Fantastic experience: Great practice, excellent communication from the reception staff and great NHS treatment plan from Dr Marianne and her support staff to get my teeth and gums back in good shape. Also thanks to Dr Matt and his staff for the new implant and crowns. Great to have such talented staff with the latest technology in AIrdrie.

Fantastic experience: I recently visited Dr Lisa So/Airdrie Dental Care and couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and put me completely at ease. The dentist took the time to explain everything clearly, was gentle throughout the treatment, and made sure I was comfortable at every stage. The results were excellent, and I left feeling both reassured and confident in their work. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for professional, friendly, and thorough dental care.

Negative experience: Spent £3000 on bonding and have lost count how many times I had to go back for it to be fixed she prioritised her "influencers" who got the same treatment for free wouldn't recommend at all!!!

He’s also really understanding of individual needs and doesn’t make a fuss over a complicated patient :) I seen Marianne for an emergency appointment last week and she was fantastic. Negative experience: I am writing to formally raise concerns regarding the treatment I have received as a private patient under the care of Dr . I have attended approximately four appointments with her; however, I am disappointed to say that I do not believe the services rendered have met the expected professional standard. Firstly, despite informing me that she had filled certain teeth, she did not demonstrate or explain clearly which teeth were treated. There was no use of a mirror or any other method to confirm or show the work completed. After requesting to floss, I discovered that following the fillings, the gaps between my teeth had been entirely closed, making flossing impossible—suggesting overfilling or improper shaping. Additionally, although several teeth were treated, my front tooth—which was visibly worn and clearly in need of attention—was repeatedly ignored. Eventually, a crown was placed on one of my front teeth. I was advised to select a whiter shade under the premise that it would match if I chose to whiten my teeth later. I specifically stated my preference to match the crown to my current natural teeth colour, as I had no intention of undergoing whitening. Despite this, a visibly whiter crown was used. To make matters worse, the shape of the crown does not match my original tooth and appears unnatural. It is uncomfortable, and I am unable to bite properly using that tooth. This has caused both aesthetic concerns and functional discomfort. I find this level of care unacceptable and not reflective of professional dental standards. I respectfully request that this matter be investigated, and I would appreciate a resolution Thank you.

Would highly recommend for both normal dentistry and any cosmetic enquiries. My Invisalign journey has been fantastic so far and can’t wait to see the end result! Recently I have seen Lisa and Marianne for Invisalign and composite bonding, and the whole experience from start to finish was amazing and I basically have a new smile now. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone is so helpful and knowledgable, even the receptionists are so lovely and they are happy to work around different schedules. Honestly can’t recommend here enough!

Fantastic experience: I went to the practice on Monday with a bad moth infection, I then had to go back a few times in the same week, Marianne, overseen all the treatment, then involved another dentist to try and end the problem, as I was due to be on holiday within the week. I’m writing this I’m feeling so much better than I had been, and looking forward to my holiday. Positive experience: The first time I was in 2022 for a hygiene, and the second time I was in October 2024. I was satisfied with the first time making a hygiene but the second time, wasn't that satisfied. I would advise the Dental Care Cabinet to offer more attention on practices , for a happy customer.

I visited the practice in 2023 very unhappy with my smile, I saw Dr Matt who was non judgemental and was able to offer me instant, pain free solutions to transform my smile. Dr Matt placed several dental implants and replaced old crowns with new Emax crowns and I could not be any happier with the results. Dr Matt and the team at Airdrie Dental Care provided exceptional care and support throughout and always made me feel comfortable. She took the time to really understand my goals and explained the needle placement and reasoning behind it. Fantastic experience: Was anxious on arrival at dental surgery as had not had any treatment done for a long time. However Dr Marieanne was brilliant as she took time to explain everything and talk me through each part of the process as well as what my options were. I felt so reassured by her that I was able to have my teeth treatment at this time.At the end of my appointment I left the practice feeling optimistic of future dental treatments.

The Dentist who attended to me Kathleen hope I’m saying her name right, was excellent, didn’t feel any pain or discomfort during extraction . They are professional, kind and gentle. The nurses are excellent too. I cannot recommend highly enough. I have had very satisfactory treatment at this practice, including getting a few implants- which are perfect. I never thought I would be able to attend the dentist so easily !

Negative experience: Had an appointment booked for private treatment months in advance. The clinic then rescheduled the appointment multiple times to then on the day when I arrive advise me my appointment won’t be going ahead been due to the doctor having no childcare. Shocking service, do not recommend

Fantastic experience: I can't recommend Airdrie Dental Care highly enough. I hadn't visited a dentist for several years due to an extremely bad experience. Dr Caitlin was amazing, she put me at ease straight away. There was no judgment and was very empathetic. I needed quite a bit of work done and everything was explained very clearly so I knew exactly what was happening at all times. I actually had 2 root canal treatments and can honestly say I didn't feel a thing. I still have some treatments to go but I'm no longer terrified. The changes Caitlin has made to my smile so far is honestly life changing for me. So if like me you have a phobia of dentists I woulddefinitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND .
