Fantastic experience: I have used this practice for years as they are amazing, from the lovely ladies on reception through to the hygienist, nurses and dentists. Even though we have moved to Cornwall we still travel up to this practice for all check ups and dental work. I have travelled up again this week for more detailed dental work and the service is so fantastic I would never go anywhere else. Divya and Georgia looked after me today (9/8/25). Fantastic experience: I would like to highly recommend Dr Greig Wilson and lMolly as they were able to make me feel at ease and comfortable during my third visit on the February 5 th. I suffer with neck and back pain and I was in severe pain when I arrived at the dental clinic to see Dr Wilson. I informed him that I tripped with my shopping trolley the day before and my back was painful despite taking pain medicine. He was mindful as I sat down and took time to adjust the chair to help me to be comfortable during the visit , moreover his advice, and current interventions has significantly improved my oral health since I was referred by 111 in December 2024 . He is very professional and would include you in the treatment plan he has excellent chair manners. Thank you so very much for your patience I have had bad experiences with dentists before and I am very aphensive when I have to see the dentist however I am reassured when I come to see you . Fantastic experience: 100% recommend Crankhall Dental Practice. Went on 23rd January after being in pain never going to a dentist cause of being scared I need help with a tooth that was causing me pain and discomfort. I rang at 9am and spoke to such an amazing receptionist that listen to me even though I was in tears she got me in at 9:45. When I arrived the place was clean and the receptionists were so welcoming. I filled out paperwork and was advised to go upstairs. I was then called in for my appointment. The dentist unfortunately I can’t remember their names however they welcomed me they could see was really upset and nervous they reassured me. They did the usual checks and they asked if they could take some X-rays so they could see in my details. Had first they struggled to get a picture of the wisdom tooth that was causing the issue. However they tried again for me. We finally were able to get the picture. Because the tooth had such decay that someone with experience would need to take it out. I was in luck they found Mani who was off today but was there doing some work. He advised he could do it. They asked about appointments but I was in Luck he said he could do it now. I was still emotional and in tears but all three of them supported me and reassured me. Within 5 min my tooth was out and I was finally in a bit more I was given the tooth and all the information and could not thank them enough. I went back down stairs to settle my bill where the receptionist noticed I was shaking. She asked if I had eaten and I said no she told me to sit down and she would get me a glucose drink to bring my sugars up. Iv moved all my family to the practice. I can not thank them enough for the support they provided me. After having a fear the welcome you get is so amazing. If you’re looking for a dentist I would recommend this one. Thank you so much

When I first visited him, I was worried about my condition, but within just three to five months, he completely turned things around! His approach was thorough and professional, always explaining each step and making sure I understood the best ways to take care of my gums. Fantastic experience: As an absolutely petrified patient who had not been to visit a dentist in many years I specifically looked for a practice who could understand and support a nervous patient and I found Crankhall Practice. Mani the dentist and Lynne the dental nurse were just outstanding throughout my treatment where I had a tooth removed, fillings and a small plate fitted. They supported and encouraged me during the whole treatment process which was over a few months. Throughout all the procedures they listened and checked how I was feeling and always had time for me. Nothing was ever rushed and my appointments were carefully planned. They clearly love their job and really care about their patients. At no point did I feel stupid because of my fears . I can’t thank them enough and will continue my dental journey with them. I feel so much more confident about visiting the dentist. Such an amazing duo and a credit to their profession.
