Fantastic experience: I recently needed a dentist in an emergency whilst on holiday in beautiful Scotland. I found this dentist online and was able to book an emergency appointment online, which was so helpful. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and Yu En Cheah is an outstanding dentist. He put me at ease and managed to get me out of pain which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I'm was very grateful to this lovely surgery and to Yu En Cheah. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After years of fearing the dentists I was enrolled in 8 to 8 Dental and after my first visit my fear was gone, its a nice clean and bright surgery which helps, the staff are very polite and the Dentists are brilliant, They chat away and make you feel at ease and they send you a text message to give you a reminder of your appointments. Mr Fadia and his team make the visit pleasant and wish they were there years ago. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice one of the best in Moray. When you find the right dentist and actually have a plan for treatment than deferring you to we will get that next time and next app isn't for 3 months. When the books open for NHS patients it's great. I initially was on a waiting list to be on the actual waiting list for NHS treatment. Which once NHS was available I didn't get contacted and actually found out through there website which I then registered myself as a NHS patient so their waiting list to get on to the waiting list i have no idea about and still haven't got a call, registered with a different phone number to see if they would contact me saying we are now taking on NHS patients. 1yr later nothing. However when you do get into this practice the staff aren't constantly changing they retain their staff nurses and dentists... excellent customer service the receptionists one of them can be quite invasive and forthcoming however all in excellent dental practice which offer a wide range of treatments they also have an "implant-ologist" their term. Which he is lovely explains everything very well gives you all the information to go forward as you wish. Other dentists I've also seen in this practice have given nothing but the best care and treatment. You do get designated an actual constant dentist however if an emergency app needs it's whoever has space on their schedule or whoever has the emergency apps that day hence seeing a couple of them. All in excellent dental practice the small negatives aren't to be off putting I'm just giving my honest explanation of my experience here.

He is always so thorough, explaining what he is doing as he goes along. He is so gentle (he gives the most painless injections I have ever experienced!) and I always feel in such safe hands. The same goes for the dental assistants working with him, who again are always so friendly and caring. Everyone on the desk is really friendly and helpful. It is a welcoming environment and I really couldn't recommend the surgery highly enough. We're really so lucky to have them in Buckie. In my opinion - the best! David ( a no longer nervous patient)

Fantastic experience: Recently had root canal treatment to save a tooth, as an NHS patient. Although it took nearly an hour, I experienced no discomfort during the procedure. I am normally a nervous patient (I still remember the school dental van with the foot operated drilling machine), I only wish we’d had dental equipment and dentists of Nikitas skills in the 1950’s.

Nothing is too much trouble and no matter how many questions you have they will always answer fully. I feel in very safe hands and never nervous anymore about going to the dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth, rang at 9:15am on a Monday morning, given an appointment for 11:30am the same morning. The tooth was attended to by a very pleasant dentist, and I was on my way home half an hour later. I don't think you can get better timely, professional service than that, and on the NHS.

The only reason i wouldn't rate 5 is that next available appointment for a filling is in 3 months! Appreciate you are having a lot of patients but I still I felt a bit disappointed.

Fantastic experience: The reception staff are always happy, friendly and helpful. The dentists are very good, before a check up or any work they explain what they will be doing. After any treatment I've had they offer advice when needed, which is great. I feel very relaxed when I'm there and never have a problem. Mostly it’s been routine checkups with dentist or hygienist but on the one occasion I had toothache they happily arranged an urgent appointment and resolved the problem without fuss. Fantastic experience: We registered with 8to8, Forres, early last year when we moved to the area. Our first appointment was in August with a new dentist who was joining the Practice. Lara has already made a difference to my teeth and gums with her treatment, help and advice. My husband has had treatment and was very pleased with the dentist who treated him. The information desk is run very efficiently and the practice professionalism shows as soon as you enter the building right through until you leave again. We are very pleased to have been able to find such a professional practice.

Fantastic experience: I recently had a wisdom tooth extracted that had been bothering me for 20 years. I will confess to being terrified of major dental work, thus the very long wait for removal. However, everyone at 8 to 8 put my mind at ease and the tooth was taken out quickly with care and professionalism from the dentist. I was given great after care advice and am delighted that I had no issues after the extraction. Excellent service, I'll not hesitate next time.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient with 8 to 8 Dental since they opened the practice in Buckie and have always been delighted with the treatment I have received there. All staff are friendly and very caring. In an emergency I have always been given an appointment very quickly which just doesn’t happen with lots of other health professionals. Fantastic experience: I was really nervous about going one for the covid and two I had to have a different dentist. As I'm a really nervous patient. I had nothing to be worried about everyone we have any dealings with are just lovely they speak to you like a human being with the greatest kindness and respect. I also was with my son who finds life a little difficult, everyone are so lovely and patient with him . And covid hasn't a chance there well done to the people that clean the surgery it's just spotless.

