Negative experience: Not a NHS practice. Refuses to perform all treatment under NHS bands. Was told a RCT would only be possible as a private act If you come to be treated as a NHS patients, you are wasting your money on the consultation

Fantastic experience: BOND WHITENING - I’d noticed my teeth had become quite discoloured over the years, and it was definitely getting worse. Coffee and red wine weren’t helping! I came across Bond Whitening and decided to give the starter kit a go, and I’m genuinely so impressed. Within just a few days, I could already see a huge difference. My teeth were far whiter and felt much cleaner too, which gave me a real confidence boost. What really stood out was the care from Claire and the team. Negative experience: After one year of undergoing my treatment, I can confidently assure you that your teeth will return to their original condition. Spending over 3k on this alternative treatment is, quite frankly, unreasonable. Traditional orthodontic methods, such as metal braces, are not only more cost-effective but also deliver more reliable results.

I got bonding done and my teeth just look so so so good. His expertise and attention to detail are amazing, and he really takes the time to explain everything, very very patient and understanding and he just made sure I’m fully informed throughout the process which I did tell him I appreciated a lot. Fantastic experience: I just finished my Invisalign treatment at Bond Dental with Dr Kev, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! At first, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the team made the whole process so easy. The aligners took a few days to get used to, but after that, they were super comfortable, and no one even noticed I was wearing them. The staff at Bond Dental were amazing, always friendly, professional, and really supportive throughout my treatment. They kept me updated on my progress and made sure I knew exactly what to do at each stage. Now that I’m done, my teeth look incredible, and I feel so much more confident when I smile! If you’re thinking about Invisalign, I highly recommend Bond Dental. Just stick with wearing your aligners, and you’ll be amazed at the difference!

Negative experience: I urge you to do your Invisalign treatment ANYWHERE BUT HERE. It will both be significantly cheaper and better quality. You are paying an absolute premium here with loads of hidden costs that are sneakily added on compared to the prices they suggest on their websites. You would at least think the prices reflected good care and follow up, but there were no follow ups during my treatment. The hygiene appointment to take off the Invisalign attachments weren’t even included in the Invisalign package, and you would have thought the dentist saw you before the hygiene appointment to check up on your alignment and bite and discussed whether you should do refinement aligners, this was not the case for me and they took off my attachments before even being seen by the dentist. This knowledge should give you an indication of how little the dentist care about whether or not you are happy with the result. Instead of focusing on making sure I was happy with the treatment he just continued the upsell for veneers. Having paid well over 5k for what essentially turned out to be Invisalign lite is beyond me and whatever is happening here is medical gaslighting. I’ll add that he’s “super friendly and smiley”, however, all he cares about is upselling you on other treatments or extra bits you absolutely do not need. The friendliness is just a guise for the upsell. If you do not want to proceed with any of the suggested treatment you will be bullied and talked over by him, and he’ll say just about anything to pressure you to continue. I wish I had seen the review of Noor before I started the treatment as it is a scarily accurate description of my own encounter with the same dentist. I’ll be continuing my refinement journey somewhere else as they never checked in or asked if I wanted to do extra trays which a dentist friend of mine suggest everyone who do invsialign to do. It’s all in all just sad situation as the receptionists, hygienist and dental assistants all were lovely and I’m sure people have had decent treatment due to all the 5 star reviews, however I highly suggest if you were to use this practice for Invisalign to ask for a definite complete plan that includes ALL cost and services and let them know you’ll refuse to pay anything outside of that plan so they can’t add on any scam costs and treatments and then just keep steadfast when you ultimately will be tried upsold.

