Fantastic experience: I have been attending this NHS dentist for many years and can not fault the care I have received.

Fantastic experience: Ceasar was amazing, my daughter is extremely scared of the dentist and had to attend for a broken tooth. Ceasar was very patient with her and explained what treatment would be needed and the process involved which helped her understand.

Fantastic experience: Went with toothache and given antibiotics. Given advice on alternatives if antibiotics do not work. Appointment was given quickly and all the staff are very kind and helpful. Best dentist I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: After struggling to get a dentist ,I had my first appointment at the practice with Ryan Husanee.He was very pleasant yet professional and after X-rays was very clear and helpful and he discussed what would be the best way forward with my treatment .He also explained cost eg.the difference in cost of silver filling and a white filling which I thought was helpful . I feel I've been very lucky in being accepted at this practice . I must also say that the reception staff were also very helpful and personable.

Fantastic experience: This is a genuine review for the Dental Practice. I am an extremely nervous patient even before I get in the chair, however, from booking an appointment either by phone or in person the girls/ladies are just so helpful and polite, always with a smile and extremely pleasant. Priti my dentist is just so genuinely kind, caring and extremely patient as I have had several meltdowns in the chair, much to my embarrassment. She also is extremely professional and excellent at her job, always greets you with a smile as her nurse. Thank you all for being such a great team, I highly recommend your practice to anyone. Positive experience: This rating was significantly impacted by a bizarre experience whereby there was confusion as to who I was and the treatment I was attending for (!) Despite being called into the room by my name and handing over consent forms for wisdom tooth removal (containing my name / DOB / etc) the oral surgeon understood I was someone completely different attending for a totally different reason (?!). This experience was beyond disconcerting, and reform to the client check in process is needed to avoid this extremely negative experience. All of that said - once it was understood who I was and the treatment at hand, I had a very positive experience. The oral surgeon discussed the approach in a way I could understand, was kind in his manner, and worked quickly but methodically to carry out the procedure fully and efficiently. The confusion would lead me to give 1 star, the experience I had once we moved beyond this was excellent (5 star) so reviewing as a 3.

Fantastic experience: After going to a dentist in Eastwood (Kent elms) 4 odd years ago I never wanted to go back to a dentist as I thought it was a waste of time with the services that they are providing especially the hygienenst as I booked 30 mins for £60 and was only in the chair for 5 mins and didn’t even finish the top row of teeth, I was only 17 at the time working and barley had money for the bus let alone dental care so after confronting them about this they said that the time it takes to do paperwork and get ready comes out of the 30 min slot u booked which accumulated to over half the 30 min booking time, after this experience 4 years later I searched out for a dentist as was having wisdom teeth problems and was calling left right and centre to try get a appointment and getting told it’s up to 2-3 months waiting list, soon as I found oak dental the amazing receptionists took me in the next day after only signing up the day before and not only got me in to see the dentist but also the hygienist all in the same day, and the hygienist was amazing, she spent well over the 30 mins that I booked and didn’t leave 1 tooth out and noticed the difference immediately and I even double checked with the receptionist before booking the hygienist and said about my previous experience and that will even pay for a extra 30 mins on top of the original 30 to make sure it’s done properly and reassured me straight away that it would be unnecessary to pay for a extra 30 mins because they get the job done in the first session and was just as she said! Couldn’t recommend enough and the best and welcoming dentist I’ve come across thank u so much !! And BOO!! To Kent elms dentist!!!

Fantastic experience: Just had my second appointment with Santiago. I can't praise this surgery enough. I thought I had a loose filling on my front tooth which effected my confidence as it showed. Santiago found the time to refill it in that appointment. It was a painless precedure even the injection. You can't even tell it's a filling and I can smile again.

Negative experience: Was happy with every service they provided apart from the dentist. I'd been referred to have 3 teeth removed. A severe lack of patient care followed as he seemed to want to work as quickly as possible which caused a great deal of pain. From the moment I entered the room he proceeded to inject my mouth at speed and started to remove teeth as soon as he put the last injection in giving no time for numbness to occur. Mutipul Injections with 3 teeth removed and stitched all 3 teeth, were done in about 5 mins. For me that is far too quick and time was more important than patient care. I hope I was a one off and no other patients have to suffer.

Positive experience: Managed to get a short notice cancellation, to have troublesome tooth removed. Easy to park, no waiting, staff friendly, polite and efficient. Local anaesthetic not completely effective but hey, the tooth’s out!
