Fantastic experience: My husband and I have visited Bob as a dentist on and off for nearly twenty years and have always found him to be an excellent dentist. So when I decided to have some cosmetic work done on my front teeth I didn’t hesitate as to who I would go to, and he did not disappoint. My new smile is great! Fantastic experience: I could not recommend Butterfly Dental and the team enough for the amazing dental care they have provided. The team are so welcoming and lovely every time I visit. I had to have a lot of different dental work done: root canals, crowns, dental implant, composite bonding and Botox injections. It was overwhelming with the amount of work I ended up needing (I originally only went due to one broken tooth), but the journey has been worth it knowing I have invested my money into long term care of my teeth. My teeth were generally pretty neat and straight but my confidence since improving my smile along side my dental journey has been ever growing! Special shout out to the team especially Bob, Ellen and Ahmed who have provided me with top level dental care. I’m excited to complete my treatment soon but will be continuing to my general care and maintenance with the team. Fantastic experience: What a fantastic establishment! I had not been to the hygienist in over 6 years so I was very nervous. I was very impressed with their high tech equipment which uses a high powered jet of water, rather than the tradition “stabby” scaler. It was no where near as bad as I expect and I will defiantly be making this dental practice my regular place ! 5 stars!!

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t be more grateful to butterfly dental for fitting me in so last minute! My veneer that I got done else where popped off and with the help of Saskia, she got me booked in for the next day, she was extremely helpful! My first impression of the clinic were that it was a very friendly place! I had a clean by Katherine which was amazing ! Then I was taken in to have the veneer put back on. Now my teeth are as good as new and I couldn’t thank the team enough for helping me!

Fantastic experience: Honestly cannot fault my journey so far! I went for a consultation a few months ago with the idea that I needed so much work doing in order to be happy with my teeth, instead of overselling me treatments I didn't necessarily need it was suggested I try aligners and whitening first then if I want to do more I can, first green flag. My consultation with Dr Bob was professional and super friendly and welcoming, he even did some meditation with me to calm my nerves, second green flag. I've been in for a few appointments up to today where I had my aligners fitted and every dentist I've seen has been absolutely wonderful! (and the reception staff, can't leave those out) They are so friendly and welcoming, I honestly couldn't recommend these lot enough! So far I am so soooo happy considering I was so apprehensive to get anything done. So thank you for not seeing an opportunity to sell me a load of treatments I didn't need and for taking care of me!! 10/10

Fantastic experience: I found butterfly dental online after an awful experience with a previous private dental practice. I visited Dr Bob for a consultation and I’ll be honest my teeth were not in a good place. I’d had multiple fillings botched which had caused damaged nerves from further decay meaning I did need root canal with a crown plus several fillings to be replaced. For someone who’s scared of the dentist this was my worst nightmare however, bob really worked hard reassuring me everything would be ok and then used his amazing hypnotic treatment to help keep me calm and relaxed during the procedures. Honestly I’ve never felt so relaxed and comfortable at the dentist and I really never thought I would be saying this! The treatment I have received from not only Bob but Ellen has been fantastic. After all my teeth were corrected I’ve finally been able to go ahead with the quick fix braces. They are train track braces but completely natural and I’ve absolutely loved having them on! (For a whole 6 months) today is the day I finally get them off and I’m so excited to have beautiful white straight teeth! I really can’t thank butterfly dental enough for their support and kindness during this whole experience! I will continue to be a loyal customer to butterfly dental and I would reccomend them to all my friends and family! Thank you for making me feel so confident and beautiful with my teeth! Fantastic experience: Amazing service, as someone with autism and an intense fear of the dentist I felt like I was really well looked after and respected, I had to have 2 wisdom teeth out and they were very quick at putting all of my fears to bed and they managed to get all of my treatments done within the same month which I didn't think would be a possibility after my experience with the NHS and waiting lists but all the staff are very courteous and respectful and I'll be going back everytime!

Fantastic experience: I am an extremely nervous patient after many horrid experiences with dentists in the past. I lost a lot of confidence because my teeth required so much work. I plucked up the courage and contacted Bob and he immediately made me feel at ease. He met me and spent so much time chatting with me and explained everything to me and was just amazing. Fantastic experience: Bob is a great dentist! I was a chronic tooth grinder and he made me a splint for my lower jaw. This has solved my problem and means I get a great night sleep free from the worry of grinding my teeth to dust. Hygienist is also very lovely and not brutal (like some can be). Fantastic experience: I embarked on the Invisalign treatment journey to close gaps in my teeth. I visited a number of private dental clinics and wasn’t satisfied with their consultation process as well as the packages they had. I paid a visit to Butterfly dental following an ad I saw on Facebook and I signed up after my first encounter with them. I didn’t mind that I had to travel 15.3 miles for my appointments. Every staff member I met was friendly and polite. They explained every step of the way in great detail and allayed all the anxieties I had pertaining to the treatment process. It’s been an amazing journey with them for the past 6 months as I’m at the very end of my treatment now. The welcome on board voucher and the bouquet of flowers sent to me to wish me well made me feel like family and I really appreciate that. My teeth is exactly as I would like it to be and I’m grateful to the butterfly dental team led by Bob, for making this happen for me. Keep it up guys, thank you again.