Fantastic experience: Super Invisalign Consult! Came here early October for an Invisalign consult with Dr Kev and was really happy. Dr Kevs friendly nature along with his wealth of knowledge made me feel truly comfortable with starting the Invisalign process with him. He cares a lot for his patients demonstrated by his responses to my emails at 11pm haha. Prior to getting my attachments on for Invisalign, I had to have a hygienist appointment with Dr Vaidehi, whom I would also highly recommend. Negative experience: I had my invisalign treatment here and I wouldn’t recommend going to Bond Dental. I truly think any other dentist in London would have been better and I sincerely regret giving Bond Dental my business. Once I paid, there were no check ups on my invisalign process at all until the treatment had completely finished - I really don’t know what I was paying for as the price was already inflated compared to other dentists in London but I naively thought that this must surely translate to quality of service too? Wrong. Upon getting my invisalign removed, the process was rushed and I had a phone shoved in my face with Dr Patel asking me how happy I was with my treatment etc - no question of if I agreed to be recorded and posted online. Additionally, I was talked down upon for being from Nottingham in a series of attempts to make me spend more money than I already did. According to Dr Patel, people from the Midlands are reluctant to spend money on ‘quality’ but the thousands I had already paid were not enough to get exactly what I initially paid for? Reading all of these five star reviews, I can’t help but feel like being a young woman of colour was the reason why I wasn’t taken seriously and talked down upon whenever he was trying to guilt me into spending more money, as a student who was paying this alone with money I had earned from working alongside my studies. This went on until the point where he stated his preference for international students. I find it very hard to believe that he would speak to an older patient the way that he did to me. I have been living in London for years now, and not once have I been disrespected as much as I was here by the people I trusted with my health. So, if you have money to burn and are happy entrusting your health to somebody who respects you conditionally on how much wealth he thinks you have based on where you were born, your age, gender, potentially race too, then definitely go here! Just be prepared for a pitiful attempt of manipulation anytime he wants you to make another purchase - personally, I found these tactics immature and disrespectful.

Fantastic experience: Bond Dental really have put a smile back on my face. My teeth had started to go squint, happens with age apparently, and it was becoming difficult to floss between them. Dr. Kev created detailed scans to show me what invisalign could do and 10 months later I have exactly what was promised. All the practice staff have been great and the place is state of the art with the latest equipment to make my treatment painless and pleasant. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks all

Negative experience: Scam artists. Was told I need a lot of work done and a lot of money but when I went to a family friend, it was minimum work needed. I never forget the joyous face of the dentist when he/she was making up all these problems, he/she was so happy to tell me of my misfortune.

Fantastic experience: I’ve honestly moved around several dentists and can genuinely say the level of care and detail in Kevs work is efficient and unrivaled. Dentists I’d had prior weren’t even mentioning or picking up on some of the issues I had. And I can definitely say that because I had a lot of work done and my teeth have never been straighter or healthier than they have here. I can get quite nervous with anything like the dentist/doctors but I’ve truly never felt more comfortable and looked after in a place and the receptionists are also just a joy to see and talk to as well. Just do yourself the biggest favour and do it the bond way. (I won’t be going anywhere else, that’s for CERTAIN.‍↕️)

Fantastic experience: I started going to Bond dental at the end of October 2023. I decided to treat myself for my 30th birthday and i have been so insecure about my teeth since my early teens. I got invisiligners for 6 & half months then got my teeth whitened and then ceramic veneers to get rid of my biggest insecurity which is a brown spot on my front big tooth. Mind you, i am not rich. I make a decent salary as a working class professional and it was a huge sacrifice & investment for me to get all this done but it was all worth it. 11 months later and my teeth looks amazing! GUYS!! Let me tell you about Doctor Kev Patel & his team! I never met a dentist who is so understanding, caring & a fun personality. I know there are plenty but Dr Kev makes you feel welcome and makes sure you get the best results. He hits higher than your expectations. His team from the receptionists to the nurses are so helpful and warm from the moment you step in. This dentist is by far the best dentist in London and i am so happy and thankful i found this dentist. Clean, warm atmosphere. Bright lightening, a play area for kids. They won many awards for being the best and proudly display it on waiting area (as they should coz i would too). My teeth looks so amazing now. I can’t stop smiling. I am forever thankful to Dr Kev and found a new dentist to stick to. I know this is a long review. From the very first day I walked in for my consultation the receptionists Maria and Ervisa were so welcoming and continued to be so during all my appointments. I’ve been doing my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Ameen and he has been super efficient, kind and patient. I even met Dr. Kev twice briefly and he was friendly and welcoming. I also had an appointment with Dr. Claire once when Dr. Ameen was away and she was so skilful, experienced and capable. Even the dental nurse, Kruti is helpful and professional. They are always willing to listen and never rush my appointments. Everyone that works at Bond Dental is so friendly. I just finished my Invisalign treatment with Dr. Ameen after thirteen months and I am honestly so happy with the results, my teeth are straighter and healthier. I’ve recommended Bond Dental to all my family and friends. In fact, one of my friend has also done her Invisalign treatment with Dr. Kev after my recommendation as she has seen my progress throughout my Invisalign journey and she is so thrilled with her results. My cousin is planning on getting her teeth whitening done with them soon as well. I’m so glad I did my research and came to Bond Dental as it’s the best dental practice I’ve ever been to and will continue to come to in the future.

