Fantastic experience: I have been going to the practice for a few years now, and I’m more than happy with the service they provide! Halima and the other reception staff always make you feel very welcome, and Dr. Cristina and Gintare are an amazing team. They have fixed several of my teeth, and I’ve never had any issues. I also want to mention the great hygienist appointment I had with Cat. She helped me improve my dental hygiene simply through a friendly and informative chat and went beyond what you’d expect at a regular appointment.

Fantastic experience: I had a Periodontal Treatment with Miss Harneek Sangha on Monday, 4th August, and honestly — it was incredible. I had delayed the treatment for almost a year because I was nervous, but the results have completely blown me away. My right cheek immediately de-puffed (I didn’t even realize it was swollen until I saw the difference!). Miss Sangha was kind, gentle, and professional throughout — she checked in with me constantly, which made me feel completely at ease. I truly felt like I was in expert hands. The result was far better than I expected — if she had a free slot the next day, I’d have gone back right away to do the left side! The lady called Pearl from the reception team was also fantastic. After the treatment, I couldn’t speak properly because of the anesthesia, but the lady at the desk somehow understood my mumbling perfectly and helped schedule my next appointment and send over the invoice just the way I needed. I only registered with Platinum Dental Care in late July, but the experience has been outstanding from day one. Thank you to the whole team for such amazing care — highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr Sarika Shah for my TMJ/TMD. My jaw was enlarged, I was grinding my teeth and my neck and face were in so much pain before seeing her. She put together a comprehensive plan including holistic elements (breathing exercises, stress reduction and massage), Botox (for acute treatment) and a mouth guard to stop my teeth grinding. It was worth every penny - I’m no longer in any pain and I’m much more relaxed. Highly recommend this treatment and Dr Shah. She’s extremely warm and provided not only a service but an education. I was spending an insane amount of money on buccal tension release massages that left me bruised and provided only temporary relief as they didn’t tackle the root of the issue.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to several dentists over my lifetime and I have to say, this place is different league! Been coming here for regular check-ups, hygiene maintenance and recently some cosmetic bonding work which looks unreal. Was so close to going to Turkey and getting dodgy veneers but really glad I’ve had the work done here. A huge shout out to Cat Edney she smashed it and takes so much care and attention to get the perfect outcome. The other staff are lovely too, Gintare the nurse and Pearl at reception. Can’t recommend this place enough. You get what you pay for super happy with my smile.

Fantastic experience: I had a chipped tooth I neglected to take care of for a while and finally decided to get it fixed. My main concern was around colour matching the composite bonding to my natural tooth colour but Dr. Gian-Marco and Gintare found the perfect colour match! Fantastic experience: So far had only positive experience the dentistry is rather small and located inside the West India Quay center on 1st floor, has super friendly dentists and receptionists. I had dental hygiene appointment with Dr. Beata and dental fillings with Dr. Cristina - both very careful, precise and supportive. Took extra time to explain the procedure and ensure everything is fine afterwards. Also would emphasize the super clean area and new equipment taken out right in front of you from sealed bags, so made be feel really safe. For new customers you indeed have to pay full amount of the treatment, but I cancelled it without any issues as mentioned 24h in advance when needed to change a timeslot. For existing customers you only pay 50 GBP deposits. Online booking was fine, though might experience couple of glitches at first. Also Bupa did accept my receipts in case you have dental coverage with them.

Fantastic experience: Started my invisilign journey last summer, and from beginning to end I have had 5* service. Dealing with various staff, dr shah, Antonia, dr Christina to the dental assistants and receptionists. My teeth look fantastic ! They are competitively priced and I have recommended friends and colleagues to use them too.

Fantastic experience: So happy I found Dr. Cristina! She worked absolute magic on my smile. First with Invisalign to straighten everything out, then with some natural-looking porcelain veneers that closed the gaps and gave me the bright, even smile I’d always wanted. Fantastic experience: Brilliant emergency treatment here. As a very nervous patient both the first dentist I saw, Dr Amie Patel, and then the second dentist, Dr Mihir Nanavati who extracted my wisdom tooth, were so kind, calming and professional. Dr Nanavati calmed me down and performed the extraction so well I didn’t feel a thing and felt in good hands. I highly recommend this practice to everyone.

