Fantastic experience: Receptionists always polite and welcoming. The building is clean and tidy. My dentist Armin has got to be the best dentist I've ever encountered. Greets you with a smile. Asks how you are. Puts you at ease and gives you every information you need or ask for. I have no complaints about Rushey Green Dental Practice. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Been with RGDP for many years now. Always excellent service for the whole family.

Negative experience: Initially I had a really great experience here, got seen very quickly when I signed up as a new patient, and the hygienist was really lovely. I then stupidly wanted to do Invisalign (anyone thinking about doing this, go to an orthodontist who is trained in orthodontics, not a dentist). I ended up going ahead with it and was left quite disappointed. There were quite a few red flags along the way which I chose to ignore, but at the end of my treatment I voiced some concerns, the most prominent being that I had an open bite at the back of my teeth. I asked if we could do refinements (as I had paid for comprehensive treatment which includes this if needed) to which she replied "Invisalign doesn't move molars". When we were having the final pictures taken, she kept asking me to bite down properly because my molars weren't touching, and I kept saying that I was, but that she has left me with an open bite. She replied that "no I think you just aren't biting down hard enough." At the end of the treatment the dentist applied a fixed retainer and then sent me home as "we don't have time to do a scan for your nighttime retainers". Having done braces as a teenager, I knew this was concerning, as the fixed retainer is not to be relied on on its own, and the teeth will move without proper retention. The proper procedure is to do the scan the same day that Invisalign is finished, so that your retainers are of your "perfect teeth". I was concerned and I asked her "but won't my teeth move" and she said no. Of course my teeth did move, and I took pictures and sent them in. When it came to my next appointment we had to remove the fixed retainer (which I had paid extra money for) so that I could go back into my last tray to move the teeth back to their "perfect" position. Given that I was in my last tray for way longer than anticipated, my teeth never went back to the "perfect" final position, as the trays get quite flimsy after weeks of wear. Plus I was still left with an open bite. I voiced this, and she just said that we were finished and there was nothing more she could do. I have since gone to an orthodontist to fix these issues, and paid way more money than I should have in total to finish treatment. Not only that, but in the end the dentist had left lots of the cement from the attachments on my teeth, and the glue from the fixed retainer on the back of my teeth, which had to be removed properly by the ortho. Go to an orthodontist, do NOT do any sort of orthodontic treatment with a dentist. They are not trained for this, and like me you will have wasted thousands of pounds. As a result of all of this I will not be returning here, even for check ups and hygiene appointments, and have registered elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I am not one for the dentist, but as I am getting older, I decided it was time to bite the bullet and go. I booked an appointment with the Hygienist, She was great. Put me at ease so well, I even went back for a follow up appointment and booked in to see my Dentist. Highly recommend this practice. From reception to clinicians, I found it to be a great experience

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service that I received today. Came on an emergency because I believe I’ve got an infection in my tooth. Was seven minutes late due to traffic and parking however I did call in regarding this. The Dentist clearly didn’t wish to see me, however I believe was convinced by reception as I was in a lot of pain. As soon as I walked in the room the first thing that was said to me was there’s only a few minutes the receptionist has come up and asked me to see you. Not even a hello. Then asked a series of questions about why I was there what I believe was wrong. I explained I believe I’ve got a tooth infection because I’ve had this before. I also explained that I had a blow to my chin that affected my jaw so I couldn’t come prior to this as there is a tooth that needs to be removed as it is loose..I literally self diagnose myself including which antibiotics I should be as the Dentist said she doesn’t know which ones they are because her colleague didn’t write them down (which I found a bit strange). After looking further, it was discovered they were written down . I had to state several times about my allergy to shellfish to which I was told the antibiotics don’t have that. I told the dentist yes they do because I’ve had to change them before due to some antibiotic saying do not take if you have any allergies to shellfish. Prescription was written and that was it. No checking to see if a prescription should be written out. No checking to see if in fact was an infection. No checking my jaw after I explained I had a blow to the jaw and I couldn’t open it properly hence why I had not been to the dentist before.No examination whatsoever. Due to the information I gave an examination should’ve taken place of my jaw ( which I’m still feeling pain in 3 months later. Doctor said the dentist needs to look at) itself and the tooth that I believe is infected. I was told that a dentist would not write a prescription out unless they actually saw me first to examine. This did not happen. Prescription was written out without checking my tooth and without checking my jaw and to make it even worse, the dentist herself didn’t even write it out she got her assistant to do it instead. A photograph of my records was taken on the Dentist’s phone which was past the the assistant. Is that allowed under data protection to take a photograph of my records on a mobile phone? Extremely poor service. The only saving grace was the receptionist was reasonable, understood and apologised. She did what she could to make it right after I complained to her that I should not be paying for a service I did not receive. If I wanted just a prescription without being seen, I could’ve simply gone to my doctor and got that for free. Currently at home with a very swollen face in pain and not knowing what to do. Was not given any aftercare advice or told when to return.

