Fantastic experience: Excellent service, so professional. Dr Laura and Nurse Frank provided such a friendly, positive and reassuring experience. They didn’t rush at all, made sure all checks were done on my teeth correctly. The nurse on reception was also so friendly. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: As an emergency visit for an abcess to see someone i hadnt seen before and not my own practice, i was initially a bit worried and apprehensive. However, the dentist was so lovely, very understanding, supportive and gentle. Excellent manner. Felt settled and completely looked after. All the staff were very polite and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to use this dental practice again if the need arises! 5*

Negative experience: I’ve waited over a year to get a referral to the hospital. The communication here is terrible. I went in for new fillings, as the one they had previously put in fell out. I asked for a permanent one and I was told that I need to rebook so that I can get a check up. I asked her isn’t this a check up or can’t you do a check up now? She replied, as this is an emergency treatment I can only focus on the emergency. I felt so let down. This place has lost my trust and service. The focus on money at this place is really terrible.

Fantastic experience: The staff are always friendly and helpful, especially Rothio ! She is always ready to assist and resolve any advice I may need for myself or my family, and with a smile too! Laura my Dentist is magnificent ! Explains the process beforehand and puts me at ease,every time. She communications with me throughout the process. This makes going to the dentist, a much more pleasant experience.

Negative experience: I used to really appreciate this surgery having used a mix of NHS and private services. However over the last month they have cancelled two separate appointments with 2-3 hours notice. The surgery operates a deposit system whereby I would forfeit my deposit if I cancelled on this timescale.

Fantastic experience: The dentist was nice and explained everything well and also referred me for an issue that I was concerned about. The hygienist Zaff (apologies if its misspelt) was amazing, he thoroughly cleaned my teeth, explained and advised what I need to be doing better to ensure better care for my teeth.

Negative experience: I really did not want to write about my experience with this dental clinic. Today 25 January 2025 I have been left in tears. General empathy as a parent family has been totally disregarded and disrespected. I made a complaint about my care before and the care of my family disregarded. My 16 Yr old son signed documents without me . When asked as why I wasn't contacted about this its because his 16 but my son has ADHD and ASD disorder. So why was any document signed he can't tell me what he has signed or what he understands of what he was signing. I have gone to fine out and met with rude receptionists. Been waiting for practice manager for 2 and half weeks for call back to discuss issues I have been facing. So when I went to speak to the receptionist today I was met with the same rude attitude with the receptionist fliming me because I refused to leave until I have someone to speak to about this because my issues still haven't been resolved. Too much information maybe but this practice has not dealt with my needs and my family needs so I will not be apart of this team going further.

Negative experience: I'm on the phone for 2 hours to cancel an appointment and my girlfriend goes in to do it as no one is picking up, turns out phones were on silent so not even ringing and the staff had gone off somewhere. They also lied about their hygienists. Going elsewhere. Ridiculous.

Negative experience: Unprofessional. Great dentists but service from the receptionists is horrible which is why both myself and my partner have decided to leave and go to another dentist. First of all I had to leave work early to attend the practice just to move the appointment. My partner was on the phone to them for 2 hours and had received no response. But here's the funniest thing: whilst he was still on the phone I went to reception and neither phones were ringing and the receptionist had gone off so clearly we were wasting our time. They have a 48 cancellation policy but receptionists can go off to the staff room for some gossip or not do their jobs. It was a slim, young looking possibly 30s Indian lady. Furthermore I had told her I wanted a hygiene appointment with only hygienists who have studied in the UK not overseas dentists and she said both the hygienists at the practice have studied in the UK which was a complete lie because I checked on the GDC website and both were overseas dentists. This practice's staff can lie to patients about this what else are they lying about? Cancelled both my appointments and asked for a refund.

It's now changed hands but the service Laura provides is impeccable - sometimes I feel myself dozing off - the experience and treatments I've had are so relaxing! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Negative experience: The customer service on the front desk could definitely be better. I think with a few improvements I'd give a higher rating... however this establishment needs to place a stronger emphasis on care and empathy when dealing with customers. Not money or a business mindset, as this is reflected in the consultation. I will not be coming back.

Positive experience: Very good practice and staff are very friendly but try not to ring over the weekend to make an appointment. You will be on phone waiting, and waiting with the voice message saying "you are No 1 in the queue" but way over an hour later, your call is still waiting to be answered so you end up putting the phone down. Happened to me a couple of times. (And the call never got answered).