Massive thanks to Saskia the TCO over there, she makes the whole process very easy and organised. Nobody likes the dentist but i actually enjoy going now thanks to the butterfly team.

Fantastic experience: Bob and his team are very friendly and helpful. Bob has done an excellent job on restoring my dental health that I, with my previous NHS dentist, had not looked after well. I now have teeth, having been re-treated for decay, crowned or bridged, that are both functional (my main aim) and also look excellent. He uses technology to show work that needs doing, clearly explaining the options and the merits and issues around the options. As a new patient I am very happy with the practice to date and will sign up to his maintenance plan to hopefully ensure that any future issues are nipped in the bud.

Fantastic experience: I had root canal, tooth extraction and invisalign treatment plus composite bonding with Dr.Bob at Butterfly and have only praise for him and his team through out the whole 6 month journey. I am ecstatic with the end result and feel significantly more confident in the look and health of my teeth. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality dental service, overall super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. The experience was night and day vs any other dentists I had been to in the past!

Fantastic experience: Anyone who is searching for a new smile should definitely pay a visit to butterfly dental care. They have such an amazing team on hand who make you feel welcome and comfortable every step of the way and I give a big thanks to the orthodontist as well as the hygienist, they have both done such an amazing job fixing my smile in a short period of time and ensuring that I'm happy with the process. Also the amazing reception staff on hand also have had a big involvement in making me comfortable when it came to settling in at a new dentist as well as, always being accomdating to my appointment times. Overall, this is an exceptionally outstanding dental practice and I'm sure anyone looking for a new smile would be amazed with the results.

Fantastic experience: I have always hated my smile. It came to a point that I didn’t even want to smile much. So after doing some research I booked an appointment with a consultation, Saskia who explained everything perfectly. I must say from the first contact I had with Butterfly Dental I felt very comfortable as I have always had a massive fear of dentists. From there onwards It all ran smoothly. Fantastic experience: I don’t even know where to start , 3 months ago I walked into butterfly dental as this shy , straight faced person , smiling was a challenge for me , growing up I was bullied and told I just wasent pretty enough , my teeth just weren’t straight enough , 3 months later after the journey Iv been on with bob , and Ellen who’s completed my composite veneers today has been crazy I have walked out of this dentist feeling the most confident and prettiest and outrageous person I have ever ever been ! Fantastic experience: I haven’t been to the dentist since before the lockdown in 2019 and I was very nervous. From the moment I was welcomed I was put at ease! The actual treatment was done by Ellen who was assisted by Molly. Both were extremely professional and Ellen talked through the treatment, letting me know what she was doing at each stage. Best of all the treatment was painless and made my teeth feel really clean!! Best service so far and at a reasonable price, especially the maintenance plans! Thanks so much see you in three months.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently just been in for my hygiene appointment. I haven’t had one for a while and I must admit I was more than impressed with the treatment and how the staff made me feel relaxed. Ellen the therapist was so lovely and explained everything to me as she went along which helped. The airflow treatment made my teeth look so fresh and white! All the staff at Butterfly dental are so friendly and make you feel more than welcome.

Fantastic experience: It has been nothing but a pleasure being a patient at Butterfly Dental. The staff are all lovely and Dr Bob is a perfectionist who really goes above and beyond to get fantastic results. My wife and I both had an Invisalign treatment package which included cleaning, Invisalign trays, whitening and further refinement. I am so happy with the results and aftercare. I would also note that even when I reached the end of my course, Dr Bob was happy to order further refinement trays for me so that everything was perfect. Fantastic experience: I’ve had some veneers done here due to my teeth being damaged from severe hyperemesis during pregnancy as well as root canal treatment….. so far they have been amazing! If I’ve ever have any issues, a chip or anything Ellen always fits me in to fix any breakages because I’m a nighttime grinder. Bob has been amazing with my root canal, I’m finally out of pain when an nhs dentist said it needed to be extracted! All staff are very friendly and always go out of their way to help me out. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: I have recently completed my Invisalign treatment at Butterfly Dental with Bob. I have been self conscious about my teeth for a while, and decided in my 40’s to finally take the plunge and go for the Invisalign treatment. It was the best decision I’ve ever made. If you’re worried about how you will look with braces on then let me tell you Invisalign is the best option for you. It’s so unnoticeable, you can take them out when you have a big event that you’d rather not have them in for. It’s painless, it’s fast acting- my treatment took 6 months!! The whole team at Butterfly Dental are so helpful and communication is superb regarding your treatment and booking your appointments etc. Bob is super friendly and is very good at his job. I found the whole experience was very smooth running- you’re given all of your options at the first consultation, and there’s no hidden extra costs. Bob is very honest and knowledgeable, he offers his trustworthy professional advice throughout. I cannot recommend Butterfly Dental enough and they definitely deserve 5 stars for service and patient experience in my eyes. Thank you for giving me my confidence back!
