Fantastic experience: 4 and a half stars from me ! I have experienced some back and forth after my initial visit which made me a bit uneasy. However, the practice was very proactive and offered a follow up to make sure I can be happy with my smile. They were very accommodating and kind!

Positive experience: I originally thought they were good, but I changed my mind after getting an infection following a procedure l, having some gum trauma due to the tools used and waiting almost 2 weeks to be seen whilst in pain. Also had another check up with a dentist that has 30 years worth of experience elsewhere and he has found an issue with the filling done by zental (the zental filling has caused a food trap) along with other issues that were never flagged to me by zental. Zental also seems to have a high staff turnover rate, so you will not see the same dentist after 6 months. There are better practices out there.

Positive experience: I had a chipped front tooth - whilst biting something hard - a tiny corner of the tooth, and got an appointment fairly promptly. The consultation was £60 + 2xrays to a total of about £90. The first dentist that examined my mouth concluded that I needed a (large) filling. It's funny how in this country it's done by size! The quote for this was £250. Further to my the filling she also said that I needed 3 more fillings for £195 each and a cleaning ( holistic general dental hygiene) for a further £147. I politely responded that I would review the quote and decide whether to proceed with the work post my initial emergency treatment. I got an appointment the following week to actually carry out the work. The day before the appointment I was telephoned by the clinic to cancel the appointment for another 2 weeks. After reminding them that this was supposed to be an emergency they agreed to let me see another dentist who actually carried out the work. Her name was Dr. Priyanka. She was young like the first doctor, but did a good job of the filling and matched the colour well. Apart from the outrageous cost of dental work generally in this country (where I only do emergency work) I typically do my dental cleanings in Thailand for about £25 and fillings for £35. with fantastic equipment and staff. Turkey is also a good option where a typical white filling is normally about £50 with equally very competent dentist. Half of them seem to be working here charging 5 times as much.

Fantastic experience: Dr Kalo is a great, professional and attentive dentist. He’s also a great communicator- there has been no secrets in my treatments- he always makes sure the patient is well informed and educated. I’m grateful a receptionist assigned me to him when I returned to Zental. Many thanks

Fantastic experience: I was extremely stressed after breaking a tooth and urgently booked an emergency appointment at Zental Dental. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Lana made me feel completely at ease. Her calm and compassionate approach instantly reassured me, and the care she provided was exceptional. Not only did she fix my tooth to perfection, but the entire experience was so positive that I’ve now decided to make Zental my regular dental clinic. Fantastic experience: All the team are friendly and inviting and make you feel safe and welcome. I am distrustful of the dentist due to previous negative experiences so i was apprehensive at first but these guys are the complete opposite. All the receptionists are extemely kind and genuinely did their best to help me with any concerns i had that ranged from treatment to payment. I was treated by Dr Gaudat and could not have asked for a better dentist, he made me feel welcome and in a safe space and his treatment was professional and done to the highest standard. He always made time to allow me to ask any questions or concerns and speak freely in general and reassured me every step of the way and gave clarity and was transparent about all aspects of treatment with a friendly and understanding attitude. I highly reccomend this practice and Dr Gaudat to everyone

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant. Cannot recommend enough. My Dentist was Dhalisha Patel. I got an appointment the same day; my trays were ordered and arrived super quick. My treatment was underway so quickly and absolutely ALL the staff were so warm, polite, friendly. Reception, the nurses, the assistant manager and of course Dhalisha were all absolutely fabulous! I found them by google reviews and I wasn’t disappointed at all. The best!

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place, especially if you’re nervous, or terrified like me. Extremely welcoming staff, calming interior (unless you don’t like pink and soft colours), clean and pleasant. Plenty of time during appointment, no feel of anyone rushing. I had a complicated treatment, removal of a root canal treated tooth that cracked in two places (no more hard boiled sweets for me; ever!!!). My dentist had a God given hand. Brilliant in injections, hurt less than normal. Tooth pulled in pieces, total control on procedure. Explaining along the way so I’m not nervous. Cleaned afterwards, almost no bleeding. Even asked if I eat beef to check if he can apply collagen. Maybe it’s normal in private dentistry, but man I felt fantastic despite my jaw hurting as heck (TMJ distinction on top of issues). Provided with full information about aftercare, what to do and don’t; what to look for (problems and no problems). And then sent a text with short enquiry to make sure that I am really ok. (Apart from all the contact numbers given in case of problems.)

