In that time I have moved house twice but I have not even thought of changing my dentist and have no intention of doing so. Fantastic experience: Had a crown fall out, rang the surgery where I’m registered, helpful person advised me to ring for an emergency appointment the following morning which I did. Given an appointment the same day and a lovely friendly dentist, aided by an equally nice assistant, refitted the crown. Very impressed with the service and friendly helpful people on reception. There’s a lot of criticism of NHS Dental services but I couldn’t fault them.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has had a massive fear of the dentists since I was young, I now come to my appointments with much less anxiety. This is because of the wonderful staff at the surgery. Dr Ben Warminger is so fantastic not only as a dentist but for putting me and my children at ease with his professionalism and kindness. Plummer & Associates Costessey for many years now and alway find it to be a pleasant experience (even though no one likes to go to the dentist) it has a calm and welcoming reception area and the reception staff are always very friendly, whether it be face to face or over the phone. My most recent experience was as good as always where I required an urgent appointment due to a broken tooth. The reception staff couldn’t have been more sympathetic or helpful and I soon had an appointment. I was seen today by my usual dentist Dr Jonathan Peppiatt whom soon had me sorted and on my way. Dr Jonathan Peppiatt Has been my dentist for many years now and hopefully will remain so for many more as he has always looked after me well as well as a very calming manner. Fantastic experience: I came in for an emergency appointment as an unregistered patient for two fractured bottom teeth, they did a great job with composite bonding. My teeth look better than my original! Both dentists and reception were incredibly nice and made me feel comfortable after a lot of stress from my injury.

Fantastic experience: I Went 2 a Local Dental Practice Today. Got there a few min early. So started filling in the form presented by a reception staff Member. I did not get 2 finish my form filling before my name was called & I was directed up the stairs 2 a Surgery. There-in I met the Dental Technition Who, explained how he'd 1st inspect the area causing pain. Which was a faultless exercise. Throughout My Visit his communication, Running Commentry & queries were very reassuring. I was Soon acquainted with an Xray Machine. Then a Seringe, & Some extraction tools. Not 2 many minutes long after I left. Minus, a dodgy tooth & with a lighter pace in my step. I contemplate that, that was a good day at the Dentist..& I will return for my next appointment.

Fantastic experience: This dental practice is one of the remaing few still NHS funded & they are great. The receptionists are always friendly & very helpful with arranging appointments. But where they shine is the dentists themselves. My Dad & my friend both use this dentist & both tell me the 2 different blokes that they see are always kind & take their time with everything. And my own dentist is absolutely lovely. She is always cheerful & greets me with a smile & she knows how scared I am of everything! So she takes her time & today I had to have a back tooth out! She did my injection really carefully & slowly & I can honestly say a barely felt a thing & 10 mins later it was out with no pain whatsoever! How good is that! It's not surprising that they cannot take on any new patients as I would guess that nobody would leave them & I just hope they will stay NHS funded forever! Thank you Dr Shilpa Shah you were brilliant as per usual x
