Negative experience: I read a review written by Peter 3 wks ago, In the reply you said that he was probably a SMDEC emergency patient and the treatment he received wasn't by circle dental themselves. I'm glad I looked at reviews before I left one as It wasn't going to be good. The receptionist and Dental assistant were lovely and professional, the actual dentist that treat my son wasn't. I won't go into details as I'm already looking to take legal advice bcz the experience and treatment she gave my VISIBLY Anxious, autistic son was not worth the heartache seeing him in more physical and mental pain afterwards not to mention the £100 it cost me all together, £70 of that to get him there because it was actually an emergency. Was in the chair not even 10 minutes to get huffed and puffed at when asked for advice, was misdiagnosed and within 30 minutes of leaving in even more absolute agony. The whole experience was strange to me from the start, entering a beauty & cosmetics salon to be taken to another building for dental treatment I'm am glad I didn't leave a bad review for Circle Dental though anyone being sent there by emergency dental care helpline I would think twice.

Fantastic experience: I don’t enjoy trips to the dentist. However I had a very pleasant trip to the Hygienist. Sarah treated me with care and professionalism, getting top marks from me for “bedside” manner. She had clearly read my notes and took trouble to ensure that my appointment was trouble free. So great to see a professional dentist with excellent customer service.

Fantastic experience: I recently had dental treatment with Dr. Amit Chadda, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. I had eight fillings done, and the level of care, precision, and professionalism he brought to the process was exceptional. From the very first consultation, Dr. Chadda made me feel completely at ease, clearly explaining the treatment plan and answering all my questions with patience and clarity. The procedure itself was carried out with such skill and attention to detail. I experienced minimal discomfort and was genuinely impressed by how smooth everything went. The results speak for themselves; the work looks and feels fantastic, and I couldn’t have asked for a better outcome. Dr. Chadda is not only incredibly competent but also kind, approachable, and clearly passionate about what he does. I feel very fortunate to have found a dentist of his calibre. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Just like to say thank you to the staff at circle dental practice I came yesterday evening for an emergency appointment as I have an abscess in was feeling very nervous but the receptionist who was on was so lovely and understanding she even had a lovely chat with me while I was waiting to be seen by the dentist she also informed the dentist that I was nervous and he was completely fine with it I was called in to go and see them and as soon as I walked in the dentist said hello to me with a lovely smile he listened to me as I was explaining to him how much pain I had been in he had a look in my mouth but because of my abscess I couldn't quite open it fully but enough for the him to have a look he than gave me a prescription for the infection I became very comfortable within minutes so thank you to all staff for making me feel comfortable you are all amazing

Negative experience: Really appreciate how quickly i was seen, but honestly, i was told i was having a root canal, with 2 drills and less than 5 mins it was finished. I though it was odd. I was in pain again as soon as my anasthetic wore off. Wasted nearly £30. A few days later i went to ivy dentist in stockport, where i was told i had an infection, they took away my nerve in the tooth. Perscribed antibiotics and solved the problem. Maybe circle dental practice should actually perform dentistry, and not concentrate on how quickly they can get me out of the front door. This is a fair review.

Fantastic experience: Circle Dental highly recommend. I have been going here for years now and for a dentist it's a pleasure to go. The receptionists are always accommodating and chatty. My dentist Ruaayah is lovely and kind. I have just been for a 6 monthly checkup and all is well. I was even wished a happy Xmas as my next appointment is at the end of December I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Fantastic experience: I had booked in an appointment with Sarah the Hygienist. From booking of the appointment until the doctor visits the whole experience was seamless. The Doctor was very kind, firstly asked the issue examined everything and also explained what she was doing throughout the visit. She also explained what future precautions need to taken as I had inflamed gums. The cleaning job was excellent as well which was all inclusive. Better than Bupa any day.

She was amazing from start to finish, explained everything in such detail and made me feel at ease when I was panicking about my longer appointment.
