Fantastic experience: Caring and great customer service.

Negative experience: Avoid, complete incompetence. Went in for a checkup and a filling, during the filling the dentist was more concerned with trying to upsell me on cosmetic care than doing a good job. I was left with 3 painful spikes protruding from the filling causing my gums to be torn up the following days. I phoned for an emergency appointment and when I arrived the next dentist (different one) was annoyed she had been assigned the first dentists patient (didn't want to do the job). While I'm laying in the chair with my mouth open and having the filling filed down she decides I need to make another appointment to get it polished after the rough rushed filing job she was half way through doing... As if leaning over and grabbing the polish tool was too difficult, considering they messed up to start with you'd think they would just put it right, seems she was more concerned with getting payback at the other dentist.. having me have to book with her to finish the job as a revenge jab. So naturally I decided to cancel a teeth cleaning appointment I had already put a deposit for, and of course the receptionist doesn't know how to issue a refund so I'm standing there for 20 mins waiting for someone to tell her how to do it. Thanks Colindale smile clinic for taking me out of work for 2 days, doing a terrible job and not even putting it right. Glad I didn't spend the planned £2000+ for the cosmetic stuff, they can't even get a filling right.

The dentist explained the procedure throughout and made me feel at ease with everything. I finally had the crowns fitted and everything went smoothly. Fantastic experience: Very good team. Dentist, nurse, receptionist and Hygienist. Always courteous and will always tell me the real state of my teeth and gums. I never feel under pressure. The dentist Dr Samir will always give the options for me to decide. If his practice does not have relevant equipment he will always recommend a practice which does and leave me to decide which practice to go to.

Fantastic experience: I had been putting off visiting the dentist as its not my most favourite place! I was seen by Sumaiyah, who happened to be the most kindest and gentle dentist I've had! She was ever so lovely and put me at ease instantly. Would definitely recommend her! Thank you :)

Negative experience: They are charging too much for small private work. They do not entertain if work done from outside uk. This is vary difficult and costly for NHS patients to go private.

Positive experience: The receptionist and the team were highly courteous, but the appointment took longer than expected as we were told to fill out the medical history of the patient at the time of the appointment. Hence, I have given 4 stars

Negative experience: All they were interested in was the £25 consultation fee even though the dentist spent less than a minute to check my teeth. Bad customer service. Receptionist, arrogant attitude

Fantastic experience: As someone who has been terrified of the dentist for so long, I honestly had such a pleasant experience. Dr Simmone was exceptional. She was extremely patient and understanding with me and explained everything in great detail while also consistently checking if I was doing okay. In addition to this, Dr Simmone was absolutely amazing with my two children on their first ever dental check up. So much so that my eldest was already asking when she could go back again before we even left the clinic . Honestly can't thank her enough! I'm so glad I've come across this dentist. The receptionist and dental nurse were also lovely. I had been looking for a dentist accepting NHS patients for such a long time and I am so glad I found this dental clinic.

Negative experience: The Dentist, Dr Simone is lovely and super personable, however the administration of this clinic is awful and really left a terrible impression with me. The receptionist is very disorganised and became combative when I mentioned that I hadn’t received confirmation of my appointment or any guidance on the fact I needed to pay to register. She threatened me with a FINE! I was blamed for not giving them my email address when I called, even though they didn’t ask for it when I made an enquiry to register as a new patient. Such a shame overall- as it seems like a lovely practice but the receptionist is awful and needs training on how to problem solve and speak to patients and new potential clients.

Fantastic experience: Not only did I manage to get an NHS appointment (I know, shocking!) the dentist, Dhibee Verba, was absolutely amazing at explaining the entire process and all my options, and she was completely happy to answer my questions. I’m not a fan of the dentist and appointments stress me out, but I felt calm with Dr Verba. When part of my filling fell out and Dr Verba was on holiday, the other dentist put a temporary filling in for me so I didn’t have to deal with a hole in my tooth for several weeks.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic care! Very professional and friendly. I had two big problems when I first called Colindale Dental Care Centre. They were affecting not only my health, but self-esteem as well. One problem was going back 5 years following a treatment at another surgery that had gone badly wrong. To be honest, I thought that both problems were hard to solve, on the basis what I had been told by other dentists. Sam, the dentist treating me, put my mind at rest by saying that both problems could be solved and advised on how to proceed. I am very happy that I had listened and followed through with the treatments. Not only am I free from chronic infection which I had carried around for 5 years, but I have my smile back! The dentist, nurses and reception staff at the clinic are very professional, helpful, friendly and accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. I cannot recommend the surgery and its staff highly enough!

Fantastic experience: I have been struggling to find an NHS dentist for months and I was passing this lovely clinic and saw they were accepting NHS patients. Had my first appointment this morning and they couldn't have been nicer. My dentist was lovely and very helpful.

Negative experience: When booked appt reception unaware an giving wrong info for types of services offered, booking & advising of wrong type, for hygiene dentist appt , Whilst in appt discovered the different types of Dental service, frustrated with reception, continued with appt an may come back. Not happy an having to come again, for the original type of appt required in 1st place

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Been coming here as a family for years. Treated appallingly when an appointment was missed by mistake yet they have cancelled 3 of mine and one being on the day yet offer no flexibility. When I complained the receptionist was more interested in talking over me and clearly had no clue on their complaints policy. No personal service and clearly don’t adhere to their own appointment and complaint policy - avoid! Shame I had to even add 1 star just to post this review / if I had my way it would be zero!!!
