Fantastic experience: The clinic is welcoming, clean, and the entire team is professional and caring. I especially want to highlight Emily, the hygienist. She was gentle, thorough, and took the time to explain every step, making me feel comfortable and well-cared for.

Negative experience: I NEVER RECCOMEND THİS CLINIC TO ANYONE.. because I had very disappointing and horrible experience in this clinic..,I went to this clinic few times because it was close to my house. The last appointment was with hygienist Irina. She greeted me and began to clean my teeth immediately and told me that she is impressed how much clean my teeth were and she asked what is the perfume I am wearing and I said I can’t remember but will e mail her if she wants. She appeared as if she doesn’t believe me she said because it is floral she would like to have the name. Later she asked me that how old do you think I am.. I said you look about forty, and she wasn’t happy with this at all she looked disappointed and angry. Although the process was over she made me to sit again and this time pretended that she is cleaning the roots one more time. This time I had excruciating pain and my mouth bleed a lot. She nipped inside my cheeks. And said as if she is singing YOUR GUMS ARE BLEEEEEDİNNNGGG ( I was so much surprised) Up to that day I never had bleeding gums. All the roots of my mouth were painful for weeks.. I have complained about this and the manager promised that they would give me an appointment with someone else and this never happened . Also right after my complaint, one of my tooth broke to pieces…Since 26/11/24 my gums are infected and shrunk .. I brush my teeth regularly twice a day also floss and clean with medicated tooth pick.

Fantastic experience: Emily was fantastic ! She made me feel comfortable and heard throughout the process of removing my wisdom tooth. I was very nervous but she was very calm and empathetic. She’s very gentle as well which helped a lot. I will definitely come back to have my other dental need.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Chiswick Dental Care for the past four years after being referred to the practice by my spouse. Since then I have had three dental implants in addition to regular fillings and hygiene work. You can trust the team here to not only complete the work to a very high standard, but to do so with high level of integrity. They have worked with me (and still do) on agreeing the best outcome and not the most expensive outcome. Going through the implant process was straightforward and went without a hiccup. I received clear explanation at the beginning of the process including in writing. My dentist, Dr. Sara Khan, cooperated with Dr. Sunil Mangla, who is the implants expert throughout the process. They answered all of my questions and concerns and were available even out of office hours after I overreacted to the post procedure discomfort. Dr. Sunil Mangla (with the nurses that supported the procedures) made it much less invasive than what I had imagined it would be.The aftercare instructions were given in writing and were clear and easy to follow. I love the results. I now make an effort to smile more to show off my teeth! The implants look and feel completely natural. I can with great confidence recommend this practice to anyone considering implants. A very special thank you to Devi for always being so kind and taking great care of me!

Negative experience: I used to love this practice, the dentist was always impeccable. Until the 'lovely' receptionist Rachel hung up on me without a word. No manners or courtesy to say at least 'sorry, can I call you back', no, just smacked the phone down. Unbelievably rude.

I have recommended to several of my friends already. I was absolutely terrified about going to a dentist due to a childhood experience but then I found Dr Sara. The female receptionist was also welcoming and professional. I am a new NHS patient and so far I am very happy with my experience but I have not had any procedures done yet by the practice I so cannot review that aspect.

Staff at reception and the hygienist very friendly as always, the hygienist is good at keeping you informed on exactly what needs doing and what's happening while they're doing it. Have had a couple of different hygienists and they've all been very good at this. Service is good, facilities are spotless, about as painless as going to the dentist can be.

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank my dentist, Sara who has carried out excellent work on my teeth. They were in a bad condition and for many months i have been experiencing a tremendous amount of pain. She found the cause of my pain and treated me in a very professional manner and restored my confidence in myself. I would highly recommend her to anyone, and i have already got my family and friends to go and see her. Even though I have moved away from the area, I still continue to use the practice due to the excellent service I receive.

Fantastic experience: Best dentists I've ever had. I have surgical PTSD (not from dentists!) But it kicks off at times. This dentist has gone above and beyond to help me, I can't do justice explaining how kind, understanding and helpful they are. Honestly, 10 stars. Also, I hate going to the dentist like many, but this is always a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: Sara has been my dentist for over ten years and I would 100% recommend her to anyone. She always puts me at ease and is incredibly thorough. I always trust her judgement and she is an excellent dentist! The practice is calm, friendly and clean and I always feel well looked after by the receptionists.

Negative experience: I had an initial general checkup with each xray costing £15, total of 4, paid privately. then hygienisation, paid around £85. That was 3 months ago. I was told that I needed a filling as the decay is almost reaching the nerve on one tooth, and private cost is £295, vs nhs silver filling for £75. I waited for the next nhs checkup 3 months later and went there to check if the decay situation has improved or worsened - after i committed to take care of my oral health better. I was seen and within 7 minutes dismissed, now with another potential filling needed, and no xrays taken. I asked if i could pay for xray so i can compare if my efforts were good enough to improve decay but she refused to do it, said 3 months not enough, would have to wait for 6 months. Also, got annoyed when i spent more than 3 seconds reading the nhs form i was supposed to sign up and tried to rush me up. That experience has infuriated me, and made me decide not to go back there. It has become quite clear that my health is not a priority but their profits, so good luck finding someone you can exploit next. I am sure there are a lot of naive people that would fall for that. not me. take care

Dentist Emily was absolutely amazing - she has managed to convince our 3 year old , who used to be totally terrified by dentists before, not to only open her mouth and show her teeth, but she left dental office constantly repeating : “ I liked it at the dentist!”
