Fantastic experience: This practice is a centre of excellence from the front desk receptionist’s, the hygienist’s and dental teams, you cannot fault the passion shown by all in making a visit something to look forward to. Knowing that the staff are friendly, helpful and the knowledge / skill used in carrying out all aspects of dental work could not be bettered. I travel over a 200 mile round trip to visit this practice that I have been with 7 years, because when you find a good practice you don’t want to lose it. Well done all !!

Fantastic experience: I never thought having two wisdom teeth taken out would be such a great experience. I had two wisdom teeth removed yesterday at Moorpark Specialist Dental Centre and can honestly say it was such a smooth process. Dr Aneesha Shah was amazing, she explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions, which really put me at ease. Dr Dipa Patel was also super friendly and made the whole process feel much less daunting. Highly recommend the whole team from the receptionists to the dental nurses!

From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I was treated with the utmost care and compassion. Dr. Parmar was incredibly gentle and attentive throughout the entire procedure. She took the time to explain everything to me clearly and reassured me at every step, which helped ease my nerves completely. Her calming presence and delicate approach made what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and pain-free. You can tell she truly cares about her patients' comfort and wellbeing. I must also mention the wonderful dental nurse, who supported her during the extraction. She was just as kind and professional, always one step ahead to make sure everything ran seamlessly. Yes, my teeth were that bad, but it has been well worth the wait.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful environment ,clear explanation,spotless facilities,professionalism. As usual with dental full on -pricing. As they say ,unfortunately, you can't put a price on good health ,some places do though and take no prisoners!! However Moor Park are even though pricey actually better priced than many others so good for them - will definitely be back for treatment in future if needed!

Negative experience: Unfortunately it between a pillow and hard post had one visit with the Dentist because my implant was failing so I came to this practice saw a lady Dentist was very nice and charge me £175 for some x-rays and temporary fixture to my implant and then the following day , I got a quote over £8000 to have some dent work done. Obviously declined found alternative cost £30 and a problem was resolved I do feel dentists are taking advantage in many case. Extremely well paid and it baffles me why they would not take NHS patients considering of them have been trained up on the NHS. I literally got home. I had an email asked me to review my treatment which I had obviously I’m gonna say that was good to be honest. They are five star review. I have to question that.

Fantastic experience: I had several problems with my teeth and Moor Park Specialist Dental have replaced the problematic teeth with implants. From the extraction of the teeth to the tooth insertion of the implant posts and finally the fitting of the replacement teeth, everything has gone smoothly. All the specialists concerned have been thoroughly professional and explained to me the procedures throughout the process. Costs have been clearly explained. If you need implants, I would definitely recommend them. Of particular note are Neeta Patel, who did the extractions and insertion of the posts to Sheevana Amanda who fitted my lovely new teeth.

Fantastic experience: I can't rate Dr Joe Bhatt and every single one of his staff highly enough. I would like to rate higher than a 5 if only I could. It has been what I can only describe as a life changing experience for me and I have no hesitation in recommending Joe at the Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre to anyone. Mine was a particularly complicated case which no other specialist I have seen could do anything about or would touch, but Joe wanted to help me and immediately rose to the challenge. He used his skill, knowledge and expertise and thanks to him I am a very happy bunny now after years of misery in the past. The staff are very professional, but at the same time they are all so kind and nice, there are too many names for me to mention, but right from the reception ladies to the lovely Corrinne who is Jo's nurse they have all played a big part of what has been a very positive experience for me. So in summary this practice has a great big thumbs up from me and i would not dream of going anywhere else now.

I took my mother for new dentures, needed to exchange hers after 23 years, so was naturally nervous, but the staff soon put her at her ease. The dental care and the administrative service was excellent, we could not fault them.

