Negative experience: Sorry while the dentist in there are lovely people the customer service is so poor iv tried over 10 times since 9 oclock asked for a call back and still nothing its a laughing stock of a phone line that having first hand experince only ever seem to have 1 reciptionist ever on and never seem to be on the phones when u sit in there waiting for ur appointment

Cat the nurse is fantastic also helped put me at ease I’m not a very good patient but they both had patience with me . Fantastic experience: I just finished my invisilgn with Brandon, who was super diligent and friendly. Brandon took on any concerns I had and gave very good advice for care during and after my treatments. A huge Thank-you to all the Nurses and Assistants who made my appointments run smoothly and wipe all my drool; Tracey, Daisye, Iolanda and Vicky. I’m exceptionally happy with the whole process and to special mention, Brandon also had some very good playlists!

Positive experience: The service received from the dentist and dental nurse were excellent. They made me and my children feel at ease and dealt with them perfectly so they are happy to come back. The only reason its not a 5 five is that I tried 3 times to call and change my appointment in the month before hand and I had no answer and no one called me back - 3 times!

Will was professional and very experienced and made my Invisalign journey seamless. I had an issue where I'd lost my retainer and the team rectified it within 48hours. I travelled an hour with my wife from Canterbury and it was well worth the drive. We were dealt with by Will, we thought he was brilliant, very professional but also very friendly, he made the whole experience worth coming that far, cannot rate him and the team highly enough, thank you guys.

Dental beauty especially Brendon and his assistant have been amazing and guided me through the whole process, the receptionist has been great with ensure they are flexible with booking my appointments to help them fit round my work and nothing is never to much!

I had many underlying problems and Will was the first person that had offered me a long term solution to things that were making me feel so unhappy. Negative experience: Wrong information within website. They only look at the person entering the clinic and at they convenience they decide what to say. In my case she biunce back to say that currently are fully ocupied for NHS but ok for private. I suggested that the website to be updated as wrong information given.

She was a great dentist for my 6 year a baby (15months).she was patient but made sure she had a good look at the Children’s teeth. Fantastic experience: I had an appt on 4.7.24 with Brandon Jurgita at dental beauty having a crown put in and just had to write a review regarding the outstanding, caring service that I received as I was very scared to say the least of all the injections and drilling that most of us don’t like!! To ease my fears from the beginning everything was explained in detail what to expect and feel, he stopped to check on how I was feeling all the time as I was shaking, the noise of the drill was kind of substituted by his music he kindly put on which did help. So a big Thank you Brandon and for Daisy too. 100% recommended!!

Negative experience: I telephoned the practice at 16:06 on Thursday 23/05/2024 and the experience I had with the receptionist left me with no choice but to rate the practice as one star. The reason for this rating is because I felt like the receptionist had a very unprofessional demeanor when it comes to customer service skills and trying to promote the business for new patients. I feel like the receptionist lacked sympathy, was impatient, argumentative and did not seem interested in wanting to make an appointment whether that be private or NHS. I do respect the fact that the practice is not taking on any new NHS patients, I was aware of that before I called the practice but when I enquired about the service the receptionist kept over talking me and telling me that the service I pay privately is the same as NHS. This may be true as well but they are trying to sell a product and should be promoting the business not talking it down. As a result of this unprofessional demeanor I did not want to book an appointment with the practice or seek any further treatment. I had a genuine concern about gum recession that a previous NHS dentist ignored and was happy to pay privately but when the receptionist got argumentative about me wanting to book an NHS appointment I just had to end the call. I recommend better customer service training. This is not a good experience.