Fantastic experience: I have had a TMJ problem for some time, causing ear, neck and shoulder pain, as well as significant discomfort from teeth clenching, particularly at night. I saw Dr Sarika Shah at Platinum Dental Care, Canary Wharf. She created a very comfortable retainer, and also gave very useful advice. As a result, my sleep is now unaffected and I have no pain. I would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I visited Platinum Dental Care to have a gum issue looked at. Dr Mihir Nanavati was very professional and did a thorough check-up, including X-rays and a 3D scan of my teeth and gums. Explained thoroughly what I need to do, immediately booked me for a hygienist appointment and a follow-up consultation. The hygienist Somayya was also very good. The appointment availability was really good every time I've had to book treatment or a check-up. With the treatment recommended by Dr Nanavati I saw immediate improvement in my gums and I will be staying with this practice for the foreseeable future.

Fantastic experience: I recently completed my Invisalign treatment here and couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, Dr. Sarika provided a truly personalised and caring service. She took the time to tailor the experience to me and paid close attention to every detail. She regularly reviewed my progress and advised accordingly. Cat did a brilliant job replacing one of my fillings—she was incredibly thorough, and the tooth looks so much better now than it did before! Antonia was amazing when it came to removing my previous fixed retainer and fitting the new one. She ensured everything was placed perfectly and that I was comfortable throughout. Fantastic experience: Fantastic experience with Dr Amie Patel and Gintare. They are incredibly friendly and make the whole experience as comfortable as possible

Negative experience: Been with them for two years and honestly their billing practice is questionable (have had multiple issues with payment recording and often been conveyed the wrong charges by the front desk). There used to be a lovely hygienist (maybe named Sarah who had left) who would check in if I was ok with a more detailed clean with extra charge. The last hygienist I saw did not check in and proceeded to take her time to do the clean (it felt deliberately long drawn out and I go for cleaning at least 3x a year so I can gauge) and resulted in a higher charge for the session.