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting this practice for many years now. All the staff including the front desk have been so friendly. They are knowledgeable and make you feel at ease without judgement. I have had implants and am regularly seeing the hygienist. The way they have helped my teeth become stronger and whiter is great. My whole family go as well, including my disabled younger brother who is mentally 3. The staff have been wonderful in making him feel at ease so much so that he smiles when we mention the dentist. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Moor Park Dental Specialists c2 years ago by my general dentist for the removal of 2 impacted wisdom teeth and an unerupted canine, all under sedation, but carried out 1 at a time. This was to avoid damage to molars and to ultimately allow re-alignment/straightening utilising Invisalign under the care of Dr Bhavin Soneji. As a previously extremely nervous patient I have nothing but praise for the treatment I have received from the doctors I have seen (Bhavin Soneji, Neeta Patel, Dipa Patel, Aneesha Shah), their assistants and the reception staff. I am so pleased and amazed at the results that I would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Fantastic experience: I would highly recommend Dr Mehul Patel and Victoria Kempster. Dr Mehul Patel has a very reassuring and calm manner, particularly for nervous patients. He was never too busy to answer my messages via reception when I had concerns or needed further advice. Dr Patel has been clear and balanced in his advice throughout and I have felt in very capable hands. I have been very pleased with the outcome of my procedure and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others. Victoria is a wonderful hygienist, and definitely the best I've come across. She's lovely to chat to and always puts me at ease. My teeth are always brilliantly clean after seeing her but she also takes the time to really demonstrate proper technique and to highlight areas of my teeth/gums that need particular attention. Fantastic experience: I had my appointment yesterday with Mr Mehul Patel .I have been having treatment for approximately one year with him and he is brilliant and doing everything to save my teeth and stabilise them and had very deep clean treatment. He is brilliant in every way . Very through , professional , personable , caring and very ! Patient as I get very nervous and he calms me down . He has a brilliant sense of humour which is what I need and also is very interested in how I am generally and puts me at ease and sits me down and has a chat before he starts . Fantastic experience: My experience at this Dental Centre has been amazing. From the moment you arrive, the reception is most warm and welcoming. My dentist is brilliant and my hygienist Dee is fantastic. At my age I am most fortunate to have a full set of teeth and it is due, in no small part to the care and attention of all the professionals at this practice. I did have a cancer on my face and it was only because my hygienist, Dee Redmond, noticed and said I should get it attended. Dee is the most perfect hygienist you could wish for. The whole practice is worthy of the highest praise.

Fantastic experience: I was referred by my regular dentist because I needed a root canal procedure. Being extremely squeamish, I was so nervous….but I had the absolute pleasure of being treated by Dr Mehta and his lovely nurse. Although it wasn’t a straightforward procedure for various reasons, Dr Mehta was kind, patient and did his best to make me feel at ease. I was so impressed and would highly recommend. I wouldn’t say I’m looking forward to my next appointment but I am happy to be in Dr Mehta’s safe hands!

Fantastic experience: How to start a review for the greatest care I have ever received? "The Amazing Neeta" maybe the first few words I heard being in the clinic. I was looking for an oral surgeon to help me in an emergency to fix an issue created by a different practice while trying to remove my tooth. I was nervous to go and see a dentist to help me, someone I did not know or trust. From the phone call to the practice for help to meeting the reception staff everything was lovely. they were happy and friendly all smiling and laughing. Then I met the women of the hour Neeta and Hetal, Neeta the dental surgeon from the offset gave me options and confidence she could fix the problem for me then and there to which she did. She was clear and to the point with me and looked after me through the removal. On top of that when I started to calm down that I was safe Neeta then had this big personality she was happy and you could see Hetal and her had a great working relationship. I have never had a removel where I wanted to laugh all the way through. Hetal also was amazing as my mouth was already sore from a tooth removal the day before I received lipbalm!!! to help my lips get through another removal (I have never had this before) and it made a big difference. I could go on all day, really my point Is- if you want good specialist treatment, in a fantastic clinic and with people who are happy to help and happy to be at work, this is the place. Also I left with a goodie bag - Lipbalm for my lips Painkillers for the pain Antibiotics offered for any infection Aftercare treatment All in a lovely branded bag! Negative experience: The practice Staff and quality of Dental Care have good reviews. My review is regarding the booking and deposit policy, and how stringently it has been enacted. £95 is taken to book the appointment, and in the event of late cancellations, is non-refundable. Understandable and reasonable practice. I confirmed my attendance the day before. However on waking late on the day of the appointment, I was bedbound the morning I had a heavy cold, headache and fever. I rang the practice 15 mins prior the appointment, as soon as I was able, and notified I could not attend. As they were unable to fill the slot at short notice, the deposit was taken. I understand this is a business that needs to operate by its policy and financial margins. However I found it deeply disappointing that allowances could not be made for individual compassionate reasons. I was genuinely ill, it had come at short notice, I had notified as soon as able, and I would not been able to have my procedure if I had turned up to the clinic. As an NHS Emergency Medicine Consultant I would understand how to work with a patient compassionately, and not stick to policy and financial framework rigorously. It is another education for myself, on the challenges in being a patient within a private service. One that has differing priorities to a state healthcare institution. Dr Solomon Kamal-Uddin. Fantastic experience: I was referred to Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre over 2 years ago and had have exceptional service from Dr Bhavin Soneji and Dr Shivana Anand across that span of time. They have provided extremely clear, concise and informative service in all areas of my treatment regarding Invisalign and composite bonding work. Working in tandem across my treatment, they have checked in regularly and gone above and beyond to ensure my final result was exactly what I wanted but also ensuring I was provided with all information at all stages, and always available at all times when I had queries and questions. They have worked diligently on my treatment but also provided assurance at every step and helped me regain my confidence and smile at the end of it all. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Fantastic experience: Dr Neha Patel, Has provided for the last two years and continues to provide excellent dental care for my mother's teeth. My mother is 95 years old and has Alzheimer's. It's very important that she receives good care for her teeth because if there's untreated infection this could spread to other parts including her heart. My mother is not aware of the situation and Dr Neha and her assistant nurse are able to be caring, empathetic and get the job of looking after my mother's teeth completed with the minimum of distress

