Positive experience: It's such a shame you have such a small building and the stairs can be rough on the knees. The staff though, especially the admin, are absolute angels. So polite, kind and helpful. When you end up going so much, they know your first name. That's lovely and makes it feel more personal. I think you should be given a better building though. :) Staff are lovely, as always Update : ALL the staff are an absolute delight. It's a shame that they constantly seem to run out of things, or need to borrow from other staff. This is an oversight that's solely to do with management or CEO. Again, NOT reflection on the staff themselves. They work very hard and are absolutely a credit to iconic smiles. They're kind, caring, and very patient. The staff who work in the reception area are lovely, always, happy to help. Very gentle and kind.

Fantastic experience: Reception staff are always happy to help and accommodate when it comes to booking future appointments. The new dentist was quick to point out issues that needed to be resolved fast - however, it was disappointing to hear as the last appointment had been only 6mth ago. The individual in questions' teeth cannot have deteriorated so fast in 6 mths - issues were there at the time and could have been treated earlier.

Fantastic experience: My daughter broke her tooth Friday. I called iconic smiles straight away, even though they are very busy, Tanya the receptionist got her in. Her tooth was built up by the very talented Natasha. It looks perfect, like her own tooth. I really can't recommend the whole team enough. Fantastic experience: I went to see the hygienist. She was very professional and friendly, taking care to make sure that I was comfortable during the cleaning process. I think that she did a good job in cleaning my teeth and I could definitely tell the difference afterwards, both in the appearance of my teeth and my mouth feeling fresher!

Fantastic experience: I've not had the best time the last few times but the guy I saw today more than made up for that. He had mid length hair and was on the top floor but I don't know his name. He's been there since September 24 and I highly recommend him as he was friendly, professional, efficient, knowledgeable and had a smile. I hope he's there when I return.

Fantastic experience: Visited the dentist this morning,I broke a tooth on Monday afternoon and got an appointment early today I'm normally a scared cat but when I met josh he was so patient with me, put me at my ease and did a great job with the broken tooth, an appointment was made for a month time to discuss long term treatment I may need. I recommend this young man to any one who is nervous about visiting a dentist. I rate him 100%.

Fantastic experience: I've been at this dentist for 35 years now. The reception staff are fantastic as always. My son went today and saw a new dentist there called Josh. My son (22) has a couple of neurological conditions and suffers with severe anxiety. Donald (who is one of the best) was in there too with the dentist. He actually thought Josh was great! He kept my son informed before he done anything and explained it fully until he got it. He was very empathetic to his needs and let him do some work on his teeth. It's bad enough having a fear of the dentist, but having trust in the dentist looking after you is 70% of the battle. Thanks Josh, you had a very positive impact today. Thankyou.

Fantastic experience: After being terrified of the dentist for many years and finding myself in agony with a cracked tooth, I made an appointment at this practice.They were absolutely amazing and put me at my ease and I actually walked out of there smiling. I did go back for a 6-month checkup and the care and kindness was just as good. They really have restored my faith in dentists, and I am nowhere as scared as I was. UPDATE: I had an appointment with the hygienist today. She was so lovely, explained everything and took her time with me. This was a major thing for me as my fear of the dentist, due to a couple of horrible experiences, had stopped me from going for many years, so for me to get to this point is amazing and its all down to these guys. I still get nervous going but I know I will be looked after with kindness and respect.

Fantastic experience: My daughter is extremely anxious but the 2 ladies were very good with her. They were very patient and kind and did breathing exercises with her just in the mask to calm her down before putting the gas through. I didn’t think she would have it done but they somehow managed it! Thank you both so much.
