Fantastic experience: The staff at 8to8 dental surgery in Buckie are friendly, polite and always make me feel welcome and at ease. I have been treated very well whether I’ve had NHS treatments or private dental treatments. Mr Fadia provides an excellent private service and has gone above and beyond what I expected regarding the two implants and crowns he has done for me. This is the best dental surgery I’ve attended over the last 45+ years, and I’ve been too many dentists!

Negative experience: The worse experience of my life going to this dentist. I don't have a dentist after moving to the area but I had a broken tooth so I rang Scotlands dental service and was sent to this dentist. Firstly everything seemed normal but once I was in the dentist chair everything change. I saw a young lady and she seemed nice very polite and friendly gave me lots of advise but once she started it was bad. It took her around 40 mins to work on my already broken tooth that was hanging out. The tooth came out quite quickly but the root was taking longer she couldn't get it out she used so many tools she kept catching my other teeth and ripped my inner cheek twice and my gums around the next tooth eventually after her struggling she asked another dentist to help but by this stage the numbness was wearing off and the pain was horrible. Another dentist came in I believe his name was Elliot he was calm and within seconds it was out thank god for him. Since then my face has swollen up badly so I rang the dentist in absolute agony crying in pain to be told well you will have to go to the doctors, nothing to do with us. I went to the doctors and they prescribed antibiotics and was told that the dentist should have provided pain relief as this was a dental problem. It's been 2 days my face is in total agony, I now feel I can never go back to this dentist. I've never felt pain like it and I've had teeth out before this was the worse experience. I think the young dentist I had was either recently qualified or just not good at the job. I'm not leaving this review lightly, it's taken all my strength to get to this point and to be butchered and then just told not our problem is disgisting. I'm giving one star as there is no minus but if there where it would be -10

I found this dentist online and was able to book an emergency appointment online, which was so helpful. The service I received was absolutely fantastic. Everybody was very friendly and helpful and Yu En Cheah is an outstanding dentist. He put me at ease and managed to get me out of pain which allowed me to enjoy the rest of my holiday. I'm was very grateful to this lovely surgery and to Yu En Cheah. Highly recommended.

I think this dental practice is the best I have been too, everyone from reception staff, dental nurses and dentist are so kind , caring and very professional. I have had a lot of dental work, from root canals, fillings, crowns , teeth out and recently I am In the process of having 2 implants. I cannot thank you all enough and would highly recommend this practice. Thank you for looking after me. I have now finished my implant treatment and I Am so so pleased with the results, my front teeth look great, the colour is now spot on. I can’t recommend this dental practice enough and Elliot you are my number one, not only are you a lovely caring compassionate man you are an amazing dentist. Fantastic experience: After years of fearing the dentists I was enrolled in 8 to 8 Dental and after my first visit my fear was gone, its a nice clean and bright surgery which helps, the staff are very polite and the Dentists are brilliant, They chat away and make you feel at ease and they send you a text message to give you a reminder of your appointments. Mr Fadia and his team make the visit pleasant and wish they were there years ago. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great dental practice one of the best in Moray. When you find the right dentist and actually have a plan for treatment than deferring you to we will get that next time and next app isn't for 3 months. When the books open for NHS patients it's great. I initially was on a waiting list to be on the actual waiting list for NHS treatment. Which once NHS was available I didn't get contacted and actually found out through there website which I then registered myself as a NHS patient so their waiting list to get on to the waiting list i have no idea about and still haven't got a call, registered with a different phone number to see if they would contact me saying we are now taking on NHS patients. 1yr later nothing. However when you do get into this practice the staff aren't constantly changing they retain their staff nurses and dentists... excellent customer service the receptionists one of them can be quite invasive and forthcoming however all in excellent dental practice which offer a wide range of treatments they also have an "implant-ologist" their term. Which he is lovely explains everything very well gives you all the information to go forward as you wish. Other dentists I've also seen in this practice have given nothing but the best care and treatment. You do get designated an actual constant dentist however if an emergency app needs it's whoever has space on their schedule or whoever has the emergency apps that day hence seeing a couple of them. All in excellent dental practice the small negatives aren't to be off putting I'm just giving my honest explanation of my experience here.

He is always so thorough, explaining what he is doing as he goes along. He is so gentle (he gives the most painless injections I have ever experienced!) and I always feel in such safe hands. The same goes for the dental assistants working with him, who again are always so friendly and caring. Everyone on the desk is really friendly and helpful. It is a welcoming environment and I really couldn't recommend the surgery highly enough. We're really so lucky to have them in Buckie. In my opinion - the best! David ( a no longer nervous patient)

Fantastic experience: Recently had root canal treatment to save a tooth, as an NHS patient. Although it took nearly an hour, I experienced no discomfort during the procedure. I am normally a nervous patient (I still remember the school dental van with the foot operated drilling machine), I only wish we’d had dental equipment and dentists of Nikitas skills in the 1950’s.

Sanath was our dentist and we can honestly say we have never had a kinder more gentle dentist. He is reassuring and friendly and immediately put us at ease. I’m on their books and usually have an annual inspection, but this time I sent an emergency dental call to them, was seen in 1.5 hrs that day and my issue rectified within an hour for £27. Painless! Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth, rang at 9:15am on a Monday morning, given an appointment for 11:30am the same morning. The tooth was attended to by a very pleasant dentist, and I was on my way home half an hour later. I don't think you can get better timely, professional service than that, and on the NHS.

Positive experience: I have personally always had good experience with the Buckie team , always see the same dentist and she is great ,my daughter also is exited to go for a check up(6years old) . The only reason i wouldn't rate 5 is that next available appointment for a filling is in 3 months! Appreciate you are having a lot of patients but I still I felt a bit disappointed.