Negative experience: First experience here was very good.. staffs seems very professional and polite. It all went down hill when I was running late for my hygiene appointment (completely my fault and I couldn’t apologised enough when I got there) first time in was late 15 mins for an appointment of 1 hours, the dentist - lady (don’t know her name) came to speak to me and said I have 2 options 1 ) she can carry on my treatment until the end of my time but might not have enough time to complete it and I would have to book to come in again to complete my treatment. Each time for hygiene appointment is over £90. Or 2) I just need to book new appointment and only pay for late cancellation for this appointment (£40) With fear of not able to complete my treatment within this one appointment and May end up with pay for hygiene treatment twice (over £90 each time) I agreed to pay for late cancellation (£40) for my lateness and booked new appointment for hygiene treatment. When I turn up for my second appointment, I was waited more that 30 mins as the dentist was late due to traffic and I refused to have the treatment as I was booked for only 30 mins appointment instead of 1 hour that I wanted to. Managed to rebooked with 1 hour appointment again, and this time my own fault that completed forgot about an appointment, receptionist called me 10 mins pass an appointment time which when I realised and apologised that I forgotten. I asked whether can I still go in as I live around the corner and can get to practice asap, she spoke to dentist and informed me that if I could get there in 5 mins she will wait and carry on the appointment for me. I got there right within 5 mins, was asked to wait in reception area for another 5 mins..eventually when I told I could go up, I went up and as soon as I say hi to the dentist, I offered a sincere apology for lateness. Her reply was very shocking and contempt. “This is the 2nd time I was waited for you more than 20 mins, we wanted to go home but now that you are here..” I was shocked and replied that if she can’t or don’t want to carry on the treatment she doesn’t have to.. I know I was late and really apologetic about this.. I only came in because I understood that this has been communicated and agreed that I can come in!! I left so angry.. cried and felt so small, lady at the reception stopped me on my way out as she saw I was so upset. This shouldn’t be the way anyone should be treat… especially in the professional that you are offering treatment to ppl and caring for ppl health.. the attitude of that dentist and the way she treated me who the patient was really shocking. And that was last time I would walk in to dental beauty for the treatment.. really shame indeed!!

Fantastic experience: Firstly I want to say a massive thank you Dr Will for my teeth. I had full composite bonding on my top 8 to help get confidence when I smile and to have the “perfect teeth”. Dr Will definitely did do that and the service he provided was amazing any questions or queries I had he provided an answer with it all and talk through everything step by step and simple as can be. Fantastic experience: I only started going to this dentist a few months ago after being really let down by another. The first visit all was sorted and done correct very friendly. I have seen two dentist there and both are great and helpful Brandon and Tracey had a hard job to do by Brandon smashed it no issues at all top class. Yes I am private so I do get the service straight away but I wouldn’t think nhs get any different. First class

Fantastic experience: I went to see Will to have my front top & bottom teeth straightened & whitened and following in depth analysis, we agreed a brace would be the best option. After a number of trips to have the braces tightened, I could see the results were as I wanted, especially after whitening. Once the braces were removed I had a further consultation with Will and decided to have a number of my top and bottom teeth bonded, the results of which I am delighted with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Will and his team to anyone thinking of having cosmetic dentistry.

Fantastic experience: After much researching I found Dental Beauty Swanley and consequently the crazy talented and skilled Dr Will Holmes. In this day and age of Instagram, I was searching for a dentist who was at the top of their game in composite bonding. I wanted to see an Instagram full of before and afters and for me to think ‘could this be me?’ Will does many amazing posts explaining exactly how he goes about creating perfect smiles. I was blown away by watching his process and the beautiful outcomes. I told Will what I’d love and he created exactly what I wanted. A broader smile, a more square look in shape and for my teeth to be slightly longer in length which is a more youthful look as obviously your own natural teeth wear, chip and discolour over time. I told Will that I was getting married in less than a month. He got straight to work. I had a thorough consultation, X-rays and impressions. Next visit, trays and whitening to take home and an amazing ‘test drive’ applying 4 temporary bonds to give me an insight of what could be achieved. I left with such a feeling of excitement. Two weeks later I sat in his chair, was tucked in with a fab blanked and was asked to choose whatever music on Spotify I wanted. With a bit of Luther Vandros in my ears and Dr Will Holmes in place the process began. There are a lot of words that spring to mind to describe Will. Gentle (I fell asleep twice) kind, skilled and quite honestly AMAZING. He hasn’t won Best Young Dentist awards for nothing. What I can say is that I walked away with 18 composite bonds and he literally not only gave me the smile I had only ever dreamt about but also the best wedding day because of it. I had my bonds applied the day before my wedding! No pain or discomfort, just a joy to experience. Life changing. I know this is a long testimonial but it is so well deserved. I have had a very long career as a celebrity make up artist and have worked with everyone from Barbara Windsor to Britney Spears and a million other TV and music artists in between and the reason for sharing that is because I have spent years looking at beautiful smiles. Don’t wait as long as I have to get yours. In the words of the very great Dr Will Holmes, DM him and get the ball rolling!

