Every about this surgery is professional, you are treated with care and respect and talked through exactly what is being done or what needs doing. 5***** all around.

Fantastic experience: At very short notice I was able to get an appointment because of a broken tooth. The Reception staff were all very professional, cheerful and helpful as was Stuart and his colleague who did an amazing job rebuilding the offending tooth saving me an extraction.

Positive experience: Rang on Monday for emergency appointment for tooth with abscess. Tooth removed quickly and painlessly the following day. Provided with clear instructions on aftercare. Only downside was that the dentist recommended taking an X-Ray beforehand to check the root system of the offending tooth and adjacent one. This doubled the cost of the procedure. Positive experience: I am a new client and am very happy with the service provided by the practice. The staff are very professional and knowledgeable and also very courteous. They acknowledge that we are not all comfortable in the dentist's chair and take the time to explain the why behind their recommendations, giving alternatives as available. When it comes to the doing, they explain what they are doing. I am confident in their hands. Having recently (Jan '24) had a dental implant I have no reason to change any of the above and am more than happy with the treatment and fitting of my new tooth.

The staff went out of their way and moved a chair into the room to accommodate me, and were concerned about our well being throughout. No more sinus pressure or cheek biting either due to the improved positioning. Fantastic experience: I had a problem with a tooth that required a filling to be replaced. I haven’t had anything like this in a long long time and I wasn’t looking forward to it. I shouldn’t have worried at all - the lady on reception was great and told me it would be fine and it was! Things have moved on a lot in dentistry since I last had a filling. It was really straightforward and I didn’t feel a thing. Rachael and her ‘assistant’ were great and checked all was okay at regular intervals.
