Positive experience: This clinic is very good (for private patients at least). Sam (dental hygienist) was brilliant. Gentle and efficient. I didn't have to wait and felt that I was given good advice -1 star: while they advertise that they also take NHS customers, the situation changes as soon as your in the clinic. Somewhat dishonest, I feel. -2 stars: the (private) dentists at this clinic (two so far) seem to mostly be interested in selling you products and and it feels like very biased advice. It feels a bit like talking to a used cars sales person This is not conducive to trust building.

Fantastic experience: I was treated really well and professional, always being asked if I was comfortable and to relax, which I found very reassuring. The lady has a really kind and professional attitude towards any concerns I had all the way through the procedures. Basically she's she's a asset to your SURGERY. I thank her from the bottom of my heart ❤️ for her kindness.

Negative experience: This clinic felt more like a sales operation than a dental practice. I was misled about the scope of the hygienic cleaning — limited scaling around the gums, LITERALLY under a minute of polishing — while being repeatedly pushed to pay £37 for an “upgrade.” Felt like intentionally did a poor job to convince me to upgrade. I was also pressured into a check-up I didn’t request as only needed to replace a broken filling. I was initially quoted £110 as an NHS patient, then charged £190 privately once in the chair. Eventually, I only did the broken filling, hence, there was no need to pay for additional check up especially when I initially advised them that I had a check up done months prior. The lack of transparency and sudden price changes were unacceptable. Even payment was mishandled, with staff suggesting they “keep the change on my account” rather than returning it. Overall, my experience was unprofessional, misleading, and driven by profit over patient care. It used to be a great clinic before when it was operating under Confidential and I have been their patient for nearly a decade.

Fantastic experience: I've now seen Muntaha twice for dental hygiene treatments, and I couldn't be happier with her care and approach. She's an incredibly honest and caring practitioner who clearly takes pride in doing things properly. The first visit was quite painful, but she carried out a thorough deep cleaning that made a real difference, as my gum problems healed after that treatment. When I returned six months later, the second session was almost painless, which I credit entirely to how well she treated me the first time around. Muntaha’s motto is "no pain, no gain". And in my case, that definitely rang true. She’s brilliant at what she does and genuinely looks out for her patients. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I have to admit out of all dentists I've visited in my life this has to be the most respectable, welcoming and professional place I've visited. Shaz has looked after me since the first day I've got there and has never let me down when it comes helping arrange a suitable time and day for my appointments. Today I was blessed by the hygienist anjali, who has some of the most amazing hands ever when it comes to deep cleaning and polishing the teeth and she does it so well I barely felt anything with any numbing. Alisa also done an excellent job sealing my broken tooth and the nurturing aura felt so genuine. They actually care about your health at this practice and I highly recommend everyone to give them a go

Fantastic experience: I got an appointment quickly, as an NHS patient, which was great. I was seen by the dentist, Krina Patel, who was thorough and kind, and understood if I needed to sit up (I am heavily pregnant) during the examination. She advised to see me again, and also to see the hygienist. The hygienist was not part of my NHS care, so I paid privately. If I'm honest, I started to regret the cost (before I went to see her), and thought I might have been duped - how wrong I was! I went to see the hygienist a week or two later, and she was wonderful - she cleaned my teeth like never before, polished smooth areas I never recall being so clean and smooth, and advised me about the right interdental brushes to use. It was well worth the money! My teeth were whiter and cleaner and smoother, and my gums healthier. My experience was so good, that I'm going back after the baby is born to see the dentist and the hygienist again, and this is saying something for someone who does not really like the dentist and does not always go as often as I should! Update: Shaz the receptionist is very helpful. Naima the hygienist is brilliant too. Thank you

Positive experience: I was a NHS patient and was going to be given partial denture treatment for my lower jaw in 2023, but they stopped seeing me for having missed up to two appointments. In 2025, they emailed me an Invisalign open day promotion with a package of free dental care bundle. I responded and was pointed to make an appointment for denture treatment on lower fee treatment program that they were running for private clients. I attended and was disappointed to learn that at a lower cost, I wouldn’t get any different treatment from what’s available on the NHS. I was looking to make use of things like airflow cleaning and digital oral scan for impressions. These are largely non invasive and safer for weak teeth such as I have.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely great service, checked in straight away with Shaz who was really lovely & helpful. Had a lovely chat while waiting and got called in bang on time. The dentists were professional and considerate and had my wisdom tooth out and done pain free within 20 mins. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: From the receptionists to the dentist Kemi and hygienist Naima, they all are lovely and take very good care of the patients and have certainly put me as ease every time I visit.

Sandy, the hygienist I saw, was new to me (Naima has been excellent on previous visits), but she made a great first impression with a kind and professional introduction. Fantastic experience: I had been messed about by Oral Surgery (given the wrong address, meaning I arrived late). The staff at Dental Beauty Greenwich took care of me. They were caring and efficient. Shaz got me in to see the surgeon, and brought me water while I waited (it was a hot day), all while attending to his own customers. Awesome job, both on the admin side and the customer service side.

Fantastic experience: Great dentist who went above and beyond, talked me through the whole procedure and was really understanding of my situation (i didn’t feel judged or shamed). Took the time to really explain everything to me to make sure i understood completely. The receptionists always try to schedule me in around what works for me - this might sound silly but i had never been to the dentist without a parent before , shaz made the transition seem-less for me by keeping me informed and being super friendly.

