Fantastic experience: I am a very anxious patient when it comes to the thought of the dentist (thanks to a horrendous wisdom tooth extraction in my early 20's). I needed to have a crown done, Liz told me up front how long appointment would take and how long for the drilling/prep work so I knew what to expect when I come to have the first of two appointments. Liz told me what she was doing throughout the treatment. I actually felt at ease with Liz and I couldn't believe how stress free the whole experience was. Going back for the second appointment was easy. Definitely 5 starts for Liz and the perfect smile practice.

Negative experience: Wanted a filling done. I was told I needed a check up first. I was made to feel I was under strict guidelines. Either do as requested or suffer the consequences. I was offered an emergency treatment if I didn't do a check up first. Which still isn't patient friendly. Receptionist was very condescending. 1 star because of their receptionist and rules.

Negative experience: Fillings all rushed and done really poorly. I’ve had complications from each filling done here and had to eventually have 3 root canals done. When I went in to figure out which tooth was causing pain on the left side and why, i was told it may be a “crack” in the one they had just done and to pay for a crown. Went to get a second opinion and found two of the bottom teeth were in terrible condition which was the true cause of pain, after that treatment, all was solved. Absolutely anything to take money out your pocket and make a fool of you. Dentist was condescending and ignored all my concerns.

I was terrified with it and very nervous but Shaleen Dariwal made it so much easy. I came out happy and I even mentioned it to her that she made the whole thing so much easier. Fantastic experience: I have recently been having treatment with Perfect Smile in Bracknell. All through this period I have received very efficient service. I feel relaxed knowing I am in good hands. First impressions count and I feel welcome as soon as I walk in. Feeling relaxed is important at a visit to the Dentist. I do think this is due in no small measure to the empathy shown by Front Desk Nurse EMMA and her colleagues. In these days when good customer service is hard to come by, she is a credit to any organization. Dr OMAR (Dentist) is very professional and I feel very calm and assured in his surgery. If you find the whole experience daunting this is important. Bracknell is well served by this practice. Young or old -NHS or Private this is the place to go without a shadow of a doubt. Ivan. P. Fantastic experience: I have severe dental anxiety to the point I feel and sometimes am physical ill and skakey before appointments and also struggle with breathing when the untensils are being used and get paniked - But Supriya is amazing at reassuring me and talking me through what she needs to do, And takes her time and reassures me and checks i'm ok frequently during trestments. Will also add reception staff are all friendly, helpful and polite during calls to book appointments and when face - to - face in the practice.

Fantastic experience: I am just writing to express my sincere thanks to you, Dr Satwinder, Klea, and the team for looking after me so well my last few visits! I had a couple of missing tooth which i needed a solution for quite promtly as I had my wedding less than 2 months from my first visit, and you all did your very best to ensure that my problem was resolved in the most professional and timely manner. You also gave me the time to ask questions throughout my journey here which was very helpfuk and put my mind at ease! Overall, I ended up getting a denture which was ready in a couple of weeks and I was finally able to smile with a full set of teeth at my wedding! I was so consumed with anxiety and stress from having the gaps and all these negative feelings disapeared ever since! Thank you so much for all your help, time and efforts and for also making me feel at ease. You guys are the best, especially Dr Satwinder and Klea! I can finally smile again and that's the best gift there is!

Fantastic experience: Hygienists are never normally a fun time, but Zeinab was one of the gentlest and most understanding I’ve experienced, and although it still hurt I do believe she tried her very best to minimise the pain, and for that I am grateful!

Fantastic experience: Have had 2 teeth extracted here now. Lovely and friendly reception staff, the dentist was very reassuring. Extractions were very quick, skillfully done and with minimal pain. Highly recommend this dentist practice as the level of care here is exceptional.

Negative experience: Awful practice- would never recommend, avoid at all costs, poor filling done by a now retired dentist which resulted in a fractured tooth and more work to be done and offered to credit my account for a third of the price I paid!! a year later I attended for a routine check up, was advised my account had not been credited, emailed weeks ago and to no avail or response conveniently, they don’t care about their patients and only want the money, been going for almost 20 years and has evidently turned into a money grabbing company, judging by the rest of the reviews it seems plenty of people have had the same level of service I have received if I could give it 0 stars I would

Negative experience: They never call you.You have to keep calling them for results. Maybe if you are foreign like them you get better treatment. If you disagree with anything they try dumping you to another dentist.