Fantastic experience: I finally took the plunge and went to Zental Dental in Cricklewood, and I couldn't be happier! Like many, I have a HUGE fear of the dentist, and my teeth were in a really bad way. From the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and reassuring. They completely understood my anxiety and made me feel at ease. It's such a relief to find a dental practice that's so compassionate and professional. I’m not exactly looking forward to the upcoming required treatment however, I strongly feel I will be in safe hands! If you're nervous about the dentist, I highly recommend Zental Dental. 20 March 2025 "From Fear to Relief: A Story of Painless Extractions at Zental Dental" I had my first treatment session at Zental Dental in Cricklewood this morning, and my anxiety was through the roof! I needed extractions, which only amplified my fear. However, Dr. Badran was absolutely incredible. Yes, the initial anaesthetic injections stung a bit, but she was so patient, letting the numbing take full effect. Throughout the procedure, she constantly checked on me, asking if I was okay. Then, before I knew it, she said, 'That's done!' I was in complete shock. It was quick and painless extraction, and nothing like the horror stories I'd imagined. I was so overwhelmed with relief that I teared up and couldn't thank her enough. I even gave her a hug! If you're terrified of the dentist, especially extractions, please know that Zental Dental, and Dr. Badran in particular, are incredibly understanding and skilled. They turned my nightmare into a dream. UPDATED: Tuesday 14th April 2025 Today’s follow up and further fillings went well. Dr Badran takes pride in what she does, like an artist perfecting her masterpiece. I’m smiling much more now and the mirror and I have formed a new positive relationship…damn my smile looks amazing and I no longer hiding my teeth. From the moment you enter the practice up until you leave, all the staff are warm and friendly. My next appointment booked so…happy days

Fantastic experience: If, like me you are super anxious about dental treatment, Zental is the place to go. I had neglected my teeth for years because some of the dentists I’d seen left me so traumatized. One dentist failed an extraction, left me with the broken tooth and told me to go to the Dental Hospital emergency clinic failing to mention it did not open until 1pm and it would be an open queue. I spent hours waiting in agony. When I was finally seen, the dentist was unable to help me as the whole area had become so sensitized. I then had to wait 10 days to have the tooth removed under anesthetic. Under Dr.Kemel’s care I was able to complete a comprehensive plan to restore my teeth. He took time to explain the procedures and helped me manage my anxiety. He was patient when I asked to pause and take a break. I highly recommend Dr. Kemel and Zental practice.

Fantastic experience: I had the best experience today for a wisdom tooth extraction. From the initial booking process to the actual procedure, I can’t praise the staff who work here enough. Everyone was welcoming and informative. My dental team were amazing, Dr Gowie was great in talking through the process and making sure I was ok at every step before performing a seamless extraction. Fantastic experience: I am always nervous when trying to find a new practice that I trust with my mouth / teeth. I'd seen Zental Dental for sometime and it always looks, clean, fresh and welcoming. Needing a Dental Implant, I made my appointments. The level of attention you receive, to not only inform you, but also make you feel comfortable was extremely reassuring. From pre calls, in person appointments to aftercare, I cannot fault Zental. I often speak to a very polite and nice lady called Krina who, nothing is a problem, no question is silly and you aren't left needing to know anything. The onboarding process is straight forward, along with the booking system, text and email messages & reminders that are very clear. My dentist is Ali and I was surprised, at first, that Zentals ethics is that they get to know you as a person as much as your mouth! Having a lovely chat each time I go, not only makes you feel more comfortable but builds a patient / dentist trust. Ali is not only a extremely good dentist but also friendly and listens (to my waffling on). I left my old private dental practice due to moving but also, on reflection, the service I received there to Zental, the difference is quite extraordinary. On a side note. The content they display on the screens in the Practice always makes me desire a nice paradise holiday.. Its so relaxing and make you happy that worrying about surgeries like an Implant doesn't seem as daunting.

Fantastic experience: I have been a client of Zental for the last three years. I have done bridges and works on the lower part. Starting from the sign outside the Dentistry is inviting. Very cooperative and full of smile receptionists. Very clean environment ( shows the cleaners are very good ). Well-run establishment. The first dentist I met there is Dr Ali. He makes you at ease, very professional and explains every thing in detail. Because of Dr Ali I am no more afraid of Dentists. All dental assistants are very good and helpful. Because Dr Ali is no more working on Saturdays I had a chance to met two dentists; they are very good and professional. If you want to do major works and money is tight they will arrange 12 month 0% financing. I have used that twice. The lady who manages and arranges the financing is very organized snd very helpful. The medical rooms downstairs and upstairs and the waiting room area are spotless. The toilets are clean and smell nice. All in all I recommend Zental for minor ( check up and cleaning ) and or major works.

All the procedures I had were undertaken on an atmosphere of the same kindness, allied to keeping me well- informed about whatever was to take place. Fantastic experience: Zaynab, the hygienist is amazing. She will explain everything before, during and after the appointment, for ongoing treatment and plan. I fully trust her and cannot recommend her highly enough. The whole practice and staff have treated me exceptionally well. The dentist Dr Hamal is also excellent. Whom I’ll be continuing treatment with in the coming months. Fully recommend for nervous patients like myself.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had two amazing experiences at Zental Cricklewood in the past month. The practice is beautiful and the front desk staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr Eshwari Kawser and Nurse Aisha are an incredible team. They are very efficient but happy to slow down or stop if you need a break. They constantly check in to make sure you’re doing ok. They are both very reassuring and comforting and would be a great choice for nervous patients. Dr Esh explains everything really well and is clear and upfront about costs, which weren’t as high as I expected them to be. Fantastic experience: Dr marzieh is very informative on my dental problem explaining everything i need to know, telling me solution and alternatives to do at home. She also has a light hand when doing the cleaning and her assistant Mittal is very helpful aswell. Vanesha the receptionist is kind and polite she warmly welcomed me in the frontdesk.