Negative experience: For the second time in a year I have booked a family appointment 4 months in advance for when my children are off of school. The. A week or so before I’m sent a text message to cancel my appointment and asked to call to reschedule. When I called back I was offered an appointment 8 weeks later and during the school day! The lady on reception stated they had called me to cancel - they didn’t. She said the manager would call me back - they didn’t. We’ve spent thousands of pounds on dental work at this practice. The dentists are great but the management is shocking. They know they have you trapped if your children are registered as NHS patients as it’s so hard to register elsewhere.

Fantastic experience: I recently finished my program with Dental Beauty. I went in with wonky, twisted, discoloured and missing teeth. I had a brace fitted to straighten my bottom row, whitening, bonding and dentures fitted. I can’t recommend Will enough, he was very professional from start to finish. Will and the team was always on hand if needed anything. I’d definitely recommend anyone to them. They’ve made me a lot more confident with my smile now.

My mum had bonding on her front teeth (with Will) and I had my two front teeth extracted as I had perio issues and suffered with ongoing infections. I decided to have a metal denture over expensive implants and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Kerthan was fantastic and thorough from start to finish! And their reception staff are always friendly and super helpful! Highly Recommend.

Fantastic experience: Croydon scared of dentist all my life had terrible experiences had Dr praise Alan and nurse Montana did not have any pain what so ever didn't even filling injections they are absolutely brilliant and angels of Croydon and lovely people come home so happy never fear a dentist again

Fantastic experience: Had to have root canal work done - pain was unbearable and they managed to see me before the main appointment with a dentist called Brandon - he gave me emergency treatment and saved the day - a really nice guy and great dentist. Just spent two hours having the root canal done great success so far - Jack is amazing - made the whole thing easy for me. Thanks to everyone at dental beauty - excellent work - highly recommended!

Negative experience: Extremely expensive for private treatment comparing even to London prices.In have visited on 2 ocassions- dental emergency and due to my regular dentist being away.On first visit I had emergency root canal treatment on my molar tooth which coated me £600 pounds which is absolute joke comparing to prices in other private dental clinic.On second visit I had tiny crack in my bonding and unfortunately my dentist went away for job placement so I decided (stupidly) to go again to Swanley Dental.The crack was filled however dentist stated straight away he does not take responsibility if it falls out.I understand that he could have an issue with color match (as I was unsure about shade, moreover my bonding was 2 year old) but when I came home I saw that it was bulky and not polished properly.I paid 180 pounds yet again just to have it fallen off after less then month.Never again.I can only praise young male doctor who has seen my son for NHS checked up and he was absolutely lovely.Ladies from reception are nice as well however the prices are a joke especially in a village not in the city,also clinic which is "specialised" in beauty treatments should have had dentists with better knowledge and skills about bondings etc.

Fantastic experience: Danielle has been amazing, I don’t know how the practice could have run without her the last few days, no staff could get in, so she took the reins ALONE, calling all patients to rearrange appointments, dealing with incoming enquiries and generally micromanaging what was a very trying time. She flew through it effortlessly and cheerfully without causing stress to the patients, although I’m sure she felt an enormous amount of pressure! 5* to her professionalism! Top of the range hi tech equipment, clean, comfortable, never have to wait long. Receptionists standards higher than any other, however, be warned, if you’re not a privately paying customer, you could be left in terrible pain, and they will not accept responsibility for any misconduct. Special needs patients will be removed from the patient list if they struggle to attend. The practice ethics has declined somewhat since it was sold on, leaving patients uncared for.

Fantastic experience: I was attended to promotly and on time. The treatment was also very good. The dentist explained every procedure and also gave advice on how to maintain good teeth.
