually turned out to be a great deal. I had a comprehensive package as I had quite a lot of overcrowding in my mouth. I had always been very self conscious of my teeth as one particular tooth was always quite set back and in photos it created a shadow and looked like I was missing a tooth. I told Dr Kunal Desai that I wanted to create a natural look and that is exactly what he created. Fantastic experience: The team at Adams House have always been incredibly friendly and welcoming. The last 18 months have been a journey of personal highs and lows as I embarked on my Invisalign treatment under Dr Kunal Desai. From start to end Kunal has been calm and patient. Fantastic experience: I had been self conscious about my teeth for a few years and always thought about getting them straightened out but kept on putting it off and at the time I couldn’t afford it. In around February 2022 I discovered one of the Ladies I was working with had gone through the Invisalign treatment and was coming to the end of it I got talking to her and she told me about the whole process and recommended Adams house and specifically Dr Kunal Desai. So I took down the details and decided I would go ahead and book to have my teeth looked at for Invisalign which was also an open day so I would be getting a bit of a discount, I had all the scans and pictures done and I decided I would go ahead with treatment. I had also been worrying about paying but Dr Kunal reassured me I could pay in instalments and pay what I could afford or do finance which for me was great and affordable, free whitening is also included. Just over a year on I have now come to the end of my treatment and the results are amazing Dr Kunal is very professional at what he does and all the staff here are lovely and welcoming, it’s given me much more confidence and no more need to hide my teeth when I smile. It’s the best thing I’ve done, if you’re thinking of getting Invisalign I would definitely recommend Adams house and Dr Kunal Desai you won’t regret it.

Positive experience: Visited Adam’s house for the first time today with my my baby. He was having his first check up. We were welcomed warmly by Rebecca Jennings who was really friendly. We sat and waited for no longer than 10 minutes until we saw the dentist. The dentist was kind and patient with my little one. Unfortunately, the only let down was the receptionist Lisa Sallis. Not at all welcoming, no hello or a smile. After the appointment I wanted to ask a few questions and book my son in for another check up. I came over to the desk and said hello to Lisa, I was met with quite an abrupt ‘2 minutes’ and she walked off. I stood and waited at the desk holding my baby. When Lisa came back she completely ignored me walked past and went to the room at the back of the reception and had a chat with her colleague about an item she was holding. After that I decided to leave as I no longer wanted to deal with Lisa. Having worked in customer service for many years I would expect to be greeted to a warm and friendly front of house. I would always certainly deal with whoever was in-front of me before completing other tasks. If there was something Lisa needed to do for someone else (there was no other patients in the surgery reception at this time) she could have acknowledged me in a more professional and welcoming manner. Overall I felt she was dismissive, rude and as if she had better things to do than to help me. This is a shame and lets the practice down as the the other members of staff were lovely.

Fantastic experience: Have just completed my Invisalign & composite bonding ! Went to see Dr Desai after a friend recommended - he talked me through the whole process from start to finish, explained what he was doing & why which put any worries to rest. He was really professional and friendly throughout and easy to get ahold of if I had any questions or queries after my appointments. I’m really happy with my results I wasn’t expecting such a natural finish so I’m thrilled. I thought about getting Invisalign for years and put it off but I’m so pleased I finally got it - I’d highly recommend going to see Dr Desai even if you’re not sure it’s definitely worth going for an initial appointment to see what can be done/likely outcome !!

Fantastic experience: Over the moon with how Kunal has transformed my smile in a year. I was really self conscious of my smile because it was fairly narrow and my teeth varied in length. Kunal took the time to understand what my concerns were and we decided to do full (comprehensive) Invisalign and 8 composite bonded teeth to improve my smile. They are now SO much wider and the bonding shape is so natural. Fantastic experience: Adams house is a lovely practice. Perfect for all ages and people. The receptionist are warm and inviting. My dentist Beni was incredibly professional and everything to help my anxiety. Her dental nurse Lia was incredibly comforting as well. Fantastic experience: I’ve had Invisalign for the past year and just finished the whitening and composite bonding on my top front teeth. The results exceeded my expectations. I could have had more Invisalign trays but I decided I was already happy with the results. The whole experience was very easy and the staff at Adam’s house are friendly. Dr Kunal was very personable and I found communication really easy using Instagram to message him with any questions I had. It’s a shame I have to find another dentist now I have moved away from the area but I am glad I was able to have my treatment done here.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign/whitening/composite bonding treatment with Kunal and couldn't be happier. I had previously used Invisalign but didn't wear my retainers so my teeth had started to move... I was aware that I didn't 'need' to straighten my teeth again, but Kunal understood exactly what I was seeing, why I wanted to correct and explained that although I wouldn't see a huge transformation, we could make something great happen. Recently we started seeing Zoe and Desi, were given competent advice and care. Orthodontics care may be needed for out teenager, placed on the list last year and actually we got an appointment already for initial consultation with the local Orthodontic clinic.