Fantastic experience: After years of anxiety and some pain during dental treatment I highly recommend Dr Claire and her team. Sensitive calm dentistry with a highly personalised approach to pain management. I had root canal treatment with Dr Claire which I actually was not worried about after the first appointment! No pain at all - the injections to numb were delivered carefully and with great precision. The best dentist I have ever experienced. Reception are lovely and professional. Fantastic experience: Having met Kev Patel at my regular NHS dentist, I immediately had a good feeling about him. I explained that I too work for the NHS and was financially not in a position to be able to pay to have the kind of attention to my teeth that I was aware was necessary, but that I understand why dentistry on the NHS banding scale offered no income which is clearly a government issue and nothing personal. After a lengthy chat where Kev explained things to me and showed me potentially what could be done I have to say I was convinced! Then, when he went on to tell me his service offers a 'no deposit, no interest' payment plan it was a no brainer! I feared dentist appts as a child and this sadly extended into my adult years, but I can honestly say that I have actually looked forward to going to Bond Dental and this is a major breakthrough for me. I also think that Kev Patel is a good egg that appreciates the difficulties that people go through who are on low income, especially in this current political climate with the economy being so poor. On Saturday 20/07, I went along to have a bridge fitted and the entire process over a few weeks was pleasant and pain free and today I was going to see the result and was very excited! I cannot begin to tell you I was totally blown away and still am! I had the best weekend I have had for quite some time and seeing how fantastic my smile looks just placed me on a natural high! Kev Patel is a dentistry wizard who I would highly recommend to anyone and have done so! Kev has asked me to drop by in 6-8 weeks to enable him to have a quick check and see if all is well. Kev has the human touch and in a world that is now almost totally controlled by technology, in my opinion that's rare and I am so happy ☺️

Fantastic experience: I had numerous bad experiences in the past at various dentists before trying Bond dental. I came to Bond dental with a complete phobia of dentists. I was absolutely sure I was going to have teeth taken out and only came because I had a swelling face and painful teeth. Dr Claire Culverwell has done a outstanding job - saved 2 teeth, no pain in any of my teeth and it has given me confidence in dentistry again. Claire as well as being very personable, is very able and explains exactly what and why she is doing what she is doing. And all the treatment is very reasonably priced. I have moved my whole family over to be treated by her. If we could give her a 10* we would. The rest of the team also at Bond are delightful - the receptionists and assistants. Give it a try!

Fantastic experience: I had Invisalign treatment for roughly around 6 months with Dr Kev, it was such a simple and easy treatment and Dr Kev talked me through each step providing clear and helpful guidance. Negative experience: Very disappointed. I started coming to the Marylebone practice when I was pregnant. At first it was OK, however last year I had a tooth decay that didn't hurt, and fixed it. I experienced some pain and bleeding, so came back. As NHS patients are only seen at specific times, I had to take the afternoon off to attend. My regular dentist had left, so I was seen in another practice in kings Cross. Someone checked my tooth and informed me on the spot that they didn't do NHS anymore despite the fact that I informed them while booking. I started to worry about the fees. They said that the hole where the decay was, was only partially covered and that it was not fully removed. In any case they couldn't fix it today, so I had to come back and that they could see me as NHS one more time as it was their mistake. I wasted the afternoon for nothing. Came back 2 days later, again in the afternoon taking half a day off. I was seen this time by the owner. Mentioned that my folder couldn't be transferred or accessed to Marylebone to St Pancras (which I didn't want in any case) so he had to take pictures again before the treatment. The pictures took over 1h30. He pitched me on invisailign, showed me video of what would potentially happen to my tooth to avoid the discomfort of feeling a nerve in case the decay was too deep, etc. That was already surprising as the tooth was never painful before they attempted to fix it. Was informed at this time that they couldn't do NHS anymore, so the price of an unnecessary treatment would be in the thousands. I said that it was not an option, and that they should advise NHS patients BEFORE their appointment that they're no longer seen. He complained about the fact that it was not funded enough by the government and that they were at loss, etc.. While installing 6 unnecessary screens all over the practice. After almost 2 hours, he said that he didn't have the time to fix this tooth now, and would have to come back AGAIN. Obviously annoyed.. I insisted, to get it done today, as it was already the second time and never asked for those pictures to be taken in the first place. He accepted and almost 4 hours later.. I was able to go back home. I felt that it was a boutique with pushy and dodgy sales people. Didn't feel at all that it was a practise prioritising the care and wellbeing of their patient. I saw the email this morning that they're nlw accepting NHS patients again.. (they must have lost NHS patients doing private works too) I will never step foot in there as the trust is broken, and do not feel that my medical interests is a priority. In any case, with young children, it's impossible to access the Marylebone practise in any case. So no regret. Farewell.

