Fantastic experience: Amazing, 2 big injections with no pain at all. 1.5 hours in the chair feeling very relaxed.The next day, I was expecting pain swelling and discomfort, NOTHING. I would highly recommend then especially if you need an implant Dr Faizan was fantastic.
Fantastic experience: I have not visited this practice yet, but I must tell you that the receptionists are one of the best I have ever encountered. I was looking for an emergency appointment and Daniela went above and beyond to let me know if there will be any cancellations by even contacting future appointments. Aniqo was super helpful in calling me to let me know of a cancellation the next day, after I spoken with Daniela. Great team you have! Thank you so much for being beautiful humans, and spreading positivity. It means so much during these times!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to COCO Dental for my dental treatment since 2023. The clinic is very close to Colindale station making my commute very easy. The team there is very professional. One thing i like the most is that they never try to oversell anything and only suggest treatment that are necessary. One small feature that i like is the appointment reminder that they send before the appointment. Help me in preparing my calendar.

Fantastic experience: Excellent clinic in Colindale, lovely doctors and staff! I went through my whole Invisalign journey with them. Dr Faizan, Alexa and Adel at the reception were super responsive, providing clear guidance thorough out the process, very transparent about treatment outcome and everything in between. I really appreciate clear and honest communication. Will continue using their services and would recommend them!
Fantastic experience: I came to the clinic for hygiene app and I saw Leila and she was very friendly and polite with me. She took care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. She’s honestly very sweet and I had to rebook with her in 6 months time.

Fantastic experience: My Dad had gone to see another dentist in another practice and was told that they were not able to treat him as he had implants which were not done in the UK. They left him in pain with no advice unable to sleep. Luckily Steven at this practice (Coco Dental) was able to see us at a Emergency App the same day I called in. Steven was soo polite, friendly and explained the current status of the tooth, and the ongoing treatment needed clearly and made my Dad so comfortable. Although he did not treat my Dad there and then, he advised of the best pain relief for him, which worked amazingly. Dad had his first nights sleep in two weeks. We booked with Steven another appointment with another great Dentist, and she has successfully treated my Dad, efficiently and quickly and my Dad is now out of pain and relieved. Great Team here, beautiful practice. We would definitely recommend to anyone & everyone. We really appreciate your help. Thankyou!

Fantastic experience: I rarely write reviews but these guys deserve a shout-out. For as long as I can remember, I have been quite self-conscious of my teeth and tended to avoid smiling or laughing too much socially or at work. For years, I was apprehensive to do anything about it and wasn't even sure that my teeth could be fixed without long-term fixed wired braces - which I couldn't bear the thought of. But after a consultation with Coco Dental (and it was the online reviews that drew me to them in particular!) - I never looked back. They were very assuring and clearly experts in their trade. I went away excited and ready to commit to the process. They shortly came up with a detailed timeline of the procedure and with their amazing technology showed me a generated photo of the expected results. I got a competitive price (I did my research!) which I could pay via instalments. The process has been easy and painless, with minimal fuss. I saw progress literally every week (matching their projections) which was a great feeling and there were regular physical check-ups. There was also an app to upload progress photos which were reviewed weekly. It was great that everything was documented so you can see your journey. They also have a fully monitored WhatsApp chat in case you have any urgent questions between check-ups. Time flies and before you know it, you're at the end. My teeth are done and now we're talking about whiteners :) I am so pleased with the result. This has made a huge difference to me. I just wish I did this 10 years ago. I am genuinely grateful to the Coco team. They have been amazing throughout, in all respects. Struck a bond with them all. The services they provided were gold-standard. It's almost sad that the process is over.

Fantastic experience: This review has been long overdue. I began my journey with Coco dental all the way back in 2018/2019 whilst I was away at university in London. I've probably had most of their treatments, teeth whitening, fillings, aligners and even an implant. I cannot fault them enough and even travelled from Newcastle to Collindale a few times but had to stop due to having a baby. The best personal care, everyone is so lovely from the second you enter. Alex is one of the best dental nurses I have ever come across and Aniko was always so accommodating to my schedule with no complaints even when i would get dates mixed up. Rajan and Manny have still to date been the best dentists I've ever come across and could not recommend their personalised programmes enough. Every option was explained in so much detail and the work they have done on my teeth is even approved here in Newcastle. I wish them all the best and just know they would be my dentists of choice again if I ever Moved anywhere near London. I hope you guys are doing well!

Fantastic experience: My appointment here was excellent and went as smooth as possible. Registering as a new client and getting an appointment arranged was extremely quick and there was decent availability for picking time slots. In the appointment itself, I was treated well and the staff kept me calm through the teeth cleaning as I had particularly sensitive teeth in that checkup. Fantastic experience: I have been treated by Dr Amit twice, and I am very pleased with his work (complex tooth filling & dental hygiene). He was very professional, made sure I wasn't in pain,and kept me informed of what he was doing at all times. The admin team was very responsive, both via email and on the phone. One of the days I was running a bit late, but it was very easy to get through them. The clinic is modern, close to the tube station, and offers some appointments after 16:00, so I do not have to ask for time off at work. Price wise, like any other private dental clinic in London.