Negative experience: Convenient location. Had Zeinab for a hygienist appointment. It was so painful. My teeth were really clean after but I've had the same result without the pain. I thought she was a trainee. The tools kept digging into my gums. No mouthwash to rinse at the end, only water. No water machine in the waiting room, other people waiting were asking, I was thirsty waiting. Booked for 30 minutes but it was only 20mins, which I'm happy about as it was too painful to bare. No introduction to who she was and her role, felt rushed. I would come back but only with a different hygienist.

Negative experience: Very disappointed hadn't seen a dentist for over 6 years made an appointment with this clinic and was seen on 8th July after one appointment been cancelled by them for unknown reasons.The initial assessment was done and xray taken .The dentist advised an extraction is needed if filling does not work (as the position bit tricky to do filling ) I asked for the treatment plan with insurance the dentist sent me up to practice manager to enquire (I waited for 10 mins before getting attended) to only find out they had no clue why I was sent up .So sent me down again the reception downstairs did not know whats happening said ok will call you with the details .I have been waiting three weeks without any call and when I called on 31st July to enquire about making an appointment the lady on the call could not get my notes up ,could not book me asked to send my xrays so I can see another dental practice which they said I need to email and request and I have done so and still no response from them .I haven't had the need to see dentist at all but from my experience of seeing dentists before this clinic needs to organise itself. Also noticed they seem to see the praise but not criticism. Why not surprising :-) maybe cause only few .Right in whoever suggested the name Imperfect smile

Negative experience: Unfortunately we did not have good time lately with them. My mum had to return 3 times to refit veneer to Elizabeth and anded up just asking for composite restoration and I had some restoration done by Elizabeth as well but she has sent me back without adjusting my bite today! So here I am at 3 am in pain writing this review because I can not sleep from muscular pain in my mouth. And I could not eat today as well because can not chew anything on that side. Terrible

Negative experience: I went a few weeks ago and turned out I have infection my antibiotics finished but infection still there and now I'm in more pain. I asked for another prescription but they won’t give me one I have to pay to see the dentist again to get a prescription so will be about another £35 for the same issue all they want is my money it’s ridiculous so am now stuck with being in pain

Negative experience: They overcharge on the day and won't/ can't justify the price - even the receptionist had to go check with the Dentist (who just said "patient was told X cheaper price) but "I've charged her X (higher price). £170 for one retainer - which the Dentist didn't even take properly and hadn't been made and cut properly so gapes below my front teeth & has cuts & jags. Order your own retainer from Biite for £100 less and much better quality product and customer service. I hate this practice. If it was possible to get an NHS Dentist anywhere else, then I would asap.

Positive experience: On 27/8/2023 l had 4 teeth removed and got dentures. Omar helped to adjust my denture on 19/10/2023 as it was very loose and could not chew food. However since then, l am still having problems: -it’s very loose and will fall off when talking, laughing and eating. -My denture flew out of my mouth once when I sneezed, fortunately l caught it with my hands. -I still have an uneven bite despite using adhesives. -A hole has already appeared in the denture. I hope it is guaranteed for 12 months and Omar can help me have good future during the coming visit next week!

Fantastic experience: Very good, and very professional, care and attention from (separately) Zeinab and Liz (hygienist and dentist). Both morning appointments were on time and well managed by the reception team.

Negative experience: Sadly we have had the most horrific experience with a dentist at this practice. Back in 2021 during Easter my then 13 year old son had two wrongful extractions made by one of the dentists here. I don’t feel comfortable naming the individual publicly but I feel it’s important to state our experience. My son was supposed to have his molars extracted for his braces and had two appointments booked in. On his first appointment the dentist removed his canine and on his second appointment made the same mistake and removed the other canine. It wasn’t until he had his braces fitted did I realise the horror that my son had the wrong teeth removed. Not only did she not realise her mistake on the first extraction, she did it again on the second extraction. Also what I question is why the assistant didn’t double check too? The orthodontist clearly stated molars (number 4) were to be removed. Canines and molars are two very different teeth. Canines are rarely taken out for braces. It has caused my family and I great distress and 2.5 years on my now 16 year old son still has his braces and looks like it’ll be on for a total of 3 years, much longer than anticipated due to the wrongful extractions. I’ve since heard that the dentist in question has had supervised extractions. I’ve always blamed myself for not double checking what teeth were needing to be removed but had complete faith in the dentist. It upsets me every time I think about the experience my son has and is still going through with his teeth. Also the practice weren’t very helpful or regretful over the whole incident.