Fantastic experience: I have been with Platinum Dental Care for a little over 2 years and they have provided the best dental services I have ever had. The staff is super friendly and going out of their way not only to meet but always to exceed expectations. I decided to go ahead with Invisalign after the consultation with Dr Sarika and I was super happy with the results! Dr Sarika was always attentive, explained every single part of the plan and procedures and made sure I was comfortable at all times. She is incredibly professional and provided me with all the details to always make the best choice for me without any pressure. After my Invisalign treatment I decided to go ahead with a large restoration of a significant part of my teeth after so many years of wear and grinding. Dr Amie carried out the restoration and cosmetic treatments and turned, my now straight teeth, into a beautiful smile that I am no longer shy to show! She has delivered incredible results while making me feel part of the team. I actually enjoyed every hour spent at the practice as I felt we were working together towards what would make me happy. During the procedure she always explained what she was about to do and always made sure I was comfortable. I loved the jokes/chats in between brakes that made me feel like I was talking to a friend I could trust. The coordination and team work shown between Dr Sarika and Dr Amie was incredible and one of the biggest differentiator when comparing PDC to other practices. I am sure there are a lot of dental practices that have skilled and talented practitioners, but having a practice that works as a team to deliver even better results is what makes them special. Thank you Dr Sarika and Dr Amie for giving me the beautiful smile I have now! Finally I would like to thank Anthonia Hindson for listening to my concerns and providing support at all times during the Invisalign attachments installation and removal. Fantastic experience: I had a consultation with Dr Shandy Vijayan at Platinum Dental Care for my toothache. Dr Shandy did X-rays and examination of the my teeth and told me what the problem was and that I would require root canal and explained to me briefly what that would involve. She reassured me that it would be a straight forward procedure. I was subsequently booked for root canal treatment with Dr Jassar El Jabouri at the Platinum Dental Care the following week. Before my procedure I was a bit anxious but Dr El Jabouri put me at ease straight away. He showed me the X-ray on the big screen and discussed the problem and the treatment. He said he will give me local anaesthetic and that I would not feel a thing when doing the procedure. True to his word I did feel a thing. He was really gentle After the treatment he explained what to expect. I could not believe how painless the whole treatment was. Even after the anaesthetic wore off, I did not feel any discomfort or soreness. To date I have not had any issues. I would not hesitate in recommending Dr El Jabouri. Overall my experience so far with Plantinum Dental care has been seamless. The staff are so professional, efficient, friendly and polite. The treatment rooms are clean, calming with modern equipment. I felt very reassured I shall not be anxious about any treatment needed in the future. I would like to express my sincere thanks to the whole team at the Platinum Dental Care for looking after me. Fantastic experience: A Team of Outstanding Professionals – Exceptional Care and Expertise I have never had a great relationship with dentists, but this practice has completely changed my perspective. A colleague recommended it to me, and I randomly chose Dr. Gian-Marco D’Andrea—without a doubt, the best choice I could have made! He truly understands my difficulties and made me feel at ease throughout the entire treatment. His professionalism, patience, and ability to listen have been invaluable. Another key person in my experience here is Beata Rzeznik (Bea). She immediately understood my discomfort with the dental chair and showed great empathy, making me feel at ease while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. From long-term monitoring to each session, Bea has demonstrated outstanding skill and dedication. Her expertise and care are truly exceptional, and I wouldn’t change her for anyone! I must also highly recommend Dr. Andrew Fenell, an expert in implants. His knowledge and experience are truly remarkable. He approaches his work with precision and confidence, making every procedure as smooth as possible. Knowing that I am in such capable hands gives me great peace of mind. Last but not least, Kate, the Office Manager. At the beginning, I had some misunderstandings with the front office, but ever since Kate stepped in, I feel completely reassured. She is incredibly competent, well-prepared, and truly kind. She has become my go-to person, and I couldn't do without her! Overall, I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a team that combines professionalism, empathy, and top-level care.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to PDC for a few years now, seeing Dr Cristina Isorna throughout. I did a course of Invisalign at another practice a few years before and unfortunately the treatment and aftercare was not half as good which led to me not wearing my retainers consistently enough and my teeth moving back (wear your retainers kids!). The treatment from Dr Cristina was so much better, she considered all of my concerns and ensured we moved the teeth enough that I could have upper and lower fixed retainers (which my first Orthodonist did not do), in additional to removable ones to maintain proper alignment. I also asked her to provide me a quote for Composite bonding which I eventually (about 3 yrs later) have got around to doing as an early birthday present to myself. I am absolutely over the moon at the final result as not only are my teeth now completely straight they are now a consistent shape/ colour and they look extremely natural (something I was worried about). Dr Cristina went over and above the original plan as she knew I wanted to get rid of some calcium spots on my front teeth which was a bonus that I was not expecting. Her assistant on the day, Samina, was also amazing, they worked really well together to deliver the treatment in a quick and efficient way, avoiding me any discomfort where possible (to note, the bonding procedure is completely painless I just found the device to stretch the mouth and access the teeth rubbed on my gums a little). Also a special mention to Yana who I've been visiting for Hygiene appointments for years since joining PDC. She knows that I am a slightly anxious patient and so she always treats me with so much care and consideration and makes the whole experience a lot nicer!

