Fantastic experience: I received an emergency appointment the following day. As I am in a wheelchair at present due to foot surgery I was unsure how I would manage at the dental surgery. The staff were amazing so helpful nothing was too much trouble. Received the treatment which was necessary. Annoy praise the Starr enough.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely the best dentist I have been to ... I've lived in many places and this clinic in Eastbourne is truly exceptional. It is incredibly clean, the staff are all so friendly. My dentist Dr Sanjay and his assistant Chloe couldn't have done more for me, they are xtremely efficient, friendly and professional. They have already helped me so much and I am so grateful I found the clinic.

Fantastic experience: I use this clinic since 2021, never had any issues. Receptionist are helpful and usually responding when I call. I had my scheduled check-up appointment today with a dentist Maxine. It's a second or third time with her and I'm absolutely happy with her treatments. She's really nice and welcoming. Also her assistant today was polite but I don't know her name. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I was kindly accommodated in a few days when I explained the pain I was suffering as an NHS walk-in. The difficult case was dealt with eficiently and pretty much pain free. Next day today and almost back to normal with no pain. Thanks to all at Dentistry for you. I have visited again today for a check . This identified a missing old filling which was replaced quickly and professionally and importantly pain free. All good for the next 6 months thanks to the great team at Dentistry 4U.

Positive experience: I had a check up today. Reception clean and the Receptionist was polite and caring. My appointment was on time, but the dentist was far too quick for my liking. The dentist didn’t ask me any questions, just counted my teeth and told me to see the hygienist. I think all was done within 5 minutes, good if you are in a hurry.

Negative experience: Booked an appointment and paid the deposit. They proceeded to cancel the appointment and claimed the refund of the deposit would take up to 3 weeks. Absolutely unacceptable policy to withhold a customers money for three weeks after notifying the withdrawal of a service.

He was very rude and tried to tell me of as if I was a child more than once... then huffed multiple times. Not interested in listening to the patient or giving any advice. Just rude!

Negative experience: Was a patient here for four years. Never saw the same dentist twice. Reception staff looked bored and uninterested. The place is very unwelcoming in general. The final straw was being charged £60 for a clean that lasted about four minutes and didn't even clean my teeth properly. I'd asked to see the hygienist but the dentist said she did this herself. It was awful service.

Negative experience: The appointment for my children has been cancelled twice already when I took an off from work. This has created a great deal of problems for me and my children who need a filling asap. I am very disappointed.

Negative experience: Very poor experience. Dentist barely looked in my mouth. She didn’t even put the chair down just looked at my teeth on one side with a mirror. No charting. No gum exam or pocket charting. No scale and polish. £26.80. One minute exam. Then she tried to get me to sign a declaration stating I was exempt when I pay. I expect the ruse is to claim the fee from the NHS too. I’ve been going for years here and always been happy. Will not be going back. Complete con.

Positive experience: The staff are friendly. The building could be more welcoming. Treatment is very brief. I'm used to a clean taking the full half hour and it was over in 10 minutes which seemed a bit brief for £65.00.