Positive experience: Friendly staff and always very efficiently seen and treated. The dental chair in room 1 is looking shabby though.

Negative experience: Receptionists are extremely rude. I had to wait around 10 min for someone to pick up the phone and when they eventually did, the person at the other end (who sounded foreign, maybe polish) was shouting on the phone and sounded very condescending. I only asked to book an appointment. Don't hire people with no telephone skills. Update: 7th Dec. I called to reschedule an appointment but waited 15 min with no response. The call was ended automatically.

Negative experience: The worse experience...I've been waiting for five months for the hygiene appointment, for me and my partner. They canceled them twice, for both of us. We took time off from work, first time they called a day before the appointment, second time they called five hours before the appointment, to cancel them...that's inacceptabile. I was asked to pay upfront the full amount for both of us, which I did, and when they canceled the second appointments as well, I asked to be refunded as I need urgent to do my hygiene, I've already been waiting for five months.When I asked to get my money back as soon as possible, they asked me to wait between 5-10 working days??? Is this a joke? I spent an hour on the phone, trying to explain how much I need my money back as I need to book an urgent appointment. The ladies were so unhelpful, I asked for the manager, they lied saying that the manager is not there, but after an hour of chasing them, the manager suddenly appearead....So disappointed and unprofessional, they don't look after their patients. I am talking about Bracknell location.

The Staff , from the Receptionists to the Dentists, are highly professional and caring, and there is always a welcoming atmosphere. We discussed my treatment and he avoided an extraction of a broken tooth, which really wasn’t expected. He is a credit to dentistry and I feel safe in the knowledge that he treats his patients professionally, kindly and respectfully, making the right decisions for the patient.

Negative experience: This is a terrible dental practise. My 2x children have been waiting for a NHS place for 5 years and I keep chasing this, also asked if it’s worth going to another dental practise and they advise no. I found in the newspaper a list of dentist with NHS availability and got on there straight away. I have been paying privately for my 5 year old daughter for a year now and they are happy to take my money and mess me around with my appointments. When I call them to rearrange I have to wait until December. These just want to take your money and not help you what do ever. I would not recommend going to this place!

They make you feel relaxed and always listen to your worries/anxiety before the start of the treatment, this time I visited the hygienist George.. this is my 2nd visit and I highly recommend him for giving your teeth a thorough gentle clean with great advice and great result.. he told me “remember you are in charge any problems raise your hand!”

Fantastic experience: The team have been incredible, I was in agony for a few weeks and managed to get an appointment quick and given antibiotics. The pain did not go and was able to speak to receptionist keerthy and she was super helpful and friendly and managed to get me an appointment with my dentist Umbreen Masud who has been incredible since my first initial appointment and treatment plan to seeing me in an emergency to removing the tooth that was infected and now pain free. She is also incredible friendly and approachable who keeps you upto date stet by step. I could be more greatful to both Keerthy and Umbreen and the the rest of the reception staff who were also friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, I can now enjoy my up and coming holiday pain free :-)

Negative experience: when i called their phone number, there was an automatic voice saying they took also nhs clients. when i was connected to the receptionist,she told me they were full, no capacity for new clients at all. they wasted 9 minutes of my life by their misleading info.

Not seen a hygienist for 20 years and they were not as thorough or as knowledgeable as George. My teeth feel amazing today. He wasn’t judgemental and he did an amazing job on my teeth. Last time I saw a hygienist they only concentrated where my fixed retainer was, George did my whole mouth and polished too!! Mia was fab!! Some assistant dental nurses allow puddles of spit to collect and you feel like gagging, she didn’t, she was on the ball!! So impressed!! I heard bad feedback about certain hygienists at Crosseays chatting too much so you have to return for 2nd appointment. Not George, he was fab!! Defo recommended him!! Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: The service that I received today at Perfect Smile Dental was top-notch. Being an ex-dental nurse I know how difficult reception work is. When waiting in the waiting room I did witness a dental nurse keeping very calm and humble with a difficult patient on the phone. Also my dentist and his chairside nurse gave me thorough advice that I could not fault. Just because I used to be a dental nurse doesn't mean that I am a perfect patient. Seasonal Affective Disorder affected my oral self-care temporarily and now I am motivated to turn that around for the better..

What great service, i have used Crossways for years, but he not only gave me good advice but has transformed my teeth so that I can really smile again. His jolly yet calming manner was also a bit different, I can honestly say I will not miss the 'tickle pallet' of the polishing brush. I never knew going to the Dentist could actually cheer me up!
