Negative experience: To be honest I wasn’t very happy with my treatment today. Bit confused as I rang for an emergency appointment and was given one which I was pleased about as was in a lot of pain. When I got there i was told what the problem was (which I already knew hence the reason I was there) I was told that they couldn’t attend to the treatment today and couldn’t do anything for a month but was told if it got worse to ring back as they have emergency appointments available!! Thought today’s appointment was an emergency one!!

Fantastic experience: we were with a dental practice in Norwich but when we found out that 'our' lovely dentist also worked 2 days a week at Stalham, we moved as it is much more convenient for us. We knew we were happy with the dentist (my husband is a nervous/reluctant patient and he is very happy!!) So far we are very happy with every other aspect of the practice; the hygienist I saw today was really lovely.

Fantastic experience: I had a problem with my tooth and was in pain. I rang the practise and got an appointment the same day. I saw Braise who did a thorough examination and treated the problem. I received excellent service as always.

Fantastic experience: Like a lot of people I'm not really great when it comes to visiting the dentist and knowing I was in today for a tooth extraction didn't make things any better. However as always Brais and his assistant made me feel comfortable and as relaxed as possible and before I knew it the procedure was done and dusted. I didn't feel on top form straight after my procedure but after a cup of water and a few minutes in the chair I was ready to go. I would highly recommend this surgery to anyone who needs treatment, everyone from the ladies on the desk to Brais and his team members are great and I really appreciate how they have helped me over the last few years. Thanks.

Positive experience: Taylor is great explains clearly treatment needed. As for the system I'm not impressed, recommended treatment plan lasts 3 months, I was given an appointment which was almost in 3 months time, station house cancelled it which obviously took me beyond the 3 months so therefore was told I would need another check up to see if anything had changed, now I have another appointment booked for the same treatment, guess? Just under 3 months time, hope it doesn't get cancelled.

Fantastic experience: Had a really good experiences so far. Always making sure you're okay, friendly and chatty. Reception happy and accommodating. Today I had a filling and had to take my 2 year old with me. She sat really well but the dentist and nurse kept checking she was okay. 5 minutes towards the end my daughter got really upset from all the noise of drilling etc and the nurse went over while the dentist finished my treatment and gave her a sticker. Everyone was so kind and caring throughout. Very pleased with the service received.

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend Station House Dental practice. I broke off the side of a filled tooth and Brais Vila Brana was very empathetic and professional in sorting it out at quite short notice.

Fantastic experience: Ive been at simply smile dentist for a long time now. They have always been so helpful in booking appointments including emergency’s. The practice manager Sadie is always around, helping then dentists as there nurse and working reception, she always has a smile on her face and nothing is to much trouble. Fantastic experience: this team is simply the best. I think a 6th star is needed! I have had a phobia about going to the dentist from a young age. I remember the mobile dental service calling at my Junior school calling me in and putting a face mask over my mouth and nose.When I came round they hurried me up-(to begin the same service for the next person). But I was still woozy and had difficulty getting out of the chair. I was catapulted across the room and crashed in to a glass fronted cabinet. I am pleased to say that coming to Station House is like a first step in the direction of trusting the dental experience as well as recognise that it is s like visiting friends. Staff are welcoming and friendly and take time to explain the procedures and ways of working.The administrative team is excellent, offer to help you sort out any problems. Caroline manages the work with great style-including an efficient booking system and reminders on emaíł staff are person centred and look after patients firstI I hope there is enough space in this reviewc to record my relief in finding Jane Edgar as my dentist She has an air of quiet confidence is thoughtful and is an excellent dentist. ln recent months I have had rootcanal/crown construction work and (today) an extraction of a wisdom tooth -without pain and with careful pacing. to keep me informed of progressl If there was a BAFTA style competition for best run dental services. i would have pleasure in voting for them. and I don't have to check on the position of any glass fronted cabinets!

Positive experience: Yes a friendly helpful service. Only one point we found was not a easy place to get round with a wheeled walker & no handles to help a Disabled person.

Phoned in and arranged an emergency appointment for the same day. Was seen promptly and had the tooth removed, all dealt with very efficiently and friendly, thank you.
