Liverpool Road Dental Practice

Fantastic experience: This is my first time writing a review for a dentist because I’ve always been really afraid of them. But my experience at Genix Healthcare in Stoke was so good, I had to share it. Dr. Liselle Braganza and her assistant Imogen did a great job removing my wisdom tooth – and it didn’t hurt at all! They were very friendly, kind, and made me feel comfortable by answering all my questions and treating me with care. I also want to mention the receptionists – they were very nice and spoke to me in a friendly way. I’m really happy with the whole experience and highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Attended today for my first appointment and saw Deepika and Christina. Just to say first off that I haven’t been to a dentist for serveral years so I knew I needed work done but I was also quite embarrassed due to how long I’ve not been to one for which is what made it harder getting in somewhere anyway. I walked out with a smile I’m proud of again. I can’t thank them enough for what they’ve done and how they’ve made me feel. A deep clean and two fillings later and I genuinely feel so much better. I’m so grateful. Thank you to both of you!

Fantastic experience: After having an awful experience at another dental practice I came across Liverpool Dental Practice and gave them a call, eventually, I paid for the monthly care plan. I am someone who is very anxious when visiting the dentist due to bad experiences in the past but the team were beyond exceptional. From the admin team to my dentist (Farria) and her colleague (Ness) they were extremely polite and careful, constantly talking me through the details of my procedure and always remained reassuring whilst checking on me during my appointments to ensure I was comfortable and at ease. They are, by far, the best dental practice I have ever been to with outstanding staff and an unrivalled quality of service! Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Liverpool road dental practice is the best dentist I've been to in my 60 years, the receptionist are always polite and welcoming, the hygienist Fariaa and the nurse Lauren are very thorough, I felt relaxed and comfortable while they were doing their work, the dentist Mr Saad Osman and his nurse Manny were great explaining everything to me, they don't rush they take there time making sure you understand everything what is happening while you are having your treatment.

Negative experience: When you're at your appointment everything is fine. However it is impossible to make contact with them via phone. I've currently been sat on hold for over an hour without having any contact at all. I wouldn't mind but I'm only having to call because they have sent a text message. Very very poor communication.

Fantastic experience: brought my little boy for his first ever appointment today and if I could give 10 stars I would! The girls on reception were incredibly lovely and so helpful, helped me with my pram and the opportunity capture my boys first moment at the dentist! The dentist herself was incredible and also her assistant was brilliant too. Just all round a lovely group of girls and I’m so pleased my boy is at this practice! I would 100% recommend to everyone!

Fantastic experience: I just really wanted to say thank you to all the staff at this practise, I am deeply afraid of the dentist to the point I have avoided them for over 6 years. However, I broke my tooth & had to go 3 time over the past mopnth for treatment and the team really looked after me, could tell I was nervous and went out of their way to make sure was okay. Fantastic experience: I have been putting the dentist off for years because I was scared but coming here has completely changed my perception, I have had to have 5 teeth taken out and I felt nothing (except the obvious pressure ), no pain, and she did it in 15 minutes, have got to have more treatments but now I’m not afraid, also the receptionists are so lovely and the dental nurse held my hand and wiped my tears , fabulous team !

Positive experience: I enjoy my visit it was emergency over broken brige I was given good advice and now made another appointment.

Positive experience: I am petrified of Dentists even the word makes me cringe. However my experience with this practice has been fantastic and not only am I proud of myself for getting the treatment I needed but so are my family. I've recommended them to various people who have hopefully taken my advice and joined the practice. There treatment with NHS patients does not differ from Private patients . There is one thing though that did irk me slightly and that is when I had my dental plate fitted I was not given a complimentary box to put it in when I wasn't wearing it nor was I given a sample of fixative. My Husband however was which I thought was a little unfair because how do you decide on what to purchase as a new customer for this service. The next time I went to the practice I did ask if they had either of these in stock as a complimentary/sample service and the receptionist whom I'd never seen before asked me if I meant sticky substance to fix them to which I said yes. She then looked at my notes and said she couldn't see anything from them and then said yes we have some it'll be £7. Complimentary or sample ? I think not. So I left once again without these. I'm sure that I could get it cheaper than that and that includes both items.

Fantastic experience: Friendly and trust worthy. Love the team and my dentist is polite, professional and always Willing to share advice. Mo actually cares about what he does for his patients and does his absolute best for you to achieve the desired outcome.

Dentist and dental nurse were very professional, polite, and displayed excellent communication skills, explaining my options in detail. The procedure for my tooth extraction was totally pain free. Post procedure advice given in detail. I'm now pain free, excellent job very well done. Thank you.

Most people don’t like going to the dentist, which included me, but since I joined this practice, I actually look forward to my visit, as they’ve helped me so much with maintaining my dental health. I would certainly recommend choosing this practice if you’re looking for one to join or to swap from your existing dental practice. If there is any availability then they do take on NHS patients, but they also do excellent private Genix Healthcare plans with a monthly fee it can certainly help keep the costs of dental procedures down. Thanks to my Hygienist & Assistant, always great to see you & thanks for the advice & also to the reception staff & management, you’re fantastic. Also, to all the dentists I’ve had to see at the practice when treatment extended from hygienist. The practice is modern, bright & just looks and feels amazing, so yes if I could give more than 5 stars I would. Fantastic experience: I came here on Thursday with my mum and was terrified that caused me to have a panic attack in the waiting room. One of the ladies saw me and asked me if I was okay and gave me some tissues. She reassured me and told me that they wouldn't do anything without your consent which made me feel better. The other two ladies were super kind and made me feel comfortable and talked me through what they were gonna do next. I really appreciate all 3 ladies and thank you all so much!

Negative experience: I honestly wouldn’t recommend this dentist to adults my daughter has been seen and looked after very well, myself however I went in with problems with my teeth from severe HG during my last pregnancy the dentist I saw was supposed to fix a slightly chipped tooth that was cutting my tongue I ended up leaving with a root canal after about 5 appointments I can’t bare to go back I’ve never been scared of the dentist but the way I have been spoken too and the treatment I’ve been given has made me never want to see a dentist again the pain I endured for weeks and months later from the partially done root canal is unbearable all for a chipped tooth that had nothing else wrong with it! Even the dentist assistant said during the first appointment that he did not need to do a root canal yet he ignored her and insisted on doing it! Not too mention the dismissal from the dentist I saw and how he spoke down too me, he never introduced himself and made me feel extremely uncomfortable

Fantastic experience: Good customer service, well experienced doctors, give time to think a second opinion, do not charge new fees for each visit if continuing a filling process for more teeth including tooth picking, And no more crowded. I highly recommand Liverpool road dental practice to everyone.

My dentist Saad Osman is fantastic, he's got a great sense of humour but is also very professional at the same time and alongside is his lovely assistant, she is great also and they make a solid team.