Fantastic experience: Always Excellent service and they are concerned about and listen to the patient. After a very bad experience in my past, a filling without any pain killer, I have a fear of the dentist, but here they put me at ease and managed to sort my teeth with not pain. Eu Wan talk calmly and peacefully to me the whole while, and this did a lot to settle my nerves and help me relax. If you can get in here, I would highly recommend it. They are all excellent dentists and I now have full confidence in them.

Positive experience: A very pleasant experience at my new dentist. She was jolly and approachable and didn't tell me off and say my teeth were awful as my previous dentist tended to. The scale and polish was quick and painless, and there was no hassle about being sent to a hygienist for this or further teatment. Only slight downside was that my appointment was quite late starting. Overall, very pleased.

Fantastic experience: I recently had an old amalgam filling detach from a molar, and as the tooth was rather sensitive I phoned 8to8. I was happy to see a dentist that same day. I was seen by Mr Cheah, and was so impressed with the care he took to restore the cavernous hole in my tooth, the options and advise given, and his injection technique was marvelous. We have been patients at 8to8 since they first opened the surgery in Buckie, and every member of the staff there is helpful and highly professional. A first class dental practice.

Fantastic experience: My dentist at 8to8 is Nikita Desai. Ms Desai is an excellent dentist who inspires confidence. She treats my teeth better than they deserve and has rescued one that really was past redemption. I find all the staff at 8to8 Dental to be efficient and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Very efficient yet at the same time, friendly. It is accessible, and staff are willing to help you get about. The dentists are very good, clearly up to date with the latest practices, and make no fuss about squeezing you in if you get an infection or anything. I have aways had a problem with single injections for my teeth failing to kill the pain, here they listened and were aware of where else to inject to ensure the work was painless. I cannot recommend them highly enough, I would go nowhere else now.

Positive experience: I am a very nervous and scared patient, due to having being traumatised by a previous dental experience at another practice. It would be very reassuring to me if this information could be shared and made available to appropriate staff at 8 to 8, with whom I may have contact. Fantastic experience: Sadly I have had a lot of adventures with my teeth, and have had much treatment over the years in many clinics. I can honestly say though that the quality at this clinic is the best I have ever encountered. Staff are engaging, helpful, hugely knowledgeable and experienced, and above all, caring. The surgery is very well equipped with leading edge dental care and treatment technology. I have always felt safe, and free of pain, through some quite extensive surgery, and after care is, well, caring! Five stars are not enough!

Fantastic experience: This is my regular NHS dentist. Can't say enough about how good they are! You'd expect spotless and well organised as standard of course, but the care, skill and courtesy is fantastic. The clinicians go to a lot of trouble to explain the treatments, I'm reassured and made to feel comfortable, and I never have any pain during procedures. The equipment and technology is really up to date and modern too, which is excellent. Fantastic experience: Nikita was lovely and patient with my daughter with additional needs. She explains what she’s going to and is firm but extremely fair with her. A lot of people don’t have the patience for children with additional needs but I didn’t have to worry about that here.

Fantastic experience: As a person who suffers from severe anxiety regarding getting dental work I can say whole heartedly that I have never felt so comfortable and at ease in a dentists office. Staff are friendly, comforting and take the time to ensure you feel comfortable with everything before beginning. Pain relief was easily and effectively delivered and the process was over fairly quickly. Received very professional treatment and my dentist was a very smart guy, but with possibly OTT explanations (which required me to come to terms with his strong accent {sorry Yu En!} - but he knows his stuff). Fantastic experience: 8to8 Dental in Buckie are a great family dentist. The dentists are friendly and patient. One of my children is very nervous of dentists and we'd been trying to have some teeth removed to allow a brace to be fitted.. With really careful, clear instructions from the dentist, my son was happy to let the dentist try. The dentist was so gentle in removing 2 big teeth, my son was amazed. I have always had positive treatment and advise. The reception staff are always helpful. The surgery is clean, bright and they even managed to safely see patients through the easier Covid times, by following their good standards. I would recommend this practice very highly.
