Fantastic experience: Called to arrange an appointment for my son, when asked his age (22) was told the surgery wasn’t accepting NHS patients, automatically presuming that’s the service he wanted when he was in fact wanting to register as a private patient, when he arrived at his appointment he was again asked “are you sure you have an appointment here” I’m guessing this was due to his age and clothes (tracksuit) this was quite a judgey comment to make, not only did it make him feel uncomfortable but more nervous than he was already feeling and felt the comment was inappropriate That said…his experience with Aneta Korobczuk was fantastic, she put him at ease talked him through what was needed and made his experience a comfortable one He will he booking in for further treatment Thanks again

Fantastic experience: I recently had an appointment with dental hygienist Marihah Taj, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I sat in the chair, she was incredibly polite and made me feel completely at ease. Her gentle approach made the entire cleaning process comfortable, which is something I really appreciated. What stood out most was how informative she was. Marihah took the time to explain everything she was doing, offered helpful tips for maintaining oral hygiene at home, and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. It’s rare to come across someone who is not only skilled at their job but also genuinely cares about patient education and comfort. Overall, I felt well taken care of and left the appointment with a better understanding of my dental health. I would highly recommend Marihah Taj to anyone looking for a professional, kind, and knowledgeable dental hygienist!

Fantastic experience: I attended the R dental clinic last week for the first time. I had an emergency appointment booked in with Dr Khan as I had a very painful tooth infection. He gave great advice on treatments and was very informative. I have started my root canal therapy and I am very happy with the treatment I have received so far!

Negative experience: Refused follow up appointment to address complications from treatment they had just provided. Rude and devoid of empathy. Left me in brutal pain for days. When raised issues with Practice Manager, instead of offering help, attemped to belittle me, told to go elsewhere! Thats one way to deal with concerns I suppose. But if this is their attitude to feedback, it shows no intention to improve. Did me a favor through as when second opinion sought, discovered treatment was sub standard and needing urgent corrective work to put right and I would never have been pain free again without it! Failed to provide reasonable standards of care and no duty of care at all.

Not anymore after my recent experience with Aneesah at R Dental. THE BEST DENTAL PRACTICE IN BRADFORD IN MY OPINION.

It's unusual if me to say it was pleasant as I am usually very nervous and can't wait to walk out! Today however was a very different experience. Umar (dentist) and Mariah (hygienist) were completely new to me but I would have no hesitation in recommending or referring them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I have always found Dr Lad to be of the utmost expertise since he took over the practice from Dr Fraser and moved it on with technology and his skill growing the practice employing more dentists and hygienists and enlarging the premises. The receptionists and nurses cannot do enough for you ensuring your comfort and being clear with costs of dental care and plans. Dr Lad is thorough and you feel comfortable on everything from routine appointments to more serious dental procedures. I highly recommend the practice. It has a family feel is immaculately clean and documents are sent by email for you to complete prior to your appointment thus saving valuable time for busy people. Thank you team .

Fantastic experience: Had toothache over night, rang R dental at 8.30am who gave me an appointment for 10.30am, had the tooth out at my request and was out by 11.15am. Can’t get any better than that, 1st class service as normal.

Negative experience: I had some dental treatment done and within 7 days one of the fillings fell out which cost me £195. I made another appointment to have it replaced.I was told by the dentist as I sat in the chair that I would not be charged the full £195 to replace but would be given a discounted price of £75 which I refused to pay. I was totally shocked at this request for more money and will definately not be returning for any future dental work.

I found Aneta to be polite and informative and she gave detailed information regarding the work required. I followed up with an appointment with a hygiene assistant where I was given information on the current condition of my teeth and what steps are needed to improve the condition of my teeth moving forward. Fantastic experience: Having just completed the Boutique whitening treatment with my dentist Ritesh Lad , I am pleased to say I am very happy with the shade of white that my teeth are now at , after completing the whitening treatment . Dentist Ritesh Lad is so friendly, and was very informative and about the whole procedure, and I felt confident going away to then follow out the treatment each night for next 21 days . I noticed a significant change within the whiteness of my teeth after week one of using it , and by week three of the treatment I now feel more confident about my smile knowing my teeth are now a brighter shade of white . Furthermore, our dentist displayed genuine interest by addressing our query regarding Invisalign and went beyond expectations to arrange a meeting with a more experienced professional. Even without an appointment, they generously provided comprehensive guidance and suggestions for addressing issues beyond their scope. Fantastic experience: Really great experience working with Ritesh getting my teeth back to a healthy state after struggling to find a dentist post pandemic. I am a little nervous when it comes to dentist and Ritesh was brilliant in supporting me. Highly recommend this surgery and my dentist. I’m now part of the monthly dental plan that supports me in maintaining my teeth at a reasonable cost for private car.

Fantastic experience: I am highly delighted with my new crown which was fitted today. It's a perfect match and it feels just right. I am in awe of the wonderful technology that Dr Lad used to allow me to view my teeth in 3D - amazing! That said, RDental Clinic have always treated me with courtesy and respect, perhaps somewhat old fashioned in this day and age but it certainly makes my dental visits much more relaxed. I would definitely recommend a visit to RDental they are a great team.