Fantastic experience: I cannot rate Moor Park highly enough. I was referred to the practice by my dentist for extensive gum treatment with the message ' stick with Lydia and you'll be fine '. He was so right!! Lydia is absolutely superb. Constantly reassuring and putting me at ease during several emotional points of potential extensive tooth loss. However, the respectful and kind ethos of practice runs throughout. Kudos and recognition firstly must be given to the outstanding team of dental nurses and receptionists particularly Gill and Christine. These ladies could teach a master class on how to welcome patients, put nervous patients at ease and manage appointments. These are the hidden roles that can make or break a practice and they make it tenfold and beyond. The practice is led by the marvellous Joe. My treatment got so complicated I was internally referred to Joe for a second opinion. His rapport is outstanding. I don't think I've ever laughed so much at a dentist. Final shout out goes to hygentist Victoria who has guided me through the hints and tips of detailed tooth brushing and who's quarterly appointments I will never miss. Believe me when I say, any fear or mistrust you previously had of dentists disappear with Moor Park. I'd give them 10 stars if I could

Fantastic experience: Another truly excellent service provided by Steven Werb, Dr Dipa Patel and the whole support and reception team a Moor Park Specialist Dental. Extensive remedial and veneer work was discussed with care and thorough consideration before the main and lengthy appointment. Sedation was explained and administered calmly and professionally by Dr Patel and clearly effective because it's hard to recall much after that point. Inevitably tired and a bit tender following the work but fine within a day or so and the Moor Park team checked in to see how I was doing. The follow up and fitting appointments were completed in similar fashion and I am delighted with the result. It is therefore easy to recommend Steve and his crew at Moor Park Dental because they genuinely care about the work and service provided. The after care is an always excellent and appointments for very urgent work are usually found without bother despite an otherwise busy schedule. Specialist dental treatment is quite an investment and vital to have skilled professionals who you can trust. No hesitation in recommending Moor Park Specialist Dental. (It is also well located next to Moor Park Station with easy parking and the facilities are spotlessly clean and well maintained).

My care was offered with kindness, patience and understanding whilst explaining the treatment to me in a very clear way from initial contact to end of treatment. Fantastic experience: I went to the practice for the dreaded Root Canal treatment .. obviously wasn’t looking forward to it as that would be a little odd to say the least! The welcome at reception was lovely which put me at ease straight away. I went down to meet Dr Mehta and his lovely assistant who explained what would be happening in a very relaxed but informative manner. I must say that I found the whole procedure strangely relaxing and the dentist chair / couch was so comfy I could have had a nice kip. Fantastic experience: I was referred here to investigate and treat an old root canal that wasn't holding. Dr Amar Mehta did an excellent job and managed to save my tooth and avoid going down the implant route. He explained everything during every part of the process including cost as these treatments can become costly. I had the root canal redone by him and honestly was probably the least pain felt in all the dental work I've had done it on previously during and post treatment. Really pleased with the professionalism and knowledge and overall work completed.

