Fantastic experience: Excellent practice, always friendly but professional. Very nervous of treatment but always put me at ease. Have managed to save my wisdom teeth ! Four years later! Decision was made to remove a deep rooted wisdom tooth after all. I was dreading the procedure but it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Everything was explained clearly in advance and the staff were extremely friendly and supportive. It was far less of an ordeal than I expected and I had complete trust. So far, I have no bruising and no need for painkillers after 24 hours. I couldn’t recommend this practice more highly. I'm not sure I ever submitted this review from treatment received in January but whenever I go I have fantastic treatment and everyone is very friendly and professional.

It has been so lovely to finally experience kind, gentle and friendly service. Their expertise is second to none and has been a revelation quite frankly! From the lovely receptionists to the careful, considerate dentists, Alana, a truly wonderful Hygenist and all of their nurses have gone above and beyond to make my experiences calm and relaxed. They couldn’t have done more to put me at ease which has meant so much. Thank you so much to all there!!

Fantastic experience: We changed to Cotswold Wellness in 2019 because it meant we could walk to the dentist rather than drive. It was a good move and we have been very happy with the staff and treatment ever since. The practice is light and airy and fitted with modern equipment. I have much confidence in the ability of the dentists and nurses, and the receptionist always provides a cheery greeting.

My experience over the last few years has been extremely positive with Sabrina, Henry and Rachel who all provide a superb service as do the reception staff who are efficient and friendly. Fantastic experience: Receptionist, still at work at 7pm, enabled me to book an emergency appointment for an extraction the following day. Though the extraction was long and difficult (because tooth and bone were fused), supporting staff were quickly at hand and concern for my wellbeing was very evident throughout.

We have been patients since Clare took over the practice and have been impressed with the develpments and the range of treatments now available. A spa hygienist treatment was excellent, with a reassuring explanation throughout and clear advice.

Fantastic experience: I have been having ongoing Invisalign treatment which has been great. Claire has shown a lot of attention to detail, I’ve got a couple of problem teeth which have delayed the treatment slightly and I’ve required refinements, but I know she won’t let me leave until I’m happy with the finished product. I also visited for a hygienist appointment with Alana recently, it was the best hygienist appointment I’ve had. Alana listened to all of my concerns and lifted stains I was once told were there to stay. I left feeling brand new! All of the staff are very friendly and professional. Thank you all.

Fantastic experience: I went in to see Clare for a routine dental check up before going on holiday 7 days later, because I knew I had a tooth that did not feel quite right. It was discovered that the tooth had split vertically. Clare gave me time over her lunch break on the same day and extracted the tooth. The extraction was done quickly and efficiently and within 24 hours I felt no soreness or had any problems. I was very fortunate to be 'sorted out' so quickly and professionally, and I am very grateful. Stephen Lambert

Fantastic experience: Being a very nervous patient, the Dental Wellness team could not have been more helpful. Very reassuring from the receptionist at the start right through all the treatments, handled with the very tolerant and skilled dental team. Everything was explained in advance. I has sedation which was handled well and really was unaware of all the procedures, including the removal of a back tooth. I would happily recommend this practice, and as someone who has not been to a dentist for over ten years through fear I could not have been more pleasantly surprised and happy that I chose this practice to sort out all the mess I had created and how relaxed and thoughtful everyone was. Fantastic experience: Recently joined the practice and what a difference! The staff are so friendly and make you feel welcome and relaxed. I saw the hygienist who was excellent and explained everything clearly. I also had a tooth extraction and again this was done efficiently and in a relaxed manner. Both the dentist and nurse were reassuring and competent.

Fantastic experience: I can’t praise the practice enough. Everyone is friendly and puts you at ease as soon as you enter the building. I didn’t have a good experience at another dentist and was recommended by a friend to come here, so glad I did. I needed a root canal which I had to wait weeks before I could get it done and had several temporary fillings while waiting, I was in a lot of pain!. The day I came here I was seen in the next half hour, had my tooth looked at and booked in for my root canal treatment in the following 2 weeks. I paid the same amount for the procedure going private too!. Have also recommended this dentist to my clients and they have also signed up. Strongly recommend.

Fantastic experience: It's such a great dental practice we drive 1.5 hours each way! I have been a client for 18 years. They have state of the art equipment so that the patient experience is actually quite enjoyable! Claire is an amazing dentist, ably supported by the lovely Zoe, both are engaging, intelligent, warm and kind. Claire managed to get my husband back to the dentist after a 20 year gap following a bad experience with another dentist. Martina, the practice receptionist is a delight. Super efficient at meeting our complex needs. She is always pleased to see her clients with a warm, friendly approach and a super smile! Niamh, another warm and engaging member of the team, takes great care of our dental hygeine, giving little tips to make the daily routine easier. I actually find her hygiene experience pleasant and relaxing! Everyone at the practice is fantastic, we wouldn't go anywhere else!

Positive experience: If you can call a visit to the dentist fine then this is what this was! Personally I hate the dentists and have a fear brought on by traumatic childhood visits, but at Cotswold, Matt does his best to reassure and the visits are virtually pain, free even the injections. He is a great dentist and the receptionist is lovely too - if I had to make one slightly negative comment it would be that the dental nurses are a bit severe and don’t smile much! All in all I can thoroughly recommend Cotswold Dental and indeed have already recommended two new patients for them who have both been impressed.

The procedure was so gentle and I booked again straight away!! Really recommend this practice for nervous patients and I don’t think I will ever be nervous for another appointment!