Fantastic experience: Frankly I wouldn't waste time looking elsewhere. Everyone I met was welcoming competent and made me feel at ease. Dr Kev is a highly capable dentist and a great mind (he knows what you want, before you even know!) absolute rockstar dentist. He has been excellent in helping me since start of the treatment and even reached out to check how I was doing while he was on holiday. Sign that he cares about his patients, in fact you can see and feel his excitement when works to solve your dentistry needs. I also met with Dr Ameen who is also a great dentist and pleasantly personable. At concierge, Maria and Ervisa are superstars. Highly organised and very lovely. It almost feel you are going into a nice house of your friends to meet them rather than going to the dentist. Excellent in facilitating the whole thing making it hassle free. Previously I tried few other dental practices in central London but this was a whole different experience. No doubt Bond is expanding rapidly with new clinics. You are in safe hands and in a good , competent and positive environment so don't waste time and just go for it!

Fantastic experience: I cannot recommend Dr Kev and the team at Bond Dental enough. The best service I have ever experienced at a dentist. I used to be scared of going, but the team made each visit enjoyable & smooth so I looked forward to my appointments. I had previous silver fillings replaced for white/ neutral fillings and also had two crowns. A root canal was also required and the team made the experience so easy. Dr Kev is extremely passionate about giving his customers great service, ensuring they feel comfortable and also making sure they have a fabulous smile! I am so so happy with my results (completely metal free mouth) and I can now smile without being conscious of my silver fillings being on show. Fantastic experience: We were visiting London and less than 12 hours after our arrival my dad had a massive toothache. We ran to this dental office and made it in just 15 minutes prior to closing and the doctor stayed late to mend to him. The receptionist was so sweet and funny and the doctor was knowledgeable and kind. What could have been a terrible, miserable experience turned to be a fun memory for us.

Fantastic experience: This is the most professional dental clinic I have ever been to and I went to a few in London and even a high end one in Abu Dhabi. None of them came close to giving me the experience that Dr. Kev and his lovely team have given me. I had restorative work done to bring my teeth back to a healthy state which I genuinely thought was impossible but I guess Dr. Kev is a magician because he made it possible and then I started my invisalign course which has been going great. Dr. Kev and his great team have been providing me with guidance and assistance every step of the way even when I am working abroad which is often since I am an expat worker in the oil and gas industry. And last but not least, it is genuinely affordable especially given the fact that it is a HIGH END dental clinic in one of London’s most affluent areas. TOTALLY worth it. Fantastic experience: Unfortunately I cannot show you pictures of white, perfectly aligned teeth as I had a double extraction. Keep in mind that I'm rather afraid of having dentistry work following a horrific experience with a different clinic. I saw Dr. Claire Culverwell who's intimidatingly knowledgeable, a great quality for someone you need to put so much trust in. More than that, when explaining what she was seeing on X-rays she impressed me with her attention to even the small details others had previously missed (I have an extra tooth at the front only 1 other dentist had noticed-after 6 years, she did so immediately). She provided a reassuringly calm narrative of everything she was about to do and amazingly, there was no discomfort at all. A great dentist, she is equally knowledgeable regarding the use of botox which I am considering trying to get relief from a painful involuntary muscle spasm induced by unrelated surgery. Don't let your fears hold you back from taking care of your teeth, ask to see Claire, I'm glad I did. Thank you ever so much.

Fantastic experience: Lovely staff - I have been with bond dental for the past 3 years and we got to know them well! Took off my 2 wisdom teeth out and root canal with them and all went smoothly and I also did the invisigline which took a year and bonding aswell.