All staff incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to make time for treatment at short notice, and taking the time to explain all procedures. Dr Cristina carrying out some outstanding work managing both alignment and cosmetic treatment to a fantastic standard, with no time spared working for perfect results. Fantastic experience: My Invisalign journey with Sarika has been great. The final result exceeded my expectations. I am happy with the overall process, where clear communication is key. The team here are so genuine and nice, I actually look forward seeing them! Really wanted to shout out the amazing reception team who help me with all my lengthy insurance admin and massively ease the process. They’re also very accommodating - I have a tricky work schedule and the practice has helped by moving things around and giving me appointments over lunchtimes. I have seen several dentists and assistants over my time here and they have all been amazing! I have struggled before with hygiene appointments elsewhere, but the hygiene team are all highly skilled and take care to be gentle, which is very important for me because I have quite sensitive teeth. Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this practice. I had my appointment with the hygienist Ms Bea, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. My gum was bleeding, inflamed, and had a lot of tartar, but she managed to fix everything in 2 sessions. She also gave me excellent advice for my sensitive teeth, which worked like magic. She was so particular with the Invisalign. I was happy with the outcome but she tweaked a few things that she wasn’t happy with. Fantastic experience: Wonderful team providing wonderful smiles. I had noticed years ago that some of my teeth were twisting (age thing), but never realised that this could be fixed. The first dentist I found, told me that one particular tooth just could not be saved and declared the state of my teeth to be too bad to have Invisaligners. Then I found Platinum Dental Care and wanted to see what they were saying. I am not going to name names, as everyone in this team deserves recognition, but the dentist looked and I know she came up with 5 plans, before being satisfied with number 6 which she thought it could work. She did not want to pull my one protruding teeth and wanted to save it. We started working together on fixing my teeth and I followed the instructions to the letter and each month, I was really happy with what was happening to my teeth. My teeth were straightening bit by bit. I was already happy with the result at some point, but the dentist thought we could a bit more and that last push really was the cherry on the cake. Leadership of this practice is wonderful. You get treated with respect by a team that clearly is there to help you. I can only say thank you for all the support, the quick responses from the lovely ladies from reception, the very kind hygienists and the dentist. You have all worked together to get the result I have. If you are in doubt, just go and see them. For me it was well worth and I no longer have to smile with closed lips.

Fantastic experience: Wow! Dr Shah is an absolutely incredible dentist, and Platinum is an exceptional practice. I went to Dr Shah with severe TMD (causing extreme pain in my jaw, difficulty chewing many foods, and very limited ability to open my mouth). Over the last year of Invisalign treatment, Dr Shah not only helped me to improve my TMD by correcting my bite, but also gave me a beautiful-looking smile too! I'm absolutely amazed and delighted with the results. My TMD makes it difficult to talk, chew or have even brief dental appointments without enormous pain, so I was nervous that I wouldn't be able to complete my treatment. I discovered them while searching for a practice that offered emergency dental appointments for new patients. They quickly and efficiently helped me release the pain. It was a PLEASURE to see Cat Edney and Csilla Ovarecz for my first hygienist appointment today, after a recommendation from a friend. I'm a nervous patient and I'd had far too many unpleasant experiences in the past, in particular with hygienists. Cat was warm, welcoming and totally non-judgmental. She listened and made me feel absolutely comfortable before she began. The cleaning and polishing were remarkable: not once did I feel any pain or discomfort - at one point I even thought I might doze off! As Cat explained, cleaning shouldn't be painful, it's just about doing it the right way. And I'm in no doubt that Cat and Csilla are doing it the right way. Fantastic experience: I recently finished my Invisalign treatment which I started last year with Dr Shah and I'm so happy with the results. I had a fixed wire retainer following the treatment to maintain the final results and am continuing with teeth whitening to perfect my smile. I also had two hygienist appointments with platinum dental care throughout my treatment outside my Invisalign. Private care can always be a little costly but the care and attention I was given I have to say it is worth the cost. I don't believe I would get the same excellent treatment if I didn't go private. Appointments have always been booked extremely quickly and at times to suit me. I'd also give anyone a heads up if you're worried about paying anything in a lump sum, firstly the practice offers payment plans but also the payments are staged anyway if you're on a lengthy treatment so the cost will naturally be spread. Finally the personal touch here is second to none, all the staff remember their clients and it's very very lovely. Thanks again to the whole PDC team!

