Fantastic experience: I was incredibly anxious going into my appointment, but the entire team went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease. They were kind, patient, and reassuring, the dentist talked me through every step, we went as slowly as I needed, they had on music to drown out the drills, and the procedure itself was very quick. I truly appreciate the care and compassion they showed—it made a huge difference. Highly recommend to anyone with dental anxiety!

Fantastic experience: I have recently had treatment at this surgery, replacement crowns and a bridge a lot of work .I'm so happy with the result mick and Kate have done a realy great job they was bothe realy understanding patient and kind they talked me though each stage so I knew what was going on . Also the dental nurses which was very supportive. I now have my smile back . I would recommend this dental surgery

Fantastic experience: Great calming dentist ,made my wife very comfortable,as she is scared of dentists. Procedure done with utmost care and professionalism. Playing background music also calmed my wife . Highly recommend this dentist practice .Dentist Mik is very very good and explained the whole procedure and was caring about my wife. Negative experience: Been coming here a number of years and been a good service before but they seem very busy now, promising call backs that don't happen. And the dentist i have now been assigned to seems to be very unknowledgable and unsure and I am not happy with the service I am receiving. I have ongoing mouth infections that are being left and I'm in constant pain which is being ignored.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely brilliant dentist , makes you feel at ease, explained all he needed too , also never had a tooth extraction done so quick and painless in and out in 20 mins.

Fantastic experience: Dapo is amazing with my children, two of which have ADHD and no filter so when their mouths sometimes work before their brain has had time to catch up he isn’t offended (phew! Thank you Dapo you’re a legend!)

Fantastic experience: I am nervous of going to the dentist but Kamran made the experience so much more relaxed, constantly reassuring me allowing me to pause when things got to much, would highly recommend Kamran.

Negative experience: Terrible. Waited ages and ages for verification number. Then 4 came at once! After going through all that, error 400 came up so document still not complete. Nightmare!

Fantastic experience: Medical history and current medication queried before start of treatment. Explanation given of procedure both before and during treatment. Advice given regarding aftercare. Also regarding best type of toothbrush and toothpaste together with best practice when brushing teeth.

It has improved almost 100% with Kamrans expertise as a hygienist. He is the perfect person for the job, he has a calming, caring & kind manner.

Fantastic experience: This dentist is fantastic! The office is clean and welcoming, and the reception team is incredibly kind and attentive. The hygienist, Kamran, is amazing. He takes great care in his work and always provides excellent advice on maintaining good oral hygiene and healthy gums. Since I started having regular appointments with him, my oral hygiene has significantly improved. The dentist is also great. The only downside is that they are often very busy, so appointments can take a while. However, considering how wonderful the staff is, I’m happy to wait and continue coming back.

Fantastic experience: Today my family has dental appointments with Rajinder, who is a dentist we have not seen previously. One of our boys 11yo had a baby tooth that would benefit from removing, however he is VERY Squamish. Somehow she managed this without any fuss or pain, while previously this has been a considerable ordeal. We were seriously impressed with her in every way and she is certainly a cut above the average. In conclusion a credit to your practice. You would be well advised to retain her.

Negative experience: Very rushed appointment. Didn’t feel like the issue was resolved or even looked into properly. Just seemed like the staff were more interested in going on lunch than finishing my appointment properly

Always takes the time to discuss ongoing medical conditions and treatments. It’s nice to see a dentist that manages to combine friendliness and a brief chat whilst maintaining complete professionalism, explaining fully what he’s doing and what the next steps are. Todays appointment was an emergency appointment with follow up plan = Happy patient. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth extraction so i was very nervous beforehand. Dapo and colleague within the room were professional and caring. This is the second tooth Dentist Dapo has extracted for me. Again i have to reiterate my gratitude to Dapo and the surgery for its excellence in delivering a painfree, stress free procedure, which was a very difficult one. I can't recommend dentist Dapo enough, i really won't see anyone else as i feel safe in his care, he's a credit to this surgery.

Fantastic experience: Since we have had Kate as our dentist she has been amazing, all the staff at the surgery are great. My small child has no hesitation to go to the dentist because they have always been lovely. Kate always has a smile on her face and she is a great dentist. I have had procedures done on my teeth and the communication was very clear and the outcome was awesome.