I hadn't been to the dentist in a while if I'm honest but Shaz at the front desk allowed my transition back into the system seamless and offered fantastic customer service. Fantastic experience: Thank you Shaz and doctor Alisa for seeing my son today for emergency dental appointment. My son was very anxious after an accident at school that lead to tooth concussion. Shaz was accomodative and arranged a swift appointment. Dr Alisa saw him immediately, calmly explained the situation for my son in a language that he could understand and reassured him. Thank you.

Positive experience: On a check up with one of the dentists, they recommended me to pass with the hygienist for a dental cleaning and air flow to avoid some early sings of decay. On the appointment, I asked if some of the stains were decay or just stains and she said that she didn't know, and that she just does hygiene procedures. Plus when we finished the air flow all my black T-shirt was totally full of white spots from splashes due to the cleaning, for which I had to go straight home to get changed. At the end the hygienist just turned her back, started working on the computer and said that the procedure was finished. Which is a bad good bye to a client that just spent 135£ in a 20 mins cleaning. The cleaning was right, but these little details make me question if I would go back again.

Fantastic experience: Took my grandmother to the dentist and was looked after by Alisa. She was very efficient and quick in attending to my grandmother and made her feel very comfortable. The receptionist Shaz was also very helpful in dealing with our enquiries. Overall, a great experience and we will come back again.

Fantastic experience: Lovely dental staff. Had 2 separate appointments. Had my check up with Linn and Daniela. Both were very polite and gentle with me from the very start! Got my filling done with Alisa and Sanjila. Lovely people; I felt like a part of the process and not just a patient. Alisa was willing to book a review appointment for me even, to see if I felt okay with the filling!

Positive experience: Very good team of dentist and assistant and happy with the plan to be made. Welcoming from reception is a bit different. One of the receptionist had an unpleasant attitude that is negative in our option for this clinic. My husband heard someone else out loud making a comment about ‘make more money’ that was off putting as it was clear to hear for customers and not a very professional thing to want to hear. Having said that we are not there for the one rude receptionist but for our own good. The dentistry team we had was absolutely fab, professional mannered and could inform us with answers we needed to hear. Thank you Dentist and his assistant.

Fantastic experience: I had a check up with Dr Kolar and he done a filling in a tooth that had been giving me trouble. Everything was explained in an easy to understand manner. Photos were taken and shown to me before and after on a large screen.The procedure was very professional and without any pain or discomfort. Dr Kumar Kolar is a dentist I have great trust in. Also his assistant was extremely efficient and hygienic.

Fantastic experience: I saw Sam the Dental hygienist who understood my phobia and was so nice, took things at my speed and stopped when I needed a break he was super lovely and i'll be returning again to see him. Also the receptionist staff especially Nikki is always very nice, specific and detailed when handling my enquiries and helping me which is helpful, considerate and kind due to my disablities. I would not go anywhere else but Dental Beauty for my teeth needs and their care towards people is amazing.

Negative experience: Worst service I have ever received in my life from someone working in a health service. I and my autistic son was being stigmatised by a receptionist called Celina Benton. She took all her frustrations and put it on I and my son for no good reason. She openly said she'll make sure I and my son are not sein leaving my son without being seen for his treatment

Negative experience: I recently attended an appointment at this dental practice and feel compelled to share my disappointment with how the situation was handled. Upon arrival I was informed by the receptionist that the dentist was running 30 minutes behind schedule due to a previous patient arriving late. I was told the dentist did not wish to turn that patient away despite the delay this caused for subsequent patients, including my child. Given that the clinic was aware a child was next in line I believe it would have been more appropriate to reschedule the late patient rather than penalise punctual attendees. Another parent waiting with her child was forced to reschedule altogether due to the delay. What concerns me further is the strong impression that the late patient was prioritised. Moreover, no courtesy call was made in advance to notify us of the delay which would have allowed me to make an informed decision before travelling. Unfortunately, this experience has left me dissatisfied and questioning the professionalism and consideration extended to patients, especially young ones.

Fantastic experience: I really like this dental practice. I've had to have quite a bit of dental work done to repair problems from previous dental work. Every dentist I've seen has been really lovely and thorough, and their investment in technology (e.g 4D scanning) has resulted in better treatment than more expensive dentists I've seen elsewhere. The receptionists are also lovely and you get the feeling there is a positive culture that permeates the whole practice. I also loved the encouraging verses on the wall.

Fantastic experience: Had a tooth out today Friday 17th January 2025. All staff were very nice from start to finish, the dental lady and the dental nurse made me feel relaxed and done a very good job thank you.

Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough about the totally professional and friendly client service offered by Mr Tony Wong and all of the staff at Greenwich Dental Beauty.

Negative experience: I have an ongoing issue which my dentist has failed to treat appropriately. My last visit was in regards to a dental abscess, the fifth one I had since late April. This time she let me go without even taking xrays to check the current state of the affected area. I don't know if this is due to this dentist s lack of experience, young age, or simply the fact that I am an NHS patient and not private. I am a former cancer patient who has taken abx five times this year for the same reason and I have been warned that ongoing dental infections are linked to coronary disease. I do not intend to put my life in risk because of this lack of professionalism.