I had had a filling done by another professional (in another clinic) and was very unhappy with the pain felt not only during but weeks after the procedure, and was in a very vulnerable position. Doctor Sarika was extremely empathetic to my experience and, along with her team, went above and beyond to fix the problem. As part of the overall assessment, she also identified that my TMJ issues could be resulting from night clenching (which none of my previous dentist consultations in other clinics ever explored), and structured a plan to help me with that through the use of a night guard and overall life-style recommendations. 4 months later, my TMJ issues have significantly improved, which has had an enormous impact on my life quality. Fantastic experience: As someone who neglected their dental care for a long time I had been extremely nervous and putting off going to the dentist for years. When you know you may have a way to go to get to a good place it can be scary. I can't compliment everyone here enough. Everyone is so friendly and they deliver news and next needed steps in a comforting way rather than in a way that shames or scares you (as I've definitely experienced in the past). They are always sure to ask if there's anything they should know as well at the start of each appointment. My hygienist took into account my extremely sensitive exposed roots and made sure these were numbed before treatment and checked in with me throughout to make sure the different tools she was using were okay and that I was comfortable. Knowing I was in good hands meant I actually felt extremely relaxed throughout the whole process where usually I would be laying there terrified waiting for it to end. I actually weirdly look forward to my appointments now! I don't know what else to say besides if you're debating it, just book in with them! I can't recommend them enough.

Fantastic experience: My mum recently had her teeth checked by Dr Amie Patel. We are extremely satisfied with dr Amie. Even though my mum did not speak English, dr Amie was very patient and took the time to carefully explain all the issues with her teeth. She is extremely thorough in her work and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend dr Amie. The surgeon who extracted her teeth was also exceptional, unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Overall we are extremely satisfied with platinum dental. Prices are slightly at the top end, but certainly worth the service.

Anthonia was very understanding, asked a lot of questions about my dental history to make sure she took everything into account, and took great care of me. I must admit that I was nervous as I have a history of inadequate dental service behind me, and this was my first appointment at Platinum Dental Care. However, Anthonia and Gintare made sure that I was comfortable at all times - it really felt like I was talking to my friends! This is something that many professionals out there cannot do. Very pleased with my treatment, Anthonia and Gintare were lovely! Fantastic experience: The best dental practice I've been to yet! Gian-Marco D'Andrea and Gintara have both been very helpful, friendly and efficient in my visits to Platinum Dental Care. I would highly recommend seeing them. Gian-Marco spent time to understand me and my situation, lifestyle and diet - in addition to taking a few x-rays and also getting a vectored image of my teeth, to get proper visibility of the terrain and understand what he was dealing with. Far better than many previous dentists who seem rushed to get to the next patient/case. Dr D'Andrea and Gintara work very well together as a team. Gintara gave full attention to any concerns or discomfort I might have felt in the procedure. I've also had an appointment with the hygeinist Harneek Sangha who was also very thorough and informative, ensuring the job was completed properly vs other hygeinists I've been with before who'd still left visible plaque build-ups post-procedure. The advice given by her was new to me and very valuable in improving my oral health, in addition to a generous discount on a new electric toothbrush. I've been to 3 other dental practices before as a patient and the service levels I receive at Platinum have been unparalled.

Fantastic experience: I had my bonding treatment done here by Dr Cristina Isorna Suarez and I am very happy with the results. Dr Suarez has a great attention to detail and left me with a very natural finish. She is very friendly and so are all the other staff at Platinum Dental.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my Invisalign journey with the clinic yesterday and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The consultation was very thorough and gave me the confidence that I would be looked after throughout. I had a slightly complex case and needed extra buttons to move particularly difficult teeth, but this was all catered for, and when I lost the "buttons" I was seen immediately to replace them. I had very regular check ups and a dental monitoring programme to check my teeth were moving as expected. I always knew where I was in my treatment and what were the next steps and everything was scheduled around me. All the practice staff are lovely and make you feel at home, as well as being very professional. Sarika, Anthonia and Christina all gave me honest advice and feedback and I never felt pressured into buying or doing extra unnecessary treatments. I got to know the staff really well over the 9months and coming in never felt like a chore and was always fun. My teeth look great and there has been a significant improvement in my bite and they all look straight and neat, whilst also still looking natural. Finally, a particular thank you to Sarika and Anthonia who really looked after me, I will miss our appointments! Lauren x

