Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything is explained to you as well as alternative treatments when necessary. I wouldn’t even consider changing my dental surgery.

Fantastic experience: I've been attending this practice for 37 years which I think bears witness in itself of my satisfaction! I have always found all the staff to be friendly, professional and helpful and haven't experienced any pressure to have extra work done, which has happened to friends at other practices. They have always been accommodating in fitting me in when there's been an emergency, for which I am most grateful.

Fantastic experience: As a very nervous patient I cannot fault anyone at the practice. From the minute I walked in - welcomed by friendly, professional receptionists to Clive and his assistant Kaila who worked miracles - quietly and efficiently. Unfortunately I had to have a wisdom tooth out - but Clive suggested to do it straight away so I didn't have time to get stressed out! Having heard of horror stories of wisdom teeth extraction, this was not what I wanted to hear, but it was no worse than any other extraction! After unpleasant experiences at other practices moving to White Oak a few years ago was the best decision. I would happily recommend them to anyone - they are all so kind and patient.

His assessment of any dental issue is always most reliable and he explains very well in a way that patients without much dental knowledge like myself could understand. Fantastic experience: I saw Kunal for the first time 2 weeks ago for a check up and then today for some dental work. I am a bit phobic of dentists and he couldn't have put me more at ease. He was kind, gentle and patient with me, checking if I needed a break whilst he worked on my teeth. There was no pressure to do more than I needed, with some areas being left to see how they progress at check ups as they are causing no pain or concern at the moment. I am very pleased with the treatment and service provided and will be returning for a hygienist appointment and then my next check up in 6 months.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been with White Oak for over 20 years. Wonderful staff and services. A policy of less is more has resulted in a massive improvement to my teeth after the invasive dental strategies of the 70s & 80s caused much unnecessary damage. Thanks Dr Dave and team!!

Fantastic experience: Having not been to the dentist for quite a while and having a phobia of dentists, I was exceptionally nervous about returning. However, this practice never disappoint. The receptionists are warm and professional and make you feel at ease. Clive is my dentist and he is the most personable, approachable, friendly and patient dentist I have ever had. Throughout the treatment he kept me fully informed, worked at my pace and did everything he could to put me at ease, as did his dental nurse. I can't say that my fear has gone, but I know that when I return I will be greeted like an old friend! Cannot recommend this dental practice and Clive enough.

Fantastic experience: I'm not one for going to the dentist. Bad experiences in my childhood carried over into adulthood so I went to white oak as a very nervous client. Mr Shah has restored my faith in dentists. He was very patient and explained in detail what my treatment entailed and all the costs. Going to the dentist has now become less of an ordeal. Fantastic experience: I recently visited White Oak Dental Practice for a routine check up with Clive. As always, if you can ever call a visit to the dentist pleasant, this practice is the nearest to it. From the moment you walk in the room and speak to the smiling receptionists, to being in the consulting room. Everyone is very polite and welcoming. Clive, especially puts you at your ease. He is understanding, helpful and has a great sense of humour. Altogether, a lovely guy! I have never particularly enjoyed attending dentist practices due to a very frightening experience as a child, however since being with White Oak for a few years now, my fears have abated. Nothing is too much trouble, and even when I was suffering after an extraction, Clive went over and above with the care and support I needed. I can not fault the practice and my husband, (who is also with Clive) along with my son and daughter,who are with 2 other dentists of this practice, agree. I thoroughly recommend 10/10
