Kyrle Street Dental Practice - Hereford Dentist

Positive experience: Reception staff are very helpful. I have had several problems with a post and crown, it would be helpful if the dentist would listen to my concerns and not keep interrupting my conversation so that I can tell him the problem. Not very gentle, ended up with several blood blisters inside my mouth from being pinched.

Fantastic experience: Once you can get an appointment as an NHS patient, the service and quality of care is excellent.

Fantastic experience: Received an emergency appointment on day requested. Dentist spent some time cleaning up decay and trying to save tooth. Applied an intermediate filling. I have dentist phobia but found dentist reassuring, efficient and related to me as a person not just another mouth on the couch.

Fantastic experience: Always absolutely fabulous treatment by my dentist, Suzanne. Never felt so comfortable with a dentist at any other practice and have now been going to Suzanne for years. Sometimes difficult to get check-up appointment for my young daughter which is frustrating - but isn’t this the case everywhere these days! Suzanne will do her absolute best to fit my daughter in alongside my appointments whenever she can - brilliant!

Fantastic experience: Had an emergency filling required. Managed to get a booking the day after it had fallen out. Was booked in and seen on time and a replacement dealt with straight away. Very happy with the work done and the manner in which it was dealt with. Would fully recommend.

Fantastic experience: Mr Dillon is fab, I’ve had some traumatic experiences at the dentist in the past and as a child. He explains everything prior, step by step, he is always empathetic and respectful. Staff are always polite and friendly, happy to help in person or over the phone. Only downside is waiting lists are huge for NHS patients, but I expect it’s like that everywhere at present. No parking but pay and displays car parks opposite, however these can get very busy due to the hospital next door. Clean tidy environment and facilities.

Fantastic experience: Simon Harrison as always was very thorough in examing my teeth, did a quick clean and even took Xrays as I hadn't had any done for 2 years. Receptionists always pleasant and helpful as are the dental nurses. I can't rate this dental practise highly enough, very, very happy with their care.

Fantastic experience: Always a calm, professional atmosphere. The dentists/admin staff all seem to be good at their jobs, knowledgeable but not overbearing. The costs of private dentistry are eye watering - but there are no longer any NHS dentists in my area.

A true professional. Not only that but I had always had to accompany my wife to her dentist appointments, so nervous she was. With Suzanne she is now happy to go alone. Need I say more?
