Fantastic experience: I only started having treatment at Together Dental Broxbourne this summer, and have been impressed by how professional, but also kind and understanding all the staff are. Nothing is a problem. I went to them with a serious infection, I was pretty unwell with it, but am happy to say I was in the hands of a very experienced team, my treatment started on the day I called to make an appointment. I saw Ria recently for a hygienist appointment and was a little nervous as my last clean up was February. Ria and her assistant were really lovely, I felt at ease and came away feeling great. If anyone is nervous about having anything to do with dentists I'd strongly recommend a visit to see this great team.

Fantastic experience: Had two appointments, roughly two weeks apart. One for diagnosis and medication and one for an extraction. Saw a dentist called Sean Barlow. Going to the dentist is never normally a nice experience, but Sean was excellent both times. I genuinely wouldn't go anywhere else now. Negative experience: I can never get hold of anyone to speak to. No matter the time, no one answers the phone and the online portal doesn't have a functionality to contact anyone. So if I ever need anything I have to physically go there and they regularly forgot to send me my receipt which I need for my insurance claims.

Negative experience: UPDATE 1-3-24: After my inital review in October, I have visited a new dental practise due to moving location. On inspection of my filling, the new dental practise told me I was left with too high of an arch on the filling, which is now wearing down my healthy tooth on top, and that an incorrect job of filling it had occured. I was shocked but dissapointed, on reflection, there was a big push to get me to do more treatment in the room, and I am now having to get this filling replaced which I am dissapointed about, hence my new rating from the inital 5 star review A brilliant dental experience. Thank you Anjali for your professional advise and treatment plan. My treatment was pain free and I was reassured at every step during the treatment what would be happening so I was clued in. I look forward to returning for my future appointments

Negative experience: I barely ever leave reviews especially bad ones, but this time I feel like I have too, I am now changing to another private dentist as this one just wants to shaft you, for doing absolutely nothing, customer service (receptionists) shocking

Fantastic experience: Rhia is informative, friendly, kind and professional. From the way she explained the current state of my teeth and gums, to the manner in which she applied the necessary treatment, Rhia went out of her way to be keep me engaged. She has a very nurturing approach; this enabled me to feel very comfortable even during particularly painful parts of the dentistry. Her service represents together dental very well - I’m sure she’ll continue for many years to come!

Negative experience: If it was possible to give zero or negative stars I would. This was by far the WORST experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. The hygienist I saw was brutal, I left half way through after she hit me in the face with instruments and was so harsh numbed my mouth before cutting the inside of mouth numerous times. I will be making a formal complaint as I’m disgusted that the receptionist says they’ve had numerous companies about this hygienist but still booked patients in with her. Another patient was in the waiting room as she was had poor treatment from this same member of staff. Awful, simply awful all round and the practice manager should have taken steps BEFORE this hygienist did people harm.

Fantastic experience: Honestly phenomenal. From the the reception team, to the dentists, everyone is so helpful and kind. Definitely helped me with some anxiety I had with my appointment as well. Can not thank everyone there enough. Also very helpful in helping my hygiene and looking after my teeth and gums properly.

Negative experience: Paying customers expect the best service, so why was it not given. Hygienist brilliant but front end poor . Only went for an air flow but put me off for life... receptionist are very unhelpful and letting the surgery down

Negative experience: I had composite bonding on 2 teeth . Within in 3 months I had to come back as they had both discoloured or stained. The dentist cleaned them and then polished them. They looked the same as my other teeth again, great I thought. But then I was charged £25 as the dentist polished them! - Just the 2 teeth! I hadn’t asked for them to be polished, the dentist just did this. I did complain and have been told that this will be paid back, but no refund to date.

Fantastic experience: Our visit to the dentist today was everything I expected and more, friendly staff greeting us upon entry, seen on time, a friendly welcome from the dentist and nurse. Recommended.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice. I've been with them for many years and have always found them to be friendly, professional and caring. My current dentist is Sarah and she is just lovely. She puts me at ease as soon as she says hello! I'm not keen on going to the dentist. I'm very conscious of my tetracycline stained teeth and have in the past been something of a novelty with other dentists, calling others in to take a look, asking to take photos etc which has always made me very uncomfortable. I've never been subjected to that here. The only negative if I had to find one is a limited availability of appointment times for NHS patients, but I've never had too much of a wait. Very happy, wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Positive experience: Soula is an excellent & honest dentist. The reception service is good but, as I am profoundly deaf, I would like to see the booking online system restored. In the past it has been excellent and easy to use. My appt this morning was delayed by 15 mins but I understand there was a problem with the chair!

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient here for a number of years. Iva is my general dentist and after years of fear of going to the dentist to have treatment she was the only dentist that could actually get me to have treatment this is because she is so very calm and understanding. For any fillings or other invasive work, I would not go to anyone else . I have also over the last 8 months been a patient of Sarah's for Invisalign. I am so thankful for what Sarah has done, she is a perfectionist and is also very calm and caring which goes a long way with a nervous patient and I am over the moon with my end result.

Fantastic experience: Omg Absolutely amazing lady. I'm petrified of the dentist and have been since I was 16 due to an heavy handed dentist! However, Aga is soo very patient, caring , listened and made sure I didn't feel uncomfortableat all. . I booked an hr hygiene to get it over with , to which I wanted injections to numb. She was absolutely so thoughtful. The hr passed and my teeth look and feel wonderful. She has honestly regained my faith in the dentist! I've already recommended people to her and will continue to do so..

Fantastic experience: I always feel confident regarding my treatment with Stratos at this dental practice. I have been a patient of Stratos for many years and I am always made to feel at ease during my visit. Stratos will always be my first dentist of choice. When my crown fell out my usual dentist Stratos was fully booked. So an appointment was made for me with Sara who re-cemented the crown. Sara is very patient and pleasant and puts you at ease. Also a special mention about the ladies on reception who are always helpful.

Negative experience: If I could leave no stars I would. Would have been 7 mins late for my appointment 3 weeks ago - was 2 mins away & called them. Told me I couldn’t be seen Booked another appointment for today for 11am, arrived at 10.55am, was amazed to see a patient arrive late and get seen. Even more amazed at 11.03 to be told the dentist was running 5 mins late. I have been attending here for 20 years and they have never ever seen me on time Disgraceful customer service Treated like a second class citizen as I am an NHS patient that they clearly do not want. Always trying to upsell

Got a same day emergency appointment after suffering terrible toothache and even got my check up appointment moved forward and extended to address the problem. Fantastic experience: Agnieszka Is the best hygienist I have ever been to I literally love going and having my teeth cleaned! I smoke and end up with quite a few stains but come out with not a mark left on my teeth she is so gentle and not judgy at all she advises but doesn't make me feel uncomfortable when they are bad. I love going to her and highly recommend her.
