Fantastic experience: Rothley Lodge has a vast amount of services all performed by the most amazing people. I have been treated with the best care from my first contact at reception, through to the appointment and aftercare . I feel like a part of the family and my needs are what matters most to every member of staff not just the dentist I’m seeing. An outstanding dental practice . I would only recommend Rothley Lodge !

Fantastic experience: Dr Hannah Wilkins is incredibly professional. The extraction of tooth by her was quick, smooth and I felt painless. Her amazing technique made me feel completely at ease through the procedure. I am deeply impressed with her skill and care. Her assistant was so warm and kind that I felt calm before the extraction. Jenny, the staff at the reception always replies to my email quickly. She works very efficiently. Rothley Lodge Dental Practice in Staines is the most suitable dental clinic for me. Thank God for arranging an Angel dentist for me!

Positive experience: I'm currently having Invisalign treatment. Twice now I have gone to an appointment to find that my new aligners haven't arrived. Whilst I understand that they come from America, it is incredibly frustrating, especially when no one can tell me how long I'll have to wait for the new aligners to arrive. Also, I'd appreciate a phone call to avoid a wasted journey. I've been wearing the current set for 2 weeks, and despite cleaning them, they feel unpleasant in my mouth.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to the Rothley Lodge Dental Practice this month three times. For the hygienist and a general check up and a procedure on my gums. All the experiences felt welcoming and professional! The hygienist did a fantastic job. And Specifically my dentist, who performed my check up and then a further service for my gums, was friendly and very skilled! She talked me through the procedure on my gums in detail, performed it quickly, and made sure I was briefed thoroughly on the aftercare, while also having a nice chat with me at the same time! I have been a patient here since being a child and will happily continue to return in the future.

Fantastic experience: I received excellent treatment from the hygienist (Aiman) and the dentist (Katrina). The treatment was professional and very thorough. I felt that I was in very good hands. Both practitioners were very gentle and reassuring. I have total confidence in both of them.

Negative experience: Sadly this dental practice has declined in service on reception desk and also saying hygienist is not on NHS for a child and want to charge over £100 so unfair to do this when the child has just had braces removed. Not the same as it once was awful experience with this practice

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend Fionnuala enough! I came away from a 3 hour appointment feeling very relaxed and calm after initially being very nervous. Fionnuala did such a good job and made me feel at ease about the treatments

Positive experience: Been a patient here for 37 years and not really happy with some of the changes since it became a private practice. Had several changes of dentist which does not give the continuity of care that was one of the best features of the "old" Rothley Lodge, and rarely get to see same hygienist. High staff turnover..?? Total overload of e-mails, mostly appointment reminders, but also promoting various services and recently discounts if you can take up a cancelled appointment. Appointment reminders are valuable, but not in the quantity sent. Today alone I have received 7 e-mails of varying sorts. Too many!! Feels very commercialised now, which I accept is part of it being private, but personally I dislike it. However, the standard of dental care is still high and all staff are courteous, helpful and polite.

Fantastic experience: Really pleased with the work I had done and Virang’s approach. Throughout the 2 hours I was there, he made sure I knew what was happening at each stage and shared photos and information with me. This helped me to relax and not feel anxious. Back at Rothley Lodge today for another crown with Finnoula. She did a great job and took really great care of me. It felt much easier than last time too.

Fantastic experience: I took my 11 year old daughter and 7 year old son. Dr Ali has amazing patience and understanding with children. My daughter sadly had to have a filling and with his assistants, was done without fuss. He is my favourite dentist.

Fantastic experience: I was in extreme pain, didn’t know what it was. Phoned that morning and they fitted me in within the hour, I wasn’t even on their books at this stage. Saw Hannah who so good, so friendly and professional, within a couple days the pain had eased and I was on the mend. I am their books now. So impressed

Fantastic experience: I have been visiting Rothley Lodge with my children for the last 17 years. It has always been a friendly, well-organised place with excellent dentists and staff. Yesterday I had an old amalgam filling replaced with a new white one. This is the second such replacement I have had, both with Ali and I am very happy with both procedures and am booked in for one more. Ali takes time to do his best work, always polite and professional. I am very happy with the outcome and both times had barely any pain afterwards

