Dr. Shaun and Dr. Karanveer were both absolutely fantastic — calm, confident, and incredibly skilled. The procedure, which I had been anxious about for some time, was quick and surprisingly painless thanks to their expertise and gentle approach. From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel at ease. The front-of-house staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, creating a relaxed and professional atmosphere right away. The nurse assisting during the procedure was equally excellent — attentive, reassuring, and clearly experienced. I’m genuinely grateful for the level of care and professionalism shown by everyone at the clinic. I highly recommend Sense Dental to anyone looking for outstanding dental care. Negative experience: A clinically awful dental practice. Rogue dentists hacking at your teeth without consent and knowledge of the best treatment options. This dental practice needs to be referred to the General Dental Council and Quality Care Commission to be investigated. AVOID. Go elsewhere.

Negative experience: PATIENTS PLEASE READ: As a doctor, I can say this place is beyond negligent. The service they provide is not personalised at all. I have had Invisalign treatment here with no senior supervision - it was always someone different, and mainly a technician. I asked several times to be seen by an orthodontist, but my attempts were futile. They have been terrible at providing appointments. They do not care about patients’ health; they treat you like a number, as they are a chain. I raised concerns that my fixed retainers were moving, which could lead to my teeth shifting after Invisalign treatment, but they gave me an appointment two months later. I stressed how crucial timely management was in this case, but they did not care. In fact, after waiting two months, they informed me a week in advance that they had to cancel and offered to reschedule even further away. That was my last straw. I strongly recommend staying away from this place and finding a more personalised dentist for your treatment.

Negative experience: My initial experience with this dentist / orthodontist was positive—the team seemed friendly and professional, and I left my first appointment confident that I’d get my braces at the next visit in two months. However, the day before my scheduled fitting, I received a sudden email cancellation, citing a need for a "further hygiene check." No prior warning, no explanation—just a last-minute rescheduling that left me frustrated. What makes this worse is that I had already paid for my treatment in full, upfront. Now, after taking my money, they’re delaying the process without clear justification. This lack of reliability and transparency has seriously damaged my trust in their practice.

Positive experience: First consultation was really great, everyone was lovely but I had to wait 20 minutes despite coming on time.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience with this amazing team! Dr. Ilias was exceptional, providing top-notch care and expertise. I highly recommend their services!

Negative experience: Overall a very disappointing experience both in terms of poor quality service and dental treatment. Some specific examples include: 1. Having an insufficient dental scan conducted meaning I had to return two weeks later for a follow up scan to repeat the poor quality one. This delayed my second set of retainers and my overall treatment plan. 2. Quite minor but I now have a small permanent scar on my forehead from where a dentist at the Marylebone branch cut me with his watching during a routine appointment. 3. Due to treatment delays outlined above (all the fault of the practice), my scheduled appointments to remove the attachments and brackets at the end of my treatment were then too soon. The earliest appointment I was offered was in 5 weeks time, meaning I would have a further delay to my treatment for 5 weeks and have to wear a weekly retainer for 6 weeks. In order to get an appointment sooner I was forced to make a formal complaint and spend a significant amount of time on the phone and emailing the practice, which was stressful and time consuming. I would expect that where the error is of the practice’s making, reception staff should be able to offer an alternative appointment within a week as a minimum service level. 4. My fixed retainer (metal bar behind my teeth) was so poorly fitted that it broke within a week despite my following all the instructions and being extra careful. I again had to submit a formal complaint in order to get an appointment to fix it within a week despite explaining that the break meant the glue and metal were stabbing into the roof of my mouth which was painful. 5. My permanent retainer which was meant to last a year also broke within a week, again causing me pain as it poked into my gums. Again it was an ordeal to get an appointment for a replacement. The reason for the break was again poor quality treatment in that the retainer had not been properly trimmed despite my asking the dentist at the time. I was quietly rudely dismissed by him which made me feel intimidated and uncomfortable and ultimately resulted in a poor quality retainer.

Fantastic experience: A big thank you to Garima and Prerna for all their care during my hygienist appointment today. A super seamless experience and they took such care throughout, ensuring I was completely comfortable and going above and beyond to explain best practice brushing techniques to me. I would absolutely recommend!

Fantastic experience: A lovely dental clinc. I was greeted by 2 lovely recptionists umi and ifrah who welcomed me kindly. Treatment coordinator and all staff were so kind and explained my dental plan to me in detail.

Fantastic experience: It took some time to get the treatment going but once it was settled that braces, despite being pensioner age rather than a teenager, were the right way forward the service has been brilliant. The changes have been miraculous in a relatively short space of time, ie a little over a year. Extremely pleased with the results.

OMG, the way I was clutching my phone because I dread having my teeth cleaned but, that was the best clean I had in like forever! Today I had the courtesy of meeting Liban at reception who was so kind and understanding regarding appointments

Negative experience: I can only comment on the initial consultation but I was not impressed- they were running over an hour late without letting me know and the whole appointment was rushed. The admin staff were very polite however. The dentist I saw gave me a very different treatment plan to the one I was quoted in the final email which was very misleading. I later went to other consultations and realised how much had been missed from the initial consult so I’d say it’s worth shopping around before deciding.

Negative experience: This review is based on the service so far. Very poor appointment availability, sometimes waiting weeks for a basic appointment. Sensu have cancelled my appointments a couple of times and offered no flexibility when rebooking the appointment. For a working professional, it is really inconvenient. Today, I called to say I was running 10 minutes late, i was told there is a strict 10 mins policy and if I am later than that they wont see me, I ran to the clinic to be told they are running 15 mins late! So a total of 25 mins late.

The only concerns I would have is that there can be a long wait time for some appointments, and sometimes there is no answer from the phone lines. However, the team will reply timely to emails and are always efficient and kind.

Fantastic experience: I spoke to Gulcan today as I needed to book my next appointments for hygienist and measurements. There were a few difficulties with my local dentist in terms of getting fillings and documentation to confirm. Gulcan was extremely helpful and reassuring in making sure my appointments were all booked in even with the difficulties from the other dentist. She has also made me another appointment to have a follow up check up.