Fantastic experience: I originally enquired at Moor Park specialist Dental with the plan to have some cosmetic work done. I was referred to Mehul Patel as my gums were in a pretty bad state due to previous years of smoking and a fear of the dentist. Mehul made me comfortable and at ease from the start and has been very understanding and patient. I unfortunately did have gum disease that required treatment, this was done by Mehul and with a strict oral care routine I now have healthy gums. I have also just undergone crown lengthening with Mehul to address my ‘gummy smile’ and although its still very early days so far the results are amazing, he is very honest about how long the process will take and that the best outcomes are those that aren’t rushed, I like that time is taken to give you the best possible results. I would also like to mention the whole reception team, they are also so professional, polite and extremely helpful. If ever I’ve needed any advice they are always on hand to help. I would highly recommend the practice they are second to none.

Negative experience: Joe the Practice owner is an amazing practitioner who was exceptional with my dental implant procedure just before the pandemic. His dentists however may let him down given they are suggesting work that is not necessarily needed! I was handed over to Dr Rahul Patel following my dentist retiring after 30 years of being with him. WhenI saw him he suggested I needed xxx amount of work. This didn’t sound right (which wasn’t on the radar of my retiring dentist) so I found another dentist (recommended) and in the last couple of years of being with my new found dentist I have NOT needed the work suggested my Dr Rahul Patel. Just a thought which Joe and the practice need to be aware of given dental expenses these days! Yasmin Rafiq

Fantastic experience: I just had a tooth extraction by Dr Patel at Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre. I was so nervous as it was a tooth with a long root and I'd had previous extractions at other practices that were very traumatic. This one was over in no time and I didn't feel a thing. Not only was the extraction quick and painless but from the moment I stepped into the surgery room Dr Patel's calming and caring manner calmed my anxiety and assured me I was in safe hands. She really is an exceptional Dentist and equally exceptionaly kind person. If you are nervous about having dental work done or just want to be sure you are going to recieve the absolute best care then I highly recomend this practice. If I have to have work done in the future I know where to go. Thank you so much Dr Patel.

Fantastic experience: What could have been a scary trip to the dentist was not due to the kindness and professionalism of the staff here. I was made to feel at ease from the start and everything was explained comprenhensively as it was happening. Would thoroughly recommend!

Negative experience: A very strange place indeed. Here's my honest and personal opinion: The practice has become so heavily focused on profit generation that the clinical side of it has almost completely faded away. These folks are businessmen long before they are dentists and they make no effort to hide this. You may say that's OK if you're rich but remember your welfare is no longer the priority in this type of environment. The prices are not just high, they are shamlessly unfair compared to the quality of their service. If you're not one with unlimitted bank account they'll sniff it out and treat you differently. All except one of their dentists are less competent than your average high street dentist. They misdiagnosed me, mistreated me and overly charged me for the problem which another practice finally resolved. If you still chose to stick with this practice, be mindful of the extra and completely unnecessary services. I prefer a dentist with a higher degree of integrity, compassion and competence and they have clearly proven to me that lack all three.

Fantastic experience: THE best dental experience ever! Yet another 5 star review for the lovely Dr Neeta Patel and her equally lovely, compassionate nurse Duda. My usual dental practitioner recommended Moor Park Specialist Dental Centre as I needed a root canal treated tooth to be extracted. From the moment I met her, Dr Patel put me immediately at ease. Even the anticipated painful injection in the roof of my mouth didn't particularly hurt thanks to her gentle and caring approach. I walked into the centre thinking I'd probably never be able to tolerate having an implant but walked out counting the months until I can start the process! Dr Patel explained everything before, during and after the process which helps enormously. I cannot recommend Dr Patel and Duda highly enough, especially if you are a nervous patient. I give them 10 stars if I could! Thank you both x
