Fantastic experience: Greeted on arrival with a warm welcome from receptionist. Appointment with Jane was on time, received a thorough check up with advice on cleaning technique and update when my next xray would be, very professional and friendly. Hygienist appointment was on time, commented on my cleaning technique and mentioned there was an improvement from previous visit. Very happy with the result of scale and polish. Dental practice is extremely clean throughout, all the staff are friendly and professional. I received a wonderful service as always, Thank you

Fantastic experience: My new hygienist Olivia at Henley Dental Care gave me the most comfortable, effective and silent teeth clean that I can remember. Her 'water assistant' was also great, she was gentle, no harsh or erratic jets of water and she heeded my plea not to touch my tongue under any circumstances! High recommended.

Negative experience: I joined Henley Dental after moving into the area earlier this year, needing my wisdom teeth removed. After a consultation, Henley Dental referred me to an NHS treatment centre in Birmingham in March 2024. By June, having received no update on my referral, I began to chase Henley Dental for information. I was told there was a "complication in the treatment" and that my case had been sent to a specialist. Despite multiple follow-ups, I received no further communication from them as promised. Eventually, I contacted the Birmingham treatment centre myself and discovered that there was no "complication in my treatment." Instead, Henley Dental had neglected to include my NHS number on the referral. This oversight resulted in a four-month delay in my treatment. Henley Dental misled me about the nature of the issue, causing unnecessary pain and frustration. Without my persistence, I would never have uncovered the truth.

I need not have been so concerned the reception staff are very professional calming,informative and very pleasant. THEN The Revelation met Mr Virdee who is absolutely superb put me straight at ease explained in great detail exactly what treatment I needed he could not have been anymore professional and pleasant. I am an old chap and can state he is by far the best dental surgeon I have ever dealt with. It still won't stop me from being g a nervous wreck next time. But it helps massively and I will be attending and that's a bit step forward for me. Hope this helps if your a whimp!!!like me.