Negative experience: I wish to give 0 star.Can't recommend this place .I did not have hygiene cleaning for first time and I know it takes about 40 or 45 min but they spend just 15 min on my teeth and didn't do it properly. All she did was removed my plaque and little bit of Polish and they charged me £69 for 15 min teeth cleaning. I am so disappointed.i wouldn't recommend this dentist to anyone.

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service despite friendly staff. I recently moved to Rushey green and had to switch to a new dentist nearby. My daughter and I had our first hygiene appointments last Friday. The staff were friendly, especially toward my daughter, which I appreciated. However, my own experience was very disappointing. I made it clear from the beginning that I have very sensitive teeth. Despite this, the hygienist started cleaning without taking any precautions to manage the sensitivity. It was extremely painful, and after just a few minutes, they stopped the treatment and recommended I use a certain mouthwash and come back in two weeks. I assumed the next appointment would be a continuation and completion of the work they couldn't finish due to the sensitivity. But when I tried to book the follow-up, they told me I’d need to pay the full amount again — despite the fact that they barely did anything the first time because they stopped early. They also mentioned that next time they might numb my gums — which I feel should have been done during the first appointment, especially since I told them about my sensitivity up front. I’ve had hygiene appointments with other dentists before, and when they encountered my sensitivity, they numbed the area and continued the treatment without issue. I never had to come back again or pay twice for one job. Unfortunately, despite the friendly atmosphere, the service felt careless and profit-focused. After another excellent visit yesterday, I just had to update my review to say: RGDental (Rushey Green Dental Practice) truly remains the best dental practice I’ve ever used. I honestly can’t believe my luck in finding them — I only wish I’d started coming here years ago, not just in recent times. The clinic is clean, modern, and run with such efficiency. Every member of the team is polite, friendly, and thoroughly professional. My dentist is not only highly skilled but also warm, straightforward, and effective in their approach — everything you’d hope for when trusting someone with your dental health. Even the little things are thoughtful: short-term red lane free parking is available, which makes a huge difference. And when it comes to cost, it’s actually affordable — a rare and welcome relief. I’ve previously had to either take out loans or forgo the treatment for the exact same procedures elsewhere, which was stressful and exacerbated my conditions. Here, I can receive the care I need without financial strain but more importantly knowing that the teeth of my health is in effective and expert hands, whatever the cost. I very much appreciate that they put themselves out to help me and in no way took advantage of the fact that this was a drop in emergency when it came to the cost. I have joined the practice and am very happy to find a dentist that I feel confident with. I see Sameer on Saturday and she is lovely. Calm and eloquent, explaining everything clearly.

Negative experience: I went for a check up. Dentist was late, check up was rushed, diagnosis incorrect. Thankfully I went somewhere else to get a second opinion and got a filling! Avoid.

Fantastic experience: I arrived early for my appointment. The receptionist was very honest and explained that my dentist was running approximately 10-15 minutes late. It was just 10 minutes which was fine. The waiting area is comfortable, the staff are very friendly and I am very happy with my dentist and I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Was pleasantly surprised to get an emergency appointment on the same day, that was a relief and hence 5 stars. Really pleasant dentist. Only disappointment with emergency appointments is that they don't offer a start of treatment (if more than a filling is required etc) but I have now to wait for a week to see my dentist to decide on what to do next which feels like unnecessarily prolonging the issue and a waiste of time.

Fantastic experience: Get your appointments in early, this place is always booked up. You can see why though. I recently had to have a filling redone as the one before had fallen out. The service I received was so professional, and I'm grateful that the dentist was able to save my tooth and avoided a root canal. Everything was explained clearly to me before he went ahead with the repair and he made sure I was comfortable and relaxed throughout. The reception staff are always helpful and courteous and the facilities are modern and clean. What else could you ask for?!

Everyone who we have come into contact with whilst using this service have been polite, professional and extremely patient and kind. The building is clean and we are always seen on time. The service we receive here is second to none.

Fantastic experience: This is without doubt the most friendly and professional practice I have been too. The staff is so kind and friendly that they'll do whatever they can to accommodate and make your visit a great experience.

Positive experience: Happy with quality of care, but not happy that my treatment is put on hold for three weeks in the middle of the treatment while the dentist goes on holiday. That the dentist takes an, I'm sure, well earned holiday is fine. But I was told that the treatment couldn't be completed by one of the other dentists, and would have to wait for the return of "my" dentist. Why?

Fantastic experience: The dentist and dental staff are amazing highly would recommend apart from the sarcastic this Saturday receptionist on 26/10/2024 who was rude and not allowing me to speak telling me to shhh so she can’t speak over me, as I was trying to explain something personal to her which she dismissed and asked me to speak to management or the senior receptionist regarding my missed appointments. Other then that the dentist and assistant who looked are my son was amazing. I would recommend them but avoid the rude receptionist.

Fantastic experience: Always a pleasure attending this surgery. Very impressed with the upgrade in the waiting room though the reception area is a little tight for the clients to get in and out of the building. My dentist is fantastic and always informative. Receptionists are doing a great job too. Dental nurses are very quiet almost invisible - very respectful of their job roles.

But the staff and the dentist's here are absolute gold. All staff are friendly and say hello and all dental staff and have been very supportive of my anxiety. Highly recommend them.
