I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the practice and in particular the work done by Chris Burton. He added to my ever increasing number of dental implants and I am delighted with the result. We are fortunate to have such a forward thinking and highly skilled dentist on our doorstep. I highly recommend the practice and thank Chris for his efforts to restore my teeth.

Nuala is treatment coordinator, lovely lady, friendly and professional and very good explanation of treatment, very keen to answer any questions. She also contacted my own dentist to ensure they (as referrer) were happy with plans. Ana was the dentist and she was fab, again clear communicator, explained everything as she did it and was very calm and reassuring. Dental nurse Robyn was also very nice and professional. Highly recommend this practice. The receptionists are also very nice and professional and welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Update, The surgery goes from strength to strength, Love the new colour scheme and decor throughout, I always get a friendly welcome and cheerful goodbye As ever all the staff are professional yet friendly and approachable which makes for a very relaxed atmosphere. Is there anything that needs improving? No (although a complimentary cheese toastie would be nice!!) but seriously, if you're looking to join a dental surgery give them a call or pop in. Full marks as ever, thankyou Its a dental surgery.....not a holiday destination !! Having said that, the staff are superb and professional. Appointments are easy to arrange and re-schedule if necessary. My teeth and gums are now in better shape than ever thanks to Chris and his team. A visit every three month to Lisa has ensured that any gum disease is kept in check and my teeth are always white(ish) ! Cant recommend them enough. 10/10

Dr Chris Burton and Felicity were very approachable, friendly and reassuring throughout my treatment (as were all the staff I met) and the high level of anxiety I usually experience at the dentist soon went. Fantastic experience: After 5 years I reluctantly left this practice as I had retired and moved 200 miles away to Scotland. Had my final appointment and was sad to say farewell. Staff are so lovely and I have to give a special mention to Lisa the superb dental hygienist whose care of my teeth has been second to none. I would highly recommend this practice. I am now pleased to add that due to family arrivals I have now moved back to England to be closer, and I was welcomed back by Chris and the team.

They give appointment reminders, which is helpful and reduces anxiety of missing them. Very relaxed atmosphere all round. I was unsure how the ‘ mouth well’ ( I think that was what is was called) was going to work but it was much more comfortable than having the water being suctioned out from inside my mouth. Needed to have an emergency extraction that went well with no pain. It may seem expensive but for the treatment and security that the job is done well and effectively it's worth every penny. We arranged an appointment with Nuala, who took us through what the practice can offer to keep your teeth and mouth healthy, she was very knowledgeable and reassuring, as we have had poor dental care in the past. This is a first class service and would recommend anyone thinking of going to MSG dental care to take advantage of booking an informal meeting with Nuala, who will answer any questions you may have.

Fantastic experience: Both of my parents have become patients here in the past few months and have had several appointments each. All of these experiences, whichever clinician the appointment was with, have been overwhelming positive. The clinics are spotlessly clean, every member of staff polite, warm and respectful. My mother has dementia and Ali is incredible with her. Always patient and empathetic, explains everything before doing it and is genuinely a lovely person. The dental nurses are warm and professional, the receptionists are calm, friendly and excellent. The dental care is carried out with high tech equipment that shows everything in high detail. They offer complimentary coffee which is delicious and offered in a humorous cup. I wish I could afford to become a patient here, it's a fantastic set up!

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant care , it's just a shame that during extensive refurbishments the practice didn't address the access to the front of the property, even a simple handrail would help to navigate the several small steps.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at the surgery for a couple of years now, initially as an emergency to fill a tooth that had been cracked after a dog bashed into me but following that it had always been routine checkups. This time I finally needed my first ever filling. I won’t lie I was terrified. The prospect of a filling has always been daunting to me. I’ve never really been a big fan of the dentist even though I’ve never had a bad experience. I don’t like the noise of the tools they use and I don’t like the sensation on my teeth. When the time came they explained everything to me and they fully understood how nervous I was. They took it at my pace and allowed me to have my big headphones on and blast my music so I didn’t hear anything going on dentistry wise. All the while they kept checking that I was ok and didn’t need a break. I had numbing gel before I had the local anaesthetic which was amazing. I had nothing to worry about the filling went brilliantly. I had Ellie and Anna do my treatment and I could not have asked for a more supportive and understanding approach to my care. They called me the next day to see how I was and check everything was ok. I’d highly recommend the practice if you’re looking for a dentist. I cannot ask for more. Thank you so much for looking after me.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have always received excellent care and service from the entire team at MSG, especially Chris and Lisa, and we would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice. Reluctantly had to leave when we moved out of the area, so sending thanks to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I had my check up with Dr Ana on Tuesday and she identified a couple of issues that needing dealing with. Treatment was booked for Thursday and was carried out by Dr Ana and Nurse Ellie, both were very professional and I felt that I was in very safe hands. Ana talked me through the process so I knew what was happening at all times. I always feel in competent hands when I visit the practice, this is important to me as I have had bad experiences elsewhere in the past.

Fantastic experience: A huge thank you to Dr Harry Craig for the amazing work he has done on my teeth over the past 9 months. I am absolutely delighted with the end result following treatment involving Invisalign, whitening and composite bonding. My smile is no longer gappy and chipped and I now smile with confidence and have received many compliments. Fantastic experience: Graeme has been my dentist for more than 30 years and, you know how it is, when you have found a good dentist you want to keep him! So when he moved to Middleton St George, we followed! I am really happy with this practice. The staff are great and the ongoing investment in the surgery is great to see. My 3D printed crown is a case in hand...... amazing! Update 2024...... Graeme has now retired but I decided to remain with the practice as I could see continual investment in the surgery. My new dentist is Ali, one of this world's "bright young things" whose enthusiasm is amazing coupled with his embracing new techniques to spot potential issues before they become a problem. Ali is a brilliant dentist, explains exactly what needs to be done and talks you through the treatment when he's undertaking the work. It's a friendly place and you're very much at ease.

Fantastic experience: My 8 year old daughter had an appointment yesterday as part of a baby tooth had broken off. It needed to be removed there and then, which made her very nervous and apprehensive as she hadn’t had anything like this before. I am full of admiration and praise for Lisa and the team as they were so thorough during the examination despite having patients waiting and very understanding of how my daughter was feeling. Every step was explained to put us both at ease and every attempt was made to comfort my daughter to encourage her to allow the tooth to be removed! We left with a broken tooth safely in a special box and a copy of her fascinating X-ray to show all her friends at school the next day. Thank you.