Fantastic experience: After 34 years without having any problems with my teeth, last year, one of the teeth was broken as the clinic was close to my job. I was going to book my repaired teeth. The Doctor who has been seeing me was Luis, a very pointed Doctor and very experienced, during the check, he spotted my gum needed immediate hygiene and treatment. I'm still with them on my treatment gums. Thank you for Daniela's assistance. Thank you for Luis keeping my teeth hygienic and treated. The price list is not expensive, and I would recommend it to everyone who has problems with Teeth

Fantastic experience: Blessed to have found this place near my residence. Dr. Faizan is an amazing dentist but also quickly becomes a good friend. He speaks the language of teeth and is great at translating the state of one's teeth in simple words. Extra points for visual cues with xray. But the happy experience actually begins as soon as you enter with the receptionist Aleksa who's welcoming, friendly, has a smile on her face always and will make you forget if you were nervous before stepping into the clinic. Fantastic experience: I was going to Colindale Dental before and i wasn't happy with the service. With Coco Dental, booking an appointment was very easy. They send you reminders through SMS so that I don't miss the appointment. They are also prompt on sending reciepts and help you with the insurance claim form. Dr Rajan was very professional and best of all, i did not even slightly feel like anyone was trying to upsell treatments and products to me. Definitely making this my regular dental clinic. Fantastic experience: Everyone at COCO Dental is really lovely. I’ve had some bad experiences in the past with impatient and rude dentists but Dr Rajan is always happy to see patients, very reassuring and takes time to explain any procedures. All the assistants and receptionists are nice and chatty. It’s also very state-of-the-art! I travel almost an hour to get to COCO because the distance is worth it for such excellent service and pleasant experience!

Fantastic experience: I have visited COCO Dental for 2 composite bonding for my front theeth with Dr Rajan. His work was outstanding and I am really happy with my smile. During the procedure I had an anesthetic and even though I have needle phobia he was confident and did not feel any needle or any pain. The staff is welcoming and very friendly. Fantastic experience: Easily accessible - a 2 minute walk from Colindale Station (Northern Line). Has weekend appts. for certain treatments - I believe 2 weekends every month. I found the team to be quite welcoming; after all, this was my very first visit in a number of years and naturally, I was apprehensive but the team made an effort to put me at ease from the start. The treatment itself was conducted in a professional and thorough manner. At the end, I was advised on what my next steps should be - I was even given an interdental brush and a small tube of sensitive toothpaste to help recovery from my treatment - incredible! The customer service is also top notch - for example, I was given a list of available appts. for my requirements - ie. weekend dates instead of weekday times which I could not make. I cannot stress enough how impressed I was - several other surgeries/clinics show no desire to listen to your requirements or even push dates and treatments you already established you cannot make/want. COCO Dental bucks this trend and even apply discounts without being prompted to. COCO Dental came highly recommended and rightfully so! This is exactly the type of practice I would recommend. The treatments compare very favourably in terms of pricing, the practice is very easy to get to, the team is professional and the customer service is exemplary. Unfortunately, I do not recall who assisted me on the day otherwise I would recommend them by name but I am sure the entire team are 5/5

Fantastic experience: Really amazing first time experience here at Coco Dental! There was a previous misunderstanding regarding my appointment which was resolved fast and I received an emergency appointment where they identified I needed a composite filling and proceeded to do it straight away due to the fact that I would be leaving to Manchester for two months very soon. Fantastic experience: I was looking for a dentist to get dental hygiene done. I found COCO dental on Google and the rating was high with lots of reviews. I received a reminder a day before my appointment and the staff let me know that parking was available(pick up permit from inside). Sam was my dentist, and he was great. Fantastic experience: I 100% recommend this practice and Dr. Faizan and his wonderful staff :) My father is visiting and had to schedule an emergency appointment, I went on their website and followed the chat there. They called me around an hour later with an appointment a couple of hours later. Went in, the staff was very friendly, virtually no wait time before seeing the dentist. Dr. Faizan was friendly and welcoming as well, made sure to explain everything thoroughly, and that all of my father’s medications would be fine with whatever he might need for the day. We originally went in for an examination expecting we’ll need another appointment for treatment but he said the extraction needed would be quick and straight forward, which my father went ahead with. Overall, the examination, x-rays, and extraction took around 40 minutes, an amazing turn around! The fees were also very reasonable. Would definitely return!

Fantastic experience: This place is like visiting family, Dr Rajan is a pro and the AMAZING reception team are the most friendly, professional, accommodating people I know. I said i'd review for a long time and i'm sorry I am only getting around to it now but it’s a testament to the work last year. The last dentist i saw was Manny who had so many enlightening analogies and ways to explain things - he'd make a great teacher. Big shout out to Aleksa & Aniko who were the warmest welcoming folk and always had a ticket prepped for me. Without them, customers would turn away and they have massively important jobs of speaking to people the most. So results? Straighter teeth - orthodontics works that is top of its class with the equipment of 3d scanners and such. Retainers, fixed arch brace behind the teeth that is solid and a lot of good advice to boot. I wish i could give this more stars. My brother visited here too and we both feel like Coco dental was a long drive and train for us but WELL worth it. I'd do it all again. THANK YOU Coco dental!

Fantastic experience: COCO Dental is a superb dental clinic. I had a great experience with both Dr Shyam and the dental hygienist, Mina. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Everything was well explained during check-up and followed through with emails. Mina took the time to explain dental concepts and walk-through preventative methods which was really useful and was one of the most comfortable dental visits I have ever had. The whole experience from start to finish has been brilliant.
