Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic, had an emergency appointment, to have a badly decayed wisdom tooth removed. At first it was mentioned id need a specialist, but the lovely lady managed to get it out with some force. Which ill be forever grateful for. Lovely staff. Excellent service. They go above and beyond. Felt completely at ease the moment I walked through the door. Absolutely amazing.

Fantastic experience: I have had quite some awful dentist experiences in the past, so I feel confident to leave a 5 star review as I know the difference; Dr Ahmed is quality and a real gem. I am so happy to be able to call him my dentist now after 40 years of Dental misery (the saga started when I was 6!). Dr Ahmed is friendly, calm, puts me at ease, listens and although I'll never be 100% chilled on a dentist chair, I'm definitely calm and never afraid. In fact, I feel so safe in his care, I actually started the whitening process and will be talking about straightening the minefield called my teeth after that too. Absolute gem and highly recommended. (Just don't all go to him, I still need to be able to book some slots

Fantastic experience: I took my twin girl and boy to Edenfield dentist, and we had a wonderful experience! The receptionists were super friendly and understanding, especially since the kids were a bit of a handful. It really makes you want to look forward to visiting the dentist!

Fantastic experience: I’m a NHS patient at this dentist and I can’t fault them at all. They always manage to see me for an emergancy appt ( I have had a few recently- I’m due to fly out for a holiday tomorrow rang then this morning got seen within the hour and sent away with medication) I’m also currently going for private treatment too. And they are very informative. The girls at reception are fantastic - and deserve an award for their patience. NHS waiting times are a bit tough but it’s not the clinics fault just bare this in mind as I have witnessed some angry patients whilst been in the waiting room. Dr irfan Ahmed is a kind and a patient dentist and 100% would recommend for any dental needs. Thankyou for all your help in the past 6 months and making my fear of dentists disappear :)

Mentioned the immanent 90th birthday party for my Mum so a plan has been put in place so the whitening and everything else will be finished in time.

Negative experience: So far totally not impressed I've had my last 3 dental appointments cancelled on me by text message waiting on my forth to be cancelled ive been waiting for treatment on my tooth for the last month's which has now broken again which is now unrepairable they seem rather quick on taken on new nhs I am now looking into my legal rights and going the the legal path now as this is unacceptable and unfair

Negative experience: DO NOT EVEN BOTHER COMING HERE. Worst dental surgery in Rochdale. I visited this dentist on the 14th July, everything was fine. The dentist said I need to book another appointment so I asked the receptionist what day and time she has available, so she said she has the 27th July 2023 available at 10.35. So I wrote it down and said that’s fine. I have come in today and a very rude receptionist called ‘Trisha’ or Trishna (the one with the huge lip fillers) informed me my appointment was at 9.40 today. I told her my appointment was at 10.35. She was so rude and unprofessional. She said oh we send text messages to confirm appointments. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY Text message. I asked to speak to the manager or the person in charge and she very rudely said ‘we don’t have any here.. they will call you’ what type of rubbish dental practice is this.. she needs lessons in customer service. DONT BOTHER COMING HERE. Waste of time.