Fantastic experience: I’ve just come to the end of my treatment plan with Simon. Dental implant, bridge, bonding and teeth whitening and I am very happy with the outcome. I have had two missing teeth for years and was very worried about the process of having dental implants but after having the initial consultation with Simon I decided to take the plunge and I am so happy I did. They also have expanded into a wide range of different services, from complex dentistry and cosmetic, which certainly helps when you might need to have to go elsewhere. Fantastic experience: All of team at Rothley are always welcoming, they are truly professional and have always accommodated my needs during every visit. Having recently had Major Dental treatment I have to give a special thanks to Viraj as his attention to detail when advising me of the procedure and during any surgery is second to none. He is always so upbeat during our sessions and continually ensures that as his patient I am comfortable. Not normal to hear someone say they look forward to their surgery appointments but for me I know I’m on very capable hands.

Fantastic experience: It wasn't a festive crown for me on the 23rd December it was a dental crown! I'm not the best patient but I was looked after very well by Nikhil and the team. We had discussed what was causing me discomfort/sensitivity for a while and agreed to try various solutions rather than the crown. Eventually, the crown was the right solution and waking up this morning having had it done has been a transformative. Nikhil explained what was involved, was patient, thorough, and caring. For the first time in a few years, last night I was able to enjoy food without worrying about sensitivity or having to chew on the right side of my mouth to compensate. Thank you Rothley Lodge Team.

Negative experience: Just left this practice after being a patient for over 6 years. Went on their denplan and cannot still seem to get an appt based on my needs despite paying private. Dentist Nikhil charged me as a private patient despite being with denplan. Clearly does not know his patients and dentists seem to be on holiday every week. Had my appts cancelled by Rothley days beforehand. Owner looks plastic the amount of cosmetic surgery he has had and is only interested in selling me products. Staff turnover is high, never saw my hygienist again! Ali and Jenny were great and have been nothing but helpful.

Fantastic experience: Very pleased with my recent fillings under the careful hands of Virang. The reception staff are now a joy to deal with, always smiling and clearly working well ass team!

Positive experience: I have been with this dentist for over 20 years I think? It was a very good practice under the parents. Presently, it is not bad as it has progressed with the times but it does not have the family feel to it anymore. Too much SM promotion and those Essex aka Hollywood teeth make people somewhat look identical. Like automatons. Personal opinion. (Also some dentist kept doing the hard sell with my husband. Not cool) My hygienist yesterday was young and perhaps inexperienced I think. She did not: -clean the back teeth properly -scrapped my gums and near the roof of my mouth a few times and boy was it painful! -she insisted it was the strong powder due to my heavy stain. Note to self: go to hygienist more and drink less tea. I own that. -spent only 30 minutes straight -felt she was rushing me out of the door They had the most brilliant Indian hygienist one time. Name starts with B. Bring her back! Anyhow, not all was bad. My teeth are now clean. Would I go back? I always do… why? Like a cretin, I am sentimental.

I've been with them for nearly three years and even decided to switch to a paid dental plan after they stopped supporting NHS patients, and I stayed with the same practice after moving to a different area – it's not easy to find another dentist that listens to your concerns and makes you feel at ease with your treatments!

I have two young children who both see Ali and he is amazing with them, he is so kind, makes visiting the dentist an enjoyable experience and ensures the children are very comfortable. Both my children aren't scared of dental visits anymore. He makes the visit comfortable for them with his friendly approach. Fantastic experience: I had my first hygienist session and check up on my new dental plan today, and was happy with everything. The reception was friendly and smiley, Maria was really friendly and helpful with booking my next appointments and check ups - thank you. Grace carried out my hygienist session and was really bubbly and reassuring, putting me at ease and explaining what she was doing. Nurjis came and saw me in the waiting room and apologised nicely that they were running 10 minutes late and then came and collected me, chatting nicely as we went through to see Ali. Ali, as always puts me at ease, has a great persona and shows interest in you, assisted by Nurjis. I have a broken tooth where a filling came out, and Ali explained the options in detail to help me choose the next treatment with no pressure. Overall a good experience today, thanks team Rothley Lodge!