Fantastic experience: Zental Dental Cricklewood is an excellent place to have your teeth looked after or have dental implants. All the staff are wonderful from the dentists to the receptionists.

Fantastic experience: Age and teeth are not a good mixture and I found myself having to return to Zental in Cricklewood, for some more, gruesome procedures. However, as soon as I entered the surgery, I was surrounded by smiling faces and from then on, things were on the up and up. Once again, I had superb treatment from the staff and I left the surgery with a smile on my face and one tooth less. Highly recommended if you need any dental work done.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Ali (dentist), Renne’a (nurse), and Sunil (sedation dentist) for delivering a smooth wisdom tooth extraction. I’m not gonna lie, I really kicked up a fuss and I know myself as a difficult patient— I have so much dental anxiety! But these professionals KNEW what they were doing and are extremely talented about their craft. They also were so patient and understanding and kind. My wisdom tooth was lying down which didn’t make it easy, and I’ve avoided having it taken out for about 8 years! I chose Zental specifically because of the name. True to their name, once you enter the premises, you’re put at ease, and the receptionists were equally as calm and kind. Going back to the team that did my extraction, the teamwork was impeccable- their CV is also a wow so you know you’re in really good hands. Not to mention they were fun- they were asking me questions to distract me, alas I wasn’t able to concentrate on giving an answer and it was quite funny and I was still able to laugh a bit in a tense situation, but they really do go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable in such a scary procedure. I highly recommend this establishment and their team. ❤️

Fantastic experience: I’ve been trying to find a local dentist for some time now, spoke to a few dental places and I was not happy. I had a toothache and I needed to be seen as soon as possible. I did a google search for local dentist again and Zental popped up. I called the number provided and I was lucky to get an appointment the same day. When I arrived the receptionist was pleasant, and warm. I had a thorough check up and I found out what was causing me pain. A wisdom tooth!! I was offered an appointment for the following week to have it extracted. I was so stressed about this extraction to my surprise it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. The dentist was so pleasant and so was his assistant they made the experience a very smooth and pleasant one. I am so thankful.

Fantastic experience: I went last Friday for an invisalign consultation, I loved how the clinic looked and smelt. I had to take a couple pics in the lounge. The staff were super friendly and I'm really scared of going to the dentist and he was very informative about the procedure, using pics, simulations and sharing his personal experience with fixed retainers. I appreciate they considered finance options since we're not millionaires, they offer some free services for patients too.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mohamed Kassam is fantastic! He always made sure my mum was happy and even changed the treatment plan to make the changes that she required. He went through the treatment plan and helped us understand step by step what was being done. I want to also mention Nurse Renne'a, who was lovely and really made sure my mum was comfortable throughout the treatment. What made our experience even better was the lovely assistant manager, Vanesha, who kept asking if we needed anything and made sure our questions were answered with a big smile on her face. Also, Suman, the receptionist who sorted out mum's next appointment, was just so nice. The team at Cricklewood are great, definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: During my dental visits at Zental Dental Dr Hemel's professionalism and expertise shone through, providing me with a great dental experience. In my initial consultation, Dr. Hemel conducted a thorough examination and explained the erosion that had affected my teeth, along with preventive measures. Additionally, he discussed future dental implants and braces, showing a comprehensive approach to my dental care. In my subsequent visit, the extraction procedure performed by Dr. Hemel was outstanding. Despite the complexity of the extraction due to minimal remaining tooth structure, he skillfully extracted the roots, ensuring a successful outcome. Dr. Hemel's attention to detail was commendable, as he confirmed the absence of any residue with another X-ray post-procedure. During my next visit, I had one tooth that had previously been filled in my previous dental clinic and had come out and turned black, as well as another tooth with a gray area on the x-ray indicating a hole near the canal. Doctor Hemel recommended fixing these teeth, and the procedures went very smoothly. I am especially grateful to Dr. Hemel, Sumah, and Vanesha for their professionalism and expertise, which transformed what could have been a daunting experience into a positive one. Fantastic experience: After a negative experience at my prior dentist who did not complete a procedure but instead made it worst and pushed me to pay for private care. It’s refreshing to see such a welcoming, friendly, and caring dental team! They made me feel comfortable and safe whilst ensuring that they listened to my prior horrible experience in depth to understand my situation. I initially joined as an emergency but after a quick consultation, Dr. Ali realised that I needed an actual treatment plan and instead of rushing, informed of this and suggested opening an account so that he could undergo a thorough teeth and gum health check and consultation of my tooth problem. Dr. Ali and Nurse Mittal helped me tremendously in my situation, cared for my wellbeing as a whole, and have gave me plans and hopes for restoring my tooth. Dr. Ali also made sure to listen to my concerns of finances and makes sure to inform me of every detail in finance and service so that I’m aware and comfortable before charging me. I look forward to seeing the option plans they’ll have for me at my next appointment.
