Fantastic experience: Have been with practice many years now so can highly recommend . Martin is such a great dentist , and is very calming for the kids when it’s their visits , and Katie (hygienist ) is brilliant and patient too . All round would recommend

Fantastic experience: Called in on time for the appointment and Martin explained clearly to my daughter as he carried out the procedure which helped her to stay calm throughout. Martin is an excellent dentist. Polite and helpful receptionists and nurses, nice waiting room downstairs.

Fantastic experience: I had an appointment today with Parth. I have never seen him before and as an incredibly nervous patient seeing a new dentist always raises my anxiety considerably during a visit. However, Parth was fantastic. I told him I was frightened before we entered the examination room and he was very understanding & reassuring. He quickly and carefully completed the examination whilst explaining what he was doing. A great dentist to see if you are a nervous patient! Thank you Parth.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff friendly and polite but the Dentist Martyn is fantastic. Always on time efficient but thorough don’t know how he does it most other dentist’s seem to run late.

Fantastic experience: Let me hold my baby while I got sorted. Very patient and offered to hold my baby out of the room while they xray my mouth. All the stars. Air con down stairs and in rooms. Made this experience a LOT. More comfortable.

Fantastic experience: Rozalla was so amazing! I haven't had any treatment other than regular check ups since I was a teenager with a brace. I was nervous to visit the hygienist appointment today but, she was patient and, a calming influence. I'm really pleased with the results.

Negative experience: 4 minutes in the dentists chair for a checkup that consisted of a bit of prodding with a sharp implement. That’ll be £75. Kerching!!!

Positive experience: My son is a 51year old disabled adult. He has had a denture fitted and the service good, except for the fact that he wasn't shown how to put it in by himself. He can only use one hand so this was quite crucial. 5 minutes spent doing so would have been well worth the effort.

Positive experience: Everything was good. I will say that I felt a little rushed through my appointment and also notice a clean is no longer offered during the check up as it used to be. Dentist was efficient, careful and friendly, but I would appreciate a little more explaining what is happening, previous dentists have talked through each stage/reassured more and told me to put my hand up if I needed a break.

After checking whether we had any problems, she examined our mouths in details, discussed future action and we then made future appointments with reception. Fantastic experience: Martin , is my usual Dentist My tooth was damaged and Martin patched it up in no time. He will eventually remove and replace the damaged tooth and I have already had the appointments booked No pain and polished up my teeth for good measure . I highly recommend Bloxham Dental (Banbury). They are top professionals.

Negative experience: Could not give less then 1* I’m on NHS Booked appointment for 2 fillings in May for July ( they didn’t had earlier then that ). Had it cancelled 20min before appointment and rebooked for September. I asked receptionist to make sure is a long app as is for 2 fillings, and was told notes have been left , a long appointment and was put on cancellation list. I had to do one of my filling on emergency appointment and start to be painful and I asked to keep the September appointment for the other filling. Got to my September appointment and dentist told me I need to pay for a checkup as well and for temporary filling as need another appointment to fit a filling. That would cost me a total of £140 nearly. But if I want a proper filling fited today I can used the private service. So a private filling is around £200 and you seen straight away but if I am NHS I have to pay almost £140 and wait months ( until you give up and go private dental) Well done Bloxham Dental in Banbury. You ripoff patients and you feeling professional. Hm… no wonder why you have a high rotation of Dentists .

Fantastic experience: Had to wait for a little while for telephone to be answered but lady who answered was pleasant and helpful. Emergency appointment arranged same day. Dentist (Fiona) explained what had happened and did temporary fixes. She then did temporary fixes pending more major work. Thanks to all concerned.

Fantastic experience: Went into dentists at 08.00 requesting an appointment to have a filling replaced. I was asked to wait for a couple of minutes whilst they had a word with my dentist. She saw me straight away and done a temporary filling until my proper appointment in May. Job done. Thank you very much the Bloxham Dentists in Banbury.

Negative experience: After several cancellations and postponements I was finally given an hour's appt for some vital treatment, well over 6 months wait. On arrival in the chair the new dentist said that she had only just seen the x-rays taken 2 months previously and there wasn't time to carry out the treatment in this 30 min booking...! So this has again been deferred for another 2 months. She denied it was an hour booking though that had been the case. It was suggested if I wanted it done sooner to avoid pain, I should go private with them! The extraction treatment required has also only come about despite regular check ups over the last 6 years in which I was always told my teeth were in such a good condition I didn't need to go even annually! Obviously I did have annual check ups though increasingly delayed by Bloxham Dentists postponements. This is very poor!

Fantastic experience: Had an abcess on a wisdom tooth, needed antibiotics. Martin was able to see me on an emergency appt. within 20mins of my arrival even though the allocation was gone. Assessed, prescription done, removal booked for a weeks time! Super efficient, such a great practice to be with! Brilliant all round!