It was so lovely and refreshing to have a dentist actually ask and listen to exactly what you want and work with you to achieve it. From the get-go, Dr. Amie's warmth and friendliness made me choose Platinum over the other practices. She explained the Invisalign process patiently and answered all my queries, which totally put me at ease. The treatment was a breeze – a bit over a year and I'm already flaunting a gorgeous smile. Dr. Amie tailored the treatment to my specific needs, and the clear aligners were way more comfortable than I imagined. No bulky braces! If you're after quick, effective Invisalign treatment and a friendly dental crew, this is the place. My grin's never looked this good, all thanks to Dr. Amie's expertise and the awesome staffs at the practice. Total thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: Had an hygienist appointment with Camilla Bevan today. For the usually nervous and sensitive patient that I am when it comes to dental care, Millie managed to do everything she had to do in a very gentle and delicate way whilst regularly checking with me for any eventual discomfort, which actually there wasn't at all. A real gem of a dental therapist, would totally recommend.

Fantastic experience: Platinum Dental care is an outstanding practice. Everyone is extremely professional and you really feel you are receiving the best dental care. Christina is an excellent dentist who I would highly recommend. I felt very confident with how she dealt with my treatment and I am extremely happy with the results. Fantastic experience: I have been using the services for years and never left disappointed. The Team is extremely helpful and always provide the most professional dental service you can imagine. Recently completed Invisalign and composite bonding and cannot stress enough how grateful and happy I am with results. Dr Cristina and Dr Sarika did amazing job! Definitely can recommend for anyone with high expectations from dental services!

Fantastic experience: A superb level of treatment. I’ve had a few sessions now, and the quality of work from dentists like Nadia and Margot is wonderful. I’m really happy with my treatment. I didn’t feel a thing during the procedures - indeed one time it was so relaxing I fell asleep (only briefly, thankfully) - and the quality of the work is stunning. They’ve both been almost forensic in ensuring the quality of the treatment was good enough. Never felt rushed, never felt they were on the clock. I think the prices maybe on the higher side (but I haven’t compared enough to the other local dentists), but you get what you pay for. I literally can’t recommend them enough for the quality of the work, and helpfulness of the staff. This is service worth paying for.

Positive experience: I have been using this place for a few years, mainly for check ups and a couple of hygiene appointments. I also used it for my child toddler a few times, where we went to Amie Patel for check ups. Overall quality of care is good, and staff are friendly. I am not too impressed with the hygiene appointments here, as in my old place the quality and attention were much higher (as were the prices to be honest). I would have preferred to pay more to get better quality. I went for a 45 minute hygiene appointment today (out of choice of 30 mins, 45 or 60) as recommended by my dentist. It lasted exactly 28 minutes from walking in and out of the door, and I was still charged for 45 minutes which I don’t really understand. At the reception they said maybe it was just slightly over 30 but couldn’t tell me why I was paying for a longer appointment for sure. Dentist Amie is great with my toddler, very friendly and my toddler likes her and the staff there. It is not really set for toddlers or children, as in there aren’t any stickers on walls or toys, but they will give your child a sticker after the appointment. Toilets are on another floor with a code, not disabled or buggy friendly. The appointment was 25 mins late which can be hard with a child in a not child friendly space. Haven’t done any works here so can’t comment on that.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a pleasant experience with Platinum Dental Plan so far; i’ve had a regular check up and two hygienist appointments. Very happy with seeing Dr Camilla Bevan for my hygiene apps. She is caring and attentive and always follows up with great advice.
